The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing, and relates to a wonton filling device.
Background
The food forming machine is widely applied to the production of various cooked wheaten food, cakes and candies and the processing of pellet feed, and the stuffing machine is specially used for producing various stuffed food, wherein the stuffed food generally consists of crust and inner stuffing, and the stuffing machines are of various types due to different filled materials and different crust making and forming methods.
However, the existing wonton stuffed food equipment has some problems. On the one hand, due to the eating habits of Chinese people, the stuffing in the stuffed food can be glutinous stuffing such as bean paste, etc., vegetable stuffing which has poor adhesion and is easy to scatter, meat stuffing which has good adhesion and meat ribs, the practicability of the existing stuffing filling mechanism for horizontally discharging stuffing is poor, and the stuffing is easy to scatter or meat ribs are cut continuously and adhered on the outer side of the flour wrapper or on equipment, so that the appearance of the stuffed food is seriously influenced, the sales of the stuffed food is influenced, and which consumer is unwilling to purchase the dumpling or wonton with 'dew stuffing' is tried; on the other hand, because the existing equipment is formed integrally, once stuffing is adhered to the equipment during stuffing injection, the whole equipment needs to be shut down and cleaned, so that the time and the labor are consumed, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a wonton filling device, which is characterized in that filling is firstly vertically filled into wonton wrappers on a belt, then the wonton wrappers are turned over in the first step, then are demoulded and folded, are transmitted to a forming mechanism by the belt to be kneaded, and achieve the effect of manual kneading through full-automatic operation, so that the wonton filling device is suitable for various wontons with the wrappers, and greatly improves the production efficiency.

The invention discloses a wonton filling device which comprises a filling mechanism and a conveying mechanism, wherein the filling mechanism is provided with at least one independent filling falling channel which is vertically arranged, the conveying mechanism is correspondingly arranged below the filling mechanism, and wonton wrapper overturning assemblies with the same number as the filling falling channels are arranged behind a conveying plate station of the conveying mechanism corresponding to the filling falling channel.
As a preferred implementation mode, the filling mechanism consists of a filling hopper, a horizontally arranged pushing cylinder communicated with the filling hopper and a filling cylinder which is connected with a discharging hole of the pushing cylinder and is vertically arranged; the stuffing feeding channel communicated with the stuffing bucket, at least one pulling cylinder channel for the pushing and pulling cylinder to reciprocate in the horizontal direction, at least one stuffing discharging channel which is horizontally and independently arranged, and stuffing injecting cavities which are arranged at the joints of the stuffing feeding channel, the pulling cylinder channels and the stuffing discharging channels in a surrounding manner, wherein a rotary valve capable of rotating is arranged in each stuffing injecting cavity, stuffing is injected into the rotary valve through the stuffing feeding channel, and the rotary valve rotates under the action of the pushing and pulling cylinder, so that the stuffing enters the stuffing discharging channel, and the stuffing is conveyed from the stuffing bucket to the stuffing discharging channel; one end of the push-pull cylinder is connected with the motor and used for providing reciprocating power for the push-pull cylinder; the stuffing filling cylinder is provided with a stuffing inlet communicated with the stuffing outlet channel of the pushing cylinder and a stuffing falling channel perpendicular to the stuffing outlet channel; the automatic filling machine is also provided with a cutting mechanism for cutting the filling, the cutting mechanism can be a structure which can realize cutting of the filling and has no pulling, such as an air cylinder, a cutting knife and the like, and as a preferred implementation mode, the air cylinder can be arranged above the filling falling channel of the filling pouring barrel.
Preferably, the cylinder pulling channel and the stuffing discharging channel are coaxially arranged.
Further, at least two stuffing feeding channels and two pulling cylinder channels are arranged, the stuffing feeding channels and the stuffing injecting cavities are respectively and independently arranged and are not communicated with each other, each stuffing feeding channel corresponds to one stuffing injecting cavity and one rotary valve, namely, the stuffing feeding channels are single lines corresponding to the stuffing feeding channels, the pulling cylinder channels, the stuffing injecting cavities, the rotary valves and the stuffing falling channels one by one, stuffing in the stuffing hopper is transmitted through the single lines, vertically falls on the wonton wrapper below the stuffing falling channels, and the stuffing is cut without tearing.
