技术领域
本发明涉及复合涂层技术领域,具体为一种用于铝制不粘锅的复合涂层的制备方法。
背景技术
不粘锅是做饭不会粘锅底的锅,因为锅底采用了不粘涂层,常见的、不粘性能最好的有聚四氟乙烯涂层和陶瓷涂层。不粘锅的问世给人们的生活带来了很大的方便,人们不必再提心煮肉时一不小心就会烧焦,煎鱼时鱼片粘在锅壁上。这种不粘锅与普通锅的外型并没有什么关系,只仅仅是在锅的内表面多涂了一层聚四氟乙烯,利用聚四氟乙烯优异的热性能、化学性能、易清洁性能和无毒性能制成了这种深受欢迎的厨房用具。
现有技术存在以下缺陷或问题:
1、现有的不粘锅因为使用聚四氟乙烯加工、制造的成本过高,为了降低成本,一般用采用效果较差的劣质涂层,降低了不粘锅的不沾的效果、使用寿命等,甚至可能会对人的生命健康安全造成影响。
2、现有的聚四氟乙烯涂层的不粘锅因为聚四氟乙烯的不溶于任何溶剂,除了能与熔融的碱金属起反应外,不受任何物质的侵蚀,即使在氢氟酸、王水或发烟硫酸、氢氧化钠中煮沸,也不起任何变化的极高的化学惰性,导致聚四氟乙烯涂层不易粘到锅内侧的表面、对锅的附着力较低,加工过程复杂。
3、现有的聚四氟乙烯涂层的导热不均匀容易产生局部过热的现象,容易导致聚四氟乙烯涂层的锅在使用过程中出现部分食材烧糊的现象,影响使用的效果。
4、聚四氟乙烯的尺寸稳定性较低,不耐磨,长时间使用后容易产生塑性形变,即蠕变,涂层被磨损划伤,降低使用寿命。
发明内容

优选的,所述凹槽均匀分布在铝锅的内侧表面,且凹槽与铝锅的径向方向的夹角在60°到90°。
