背景技术
氟啶虫酰胺是日本石原产业公司(ISK)研制的一种新型低毒吡啶酰胺类昆虫生长调节剂类杀虫剂,分子式C9H6F3N3,氟啶虫酰胺除具有触杀和胃毒作用,还具有很好的神经毒剂和快速拒食作用,主要作用于棉花、水果、葫芦、蔬菜、马铃薯、梨果上,较低的剂量就能有效地控制蚜虫、粉虱、蓟马、臭虫等。其作用机理独特,对刺吸性害虫有很好的神经作用和快速拒食活性,目前为止还未发现其与其他活性组分互相拮抗,而且其具有较低敏感性,与传统的杀虫剂没有拮抗性。
双硫磷为低毒有机磷杀虫剂,大白鼠急性经口LD50:860毫克/千克(雄),13000毫克/千克(雌),急性经皮LD50>4000毫克/千克。双硫磷以触杀作用为主,无内吸性,杀虫作用广谱,可用于公共卫生,防治孑孓,摇蚊,蛾和毛蠓科幼虫;也能防治人体上的虱子,狗和猫身上的跳虱;也可用来防治地老虎,柑橘上的蓟马和牧草上的盲蝽属害虫。
倍硫磷,别名百治屠,bayten,baycin,O,O-二甲基-O-(3-甲基-4-甲硫基苯基)硫代磷酸酯,是一种触杀、胃毒、广谱、速效、持效期长、对人畜低毒的有机磷杀虫剂。主要用于防治大豆食心虫、棉花、果树、蔬菜和水稻害虫,也可防治卫生害虫蚊、蝇、臭虫、虱子、蟑螂等。
甲基嘧啶磷是有机磷速效、广谱的杀虫剂、杀螨剂,具有胃毒和熏蒸作用。对于储粮甲虫、象鼻虫、米象、锯谷盗、拟锯谷盗、谷蠹、粉斑螟、蛾类和螨类均有良好的药效。也可防治仓库害虫、家庭及公共卫生害虫(蚊、蝇)。
本发明人对氟啶虫酰胺与倍硫磷、双硫磷或甲基嘧啶磷的复配进行了深入研究,在大量的室内配方筛选试验和室外药效试验的基础上,发现氟啶虫酰胺与倍硫磷、双硫磷或甲基嘧啶磷进行复配,在一定的复配比例范围内对蚊蝇幼虫表现明显的增效作用,尤其适用于对常规拟除虫菊酯单剂或复配剂、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂产生抗药性的蚊蝇幼虫,可以实现经济和哺乳动物安全性方面的双重益处。
本发明的复配组合物,具有高效、低毒、低刺激的特点,非常适合室内和室外卫生害虫防治,相比现有的卫生杀虫组合物,在高效、低毒、速效、抗性治理方面有了较大幅度的提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决农药单一施用时的不足,提供一种含有氟啶虫酰胺与双硫磷、倍硫磷或甲基嘧啶磷的高效、低毒、低成本、速效性好、持效期长的杀虫复配药剂,有利于有害生物综合治理的农药组合物。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含有氟啶虫酰胺的卫生杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包含活性组分A和活性组分B,活性组分A选自氟啶虫酰胺,活性组分B选自倍硫磷、双硫磷或甲基嘧啶磷中任一种,二者的重量比为80:1~1:80。
优选地,该卫生杀虫组合物中,氟啶虫酰胺和倍硫磷、双硫磷或甲基嘧啶磷的重量比为1:20~20:1;更为优选的,二者的重量比为1:5~5:1。
进一步地,所述卫生杀虫组合物的剂型为乳油、微乳剂、悬浮乳剂、颗粒剂。在制剂中,活性成分的用量为1~50重量%;优选为乳油和颗粒剂。
进一步地,本发明还进一步提供上述卫生杀虫组合物防治卫生害虫的应用,其特征在于,所述卫生害虫为孑孓、蝇蛆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)与单剂相比,本发明所述杀虫组合物对害虫有显著的增效作用,增效系数均在130以上,甚至可以达到200以上。
(2)所述卫生杀虫组合物具有全新的作用机理,特别适合于对拟除虫菊酯、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类产生抗性的卫生害虫的防治。
(3)氟啶虫酰胺具有强内吸活性和长持效性,且对非靶标生物安全;倍硫磷、双硫磷和甲基嘧啶磷具有强触杀活性,速效性强,环境残留量少;二者复配用于孑孓或蝇蛆的控制,在保证速效性和长效性的前提下,对环境友好,对非靶标生物安全。
(4)为国内卫生杀虫领域增添了一项新的复配组合物,药效显著,能够得到广泛的推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
一、制备实施例
下述所有制剂配比中所涉及的“%”均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1~9:
按照表-1中氟啶虫酰胺与甲基嘧啶磷的复配比例和用量,辅料为二甲亚砜30g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚10g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油制剂实施例1~9。

