The apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an autorotation type welded metal tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein: fixed establishment is including installation piece (19), screw hole (20), fixed cardboard (21), rotation groove (22), threaded rod (23) and fixed commentaries on classics piece (24), the equal fixedly connected with installation piece (19) of middle part of clean bench (1) both sides, threaded hole (20) have all been seted up on the top of installation piece (19), the top of clean bench (1) is provided with fixed cardboard (21), and the bottom of fixed cardboard (21) and welded pipe (11) laminate mutually, rotation groove (22) have all been seted up at the both ends of fixed cardboard (21), the inside of threaded hole (20) all has threaded rod (23) through threaded connection, the inside of rotation groove (22) all is connected with fixed commentaries on classics piece (24) through the bearing, and the bottom of fixed commentaries on classics piece (24) all with threaded rod (23) fixed connection.

The apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an autorotation type welded metal tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the tilting mechanism comprises a support piece (25), a connecting rotating piece (26), a hydraulic telescopic rod (27) and a bottom plate (28), wherein the support piece (25) is connected to one side of the bottom end of the cleaning table (1) through a rotating shaft, the connecting rotating piece (26) is connected to the other side of the bottom end of the cleaning table (1) through a rotating shaft, the hydraulic telescopic rod (27) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the connecting rotating piece (26), and the bottom end of the hydraulic telescopic rod (27) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (28).

The apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an autorotation type welded metal tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the collision mechanism comprises a receiving groove (29), a resisting piece (30) and a spring (31), the receiving groove (29) is uniformly formed in one end of the cleaning table (1), the top end of the receiving groove (29) is connected with the resisting piece (30) in a sliding mode, and the bottom end of the resisting piece (30) is fixedly connected with the spring (31).

The apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an autorotation type welded metal tube as claimed in claim 2 wherein: the control end of the servo motor (5) is electrically connected with an external power supply through an external switch, and the control end of the water pump (17) is electrically connected with the external power supply through the external switch.

The apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an autorotation type welded metal tube as claimed in claim 4 wherein: one end of the positioning plate (12) is attached to the welding pipe (11), and the control end of the hydraulic telescopic rod (27) is electrically connected with an external power supply through an external switch.

The apparatus for cleaning the inner wall of an autorotation type welded metal tube as claimed in claim 5 wherein: the bottom end of the spring (31) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the receiving groove (29), and the size of the receiving groove (29) is matched with that of the abutting piece (30).
