a valve housing (200) provided to the stuffed food maker (10), the valve housing (200) being provided with a three-way valve (211), the three-way valve (211) being capable of switching the dough supply direction by rotation of a steering cylinder (210); a first passage (201) is formed on the rear face of the three-way valve (211), a passage (202) is formed thereon, and a third passage (203) is formed on the front face; the first channel (201) is connected with a stuffing outlet (112) of the stuffing feeding device (100) through a stuffing feeding hose (130) so as to receive stuffing (1);
a stuffing filling cylinder (300) connected with a second channel (202) formed on the valve sleeve (200), wherein a piston (310) for lifting by the supply pressure of stuffing (1) is arranged in the stuffing filling cylinder, and a sensor (320) for sensing the lifting of the piston (310) to enable the lifting plate (11) to descend is arranged at the upper end of the stuffing filling cylinder;
a stuffing pressurizing cylinder (400) which is provided at a position close to the stuffing filling cylinder (300) and is connected to the front end of the piston rod (410) and is provided at the upper side of the stuffing filling cylinder (300), wherein the piston rod (410) is lowered in a state in which the direction of the three-way valve (211) is switched by the steering cylinder (210) to block the first passage (201), and then the push rod (420) is lowered simultaneously, and further the piston (310) raised by the stuffing filling pressure is lowered to discharge the stuffing (1) filled in the stuffing filling cylinder (300) to the third passage (203) of the valve sleeve (200);
and a filling injection sleeve (500) which is connected to the third passage (203) of the valve housing (200) and receives the filling (1), wherein a nozzle portion (510) having a nozzle inlet (511) is provided at the lower end, a nozzle valve (520) for opening and closing the nozzle inlet (511) is provided in the interior, and the nozzle valve (520) is connected to a piston rod (531) of a valve operation cylinder (530) provided at the upper end.

the push rod (420) is connected with the front end of a piston rod (410) of the filling pressurizing cylinder (400), the push rod is lifted along with the lifting of the piston rod (410), a knob (421) is arranged at the upper end of the push rod (420), a screw part is arranged at the lower end of the push rod (420), the lifting block (422) is screwed up in a spiral mode, the push rod (420) is rotated by the knob (421) under the condition that the lifting block (422) is grasped by hands, the lifting block (422) is lifted or lowered, the lifting amplitude of a piston (310) which is lifted up and down in the filling cylinder (300) is restrained, and the quantity of filling (1) injected into the filling cylinder (300) through a second channel (202) of the valve sleeve (200) is regulated.