将氟啶虫酰胺4.0g,甲基嘧啶磷6.0g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5.0g,嵌段聚醚乳化剂15.0g,环己酮25.0g,水补足至100g,制得微乳剂制剂实施例10。
制剂实施例11:
将十二烷基苯磺酸钙2.0g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2.5g、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐2.5g溶于12g甲基嘧啶磷中,加水至50g,剪切得水乳剂相;将三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐3.0g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5g,氟啶虫酰胺8.0g,黄原胶0.3g,乙二醇5.0g,山梨酸钾0.5g,加水至50g,混合研磨制得悬浮剂相;将二者充分混匀即得悬浮乳剂制剂实施例11。
制剂实施例12:
将氟啶虫酰胺1.0g溶于2.0g己二酸二异丙酯中,加入乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.1g,环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物0.4g)搅匀,用含分散剂苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐1.0g的适量水进行分散,将上述液体在滚筒造粒机中用适量玉米芯颗粒进行充分滚动吸附30min,然后加入含苯乙烯/丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸丁酯共聚物2.0g的稀释液,充分滚动包覆30min后,烘干得缓释型内核颗粒备用;
将甲基嘧啶磷1.5g溶于2.0g磷酸三丁酯中,加入乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.2g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.8g)搅匀,与适量水溶解的0.2g木质素磺酸盐分散剂混匀后,用2.0g白炭黑吸附,再与含阿拉伯胶0.2g的稀释液混匀,在滚筒造粒机中与上述缓释型内核颗粒充分滚动包覆30min,烘干即得氟啶虫酰胺·甲基嘧啶磷颗粒剂制剂实施例12。
制剂实施例13:
将氟啶虫酰胺8g,倍硫磷12g,辅料为二甲基乙酰胺25g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐7g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油比较实施例13。
制剂实施例14:
将氟啶虫酰胺3.0g,倍硫磷9.0g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙4.0g,嵌段聚醚乳化剂8.0g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚13g,仲丁醇25.0g,水补足至100g,制得微乳剂制剂实施例14。
制剂实施例15:
将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.0g、嵌段聚醚2.5g、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐2.5g溶于10g倍硫磷中,加水至50g,剪切得水乳剂相;将三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐3.0g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5g,氟啶虫酰胺15.0g,黄原胶0.3g,乙二醇5.0g,山梨酸钾0.5g,加水至50g,混合研磨制得悬浮剂相;将二者充分混匀即得悬浮乳剂制剂实施例15。
制剂实施例16:
将氟啶虫酰胺1.0g溶于2.0g己二酸二异丙酯中,加入乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.1g,环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物0.4g)搅匀,用含分散剂苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐1.0g的适量水进行分散,将上述液体在滚筒造粒机中用适量玉米芯颗粒进行充分滚动吸附30min,然后加入含苯乙烯/丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸丁酯共聚物2.0g的稀释液,充分滚动包覆30min后,烘干得缓释型内核颗粒备用;
将倍硫磷1.0g溶于1.0g磷酸三丁酯中,加入乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.2g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.8g)搅匀,与适量水溶解的0.2g木质素磺酸盐分散剂混匀后,用2.0g白炭黑吸附,再与含阿拉伯胶0.2g的稀释液混匀,在滚筒造粒机中与上述缓释型内核颗粒充分滚动包覆30min,烘干即得氟啶虫酰胺·倍硫磷颗粒剂制剂实施例16。
制剂实施例17:
将氟啶虫酰胺6g,双硫磷10g,辅料为二甲基乙酰胺25g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐7g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油比较实施例17。
制剂实施例18:
将氟啶虫酰胺4.0g,双硫磷12.0g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙4.0g,嵌段聚醚乳化剂8.0g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚13g,仲丁醇25.0g,水补足至100g,制得微乳剂制剂实施例18。
制剂实施例19:
将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.0g、嵌段聚醚2.5g、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐2.5g溶于12g双硫磷中,加水至50g,剪切得水乳剂相;将三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐3.0g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5g,氟啶虫酰胺15.0g,黄原胶0.3g,乙二醇5.0g,山梨酸钾0.5g,加水至50g,混合研磨制得悬浮剂相;将二者充分混匀即得悬浮乳剂制剂实施例19。
制剂实施例20:
将氟啶虫酰胺1.5g溶于2.0g己二酸二异丙酯中,加入乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.1g,环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物0.4g)搅匀,用含分散剂苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺盐1.0g的适量水进行分散,将上述液体在滚筒造粒机中用适量玉米芯颗粒进行充分滚动吸附30min,然后加入含苯乙烯/丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸丁酯共聚物2.0g的稀释液,充分滚动包覆30min后,烘干得缓释型内核颗粒备用;
将双硫磷2.0g溶于1.0g磷酸三丁酯中,加入乳化剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钙0.2g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚0.8g)搅匀,与适量水溶解的0.2g木质素磺酸盐分散剂混匀后,用2.0g白炭黑吸附,再与含阿拉伯胶0.2g的稀释液混匀,在滚筒造粒机中与上述缓释型内核颗粒充分滚动包覆30min,烘干即得氟啶虫酰胺·双硫磷颗粒剂制剂实施例20。
比较实施例1:
氟啶虫酰胺10g,辅料为二甲亚砜30g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚10g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油比较实施例1。
比较实施例2:
甲基嘧啶磷10g,辅料为二甲亚砜30g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚10g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油比较实施例2。
比较实施例3:
倍硫磷10g,辅料为二甲亚砜30g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚10g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油比较实施例3。
比较实施例4:
双硫磷10g,辅料为二甲亚砜30g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙5g,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚10g,油酸甲酯补足,制得乳油比较实施例3。
二、应用实施例:
应用实施例1:防治淡色库蚊幼虫室内药效试验
试验方法:
白瓷盆中加入3L脱氯自来水,然后吸取1ml已配制好的药液滴入水中,搅拌均匀,放入健康4龄幼虫30条,按正常方法饲养,投入试虫后观察24h死亡率;试验重复三次,并设空白对照。
试验期间,间隔2d补充试验用水至初始水量刻度线。
用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,计算各药剂的LC50,以此来评价药剂对试虫的活性。
死亡率计算:
根据死亡数据,计算各处理组的校正死亡率。若对照组死亡率小于5%,无需校正,如对照组死亡率在5%-20%应予校正;死亡率超过20%,试验失败,需重新做。

