(1)将低氘水、平卧菊三七提取物、光果甘草根提取物、烟酰胺、棕榈酰三肽-5、二裂酵母、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、香精、焦糖色装入陶罐后密封；
(2)文火熬制4-6小时并呈凝胶状；
(3)冷却后再将称量好的烟酰胺、棕榈酰三肽-5、二裂酵母、聚乙烯醇、乙醇、甘油、丙烯酸酯、羟苯甲酯、丙二醇、双羟甲基咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯各组分参入，并深度调匀。
6.一种平卧菊三七提取物提取方法，用于提取如权利要求1-4任一所述的平卧菊三七提取物，包括如下步骤：
(1)将新鲜的平卧菊三七全草清洗；
(2)置于40-45℃环境下烘干；
(3)超微粉碎；
(4)使用溶解液溶解后采用超声波辅助提取。
7.如权利要求6任一所述的平卧菊三七提取物提取方法，其特征在于：步骤(4)中，溶解时每1kg的平卧菊三七中加入28-35L的溶解液。
8.如权利要求6任一所述的平卧菊三七提取物提取方法，其特征在于：步骤(4)中，以75％的乙醇为溶解液。
9.如权利要求6任一所述的平卧菊三七提取物提取方法，其特征在于：步骤(4)中，超声波辅助提取时，超声30min，超声波的功率为80w、温度为60-65℃。
10.如权利要求9任一所述的平卧菊三七提取物提取方法，其特征在于：超声波辅助提取时，使用离心机按照5000r/min的速率离心分离得到平卧菊三七提取物。