式中(1):P1—死亡率;K—死亡虫数;N—处理总虫数。
P2=(Pt-P0)/(1-P0)×100%……(2)
式中(2):P2—校正死亡率;Pt—处理死亡率;P0—空白对照死亡率。
毒力计算:
采用几率值分析的方法,用计算软件求出LC50值及其95%置信限。
混剂实测毒力指数计算:
ATI=S/M×100……(3)
式中(3):ATI—混剂实测毒力指数;S—标准杀虫剂的LC50;M—为混剂的LC50。
混剂理论毒力指数计算:
TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB……(4)
式中(4):TTI—混剂理论毒力指数;TIA—A药剂毒力指数;PA—A药剂在混剂中的百分含量;TIB—B药剂毒力指数;PB—B药剂在混剂中的百分含量。
共度系数计算:
CTC=ATI/TTI×100……(5)
式中(5):CTC—共毒系数;ATI—混剂实测毒力指数;TTI—混剂理论毒力指数。
测定结果如下(表-2)

通过应用实施例1中各复配实施例LD50和单剂LD50,计算方法依据孙云沛共毒系数计算公式,计算混剂共毒系数,计算结果如下(表-3)。

测试结果表明,当氟啶虫酰胺与甲基嘧啶磷复配比例在1:80~80:1时,共毒系数均>130,均具有明显增效作用,尤其复配比例为5:1时,共毒系数更是达到200以上。
另外,当氟啶虫酰胺与倍硫磷、双硫磷复配时也有类似的增效作用,具体如下表(表-4)所示:

本发明的一种含有氟啶虫酰胺的卫生杀虫组合物及其应用已经通过具体的实例进行了描述,本领域技术人员可借鉴本发明内容,适当改变原料、工艺条件、有效成分复配组合或比例等环节来实现相应的其它目的,其相关改变都没有脱离本发明的内容,所有类似的替换和改动对于本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,都被视为包括在本发明的范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种卫生杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物包含活性组分A和活性组分B,活性组分A选自氟啶虫酰胺,活性组分B选自双硫磷、倍硫磷、甲基嘧啶磷中任一种,二者的重量比为80:1~1:80。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该卫生杀虫组合物中,二者的重量比为1:20~20:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,该卫生杀虫组合物中,二者的重量比为1:5~5:1。
4.一种杀虫制剂,其特征在于,所述杀虫剂包含根据权利要求1至3任一所述的杀虫组合物以及农药上适宜的助剂,所述杀虫组合物占制剂的0.01~90重量%。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的卫生杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述卫生杀虫组合物的剂型为乳油、微乳剂、悬浮乳剂、颗粒剂,在制剂中,活性成分的用量为1~50重量%。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的卫生杀虫组合物用于防治卫生害虫的应用,其特征在于,所述卫生害虫为双翅目滋扰害虫孑孓、蝇蛆。