Preferably, the stuffing feeding channel and the pulling cylinder channel are one, a rotary valve is arranged in the thrust cylinder, stuffing discharging holes arranged on the rotary valve are in one-to-one correspondence with the stuffing discharging channels, namely, the stuffing conveying channels advance to travel the stuffing channels, the pulling cylinder channels, the stuffing filling cavities and the rotary valve are in single line conveying, at least one stuffing discharging hole which is arranged on the rotary valve and in one-to-one correspondence with the stuffing discharging channels is used for Y-type line conveying, the number of the stuffing discharging holes on the rotary valve is determined according to the number of wonton wrappers filled with stuffing on the conveying mechanism at the same time, stuffing in the stuffing hopper is conveyed through the Y-type line, vertically falls on wonton wrappers below the stuffing falling channels, and the stuffing is cut without tearing.
Preferably, the stuffing inlet channel and the cylinder pulling channel are one, and the rotary valves arranged in the thrust cylinders are in one-to-one correspondence with the stuffing outlet channels.
As a preferred implementation mode, the stuffing bucket is provided with at least two stuffing outlets which are communicated with the thrust cylinder, and the positions and the numbers of the stuffing inlet channel, the cylinder pulling channel, the stuffing outlet holes and the stuffing outlet channels are correspondingly adjusted.
As a preferred embodiment, the conveying mechanism comprises conveying shafts arranged at two ends, a conveying motor connected with any conveying shaft, a conveying plate arranged between the two conveying shafts and a conveying belt sleeved between the two conveying shafts and on the conveying plate; and the conveying belt is provided with at least one wonton skin half hole which is matched with the wonton skin in shape.
Preferably, the wonton skin overturning assembly comprises an overturning shaft arranged at the bottom of the conveying plate and an overturning motor connected with one end of the overturning shaft, wherein the overturning shaft is positioned at the intersection of a wonton skin half hole and the conveying belt, a gap with wonton stuffing left in the center is connected to two ends of the overturning shaft positioned at the wonton skin half hole, and a wonton skin overturning rod with the edge matched with the edge of the wonton skin can overturn by 45-60 degrees around the overturning shaft; preferably, the turnover shaft is positioned in the center of the half hole of the wonton skin, a clamping groove for preventing wonton from falling from the half hole of the wonton skin when the wonton is folded and extruded is arranged on the turnover shaft, and the turnover shaft can turn 45-60 degrees around the clamping groove.
In the wonton filling device, firstly, the filling in the filling mechanism is vertically and accurately dropped onto the wonton wrapper without being torn or scattered, then the first step of overturning, the demoulding and folding are carried out, and the obtained product is transmitted to the forming mechanism for kneading by a belt, so that the effect of manual kneading is achieved through full-automatic operation, the wonton filling device is suitable for various wontons with wrapper, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
The stuffing filling mechanism and the transmission mechanism are matched for use, so that the stuffing filling mechanism can be suitable for various stuffing materials which are easy to scatter, good in adhesion, easy to wire drawing and the like; the filling falling channel of the filling mechanism is used for vertically filling the filling on the wonton skin positioned behind the station of the conveying plate corresponding to the filling channel on the conveying mechanism, and the wonton skin is cut off by an air cylinder, so that the filling accurately falling on the wonton skin and the filling in the filling mechanism are not pulled, the wonton skin adjacent to the filling wonton skin and the residual filling on the conveying belt (plate) are not left, the other wonton skin cannot be polluted, and the quantity of the filling feeding channel, the filling discharging channel and the turnover components on the conveying plate can be adjusted according to the wonton requirement; of course, the wonton wrappers can be changed into wrappers of other stuffing foods such as dumpling wrappers for processing.
The filling device for the wontons does not need manual operation, greatly improves the preparation efficiency of the wontons, is suitable for large-scale batch production of the wontons, and has very consistent size and appearance. Can save labor force and consumed time greatly, simplify the production process of wonton, and reduce the cost and increase the yield of wonton.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Examples
The wonton filling device shown in fig. 1-5 comprises a conveying mechanism and a filling mechanism, wherein the filling mechanism is provided with three independent filling falling channels which are vertically arranged, the conveying mechanism is correspondingly arranged below the filling mechanism, and the tail end of the conveying mechanism is provided with a forming mechanism; as shown in fig. 1,2 and 4, the filling mechanism consists of a filling bucket 101 with a screw conveyer arranged therein, a horizontally arranged thrust cylinder 102 communicated with the filling bucket 101, and a filling cylinder 103 vertically arranged and connected with a discharge hole of the thrust cylinder 102; the stuffing pushing device is characterized in that three stuffing feeding channels 104 communicated with a stuffing bucket 101, three pulling cylinder channels for the horizontal reciprocating movement of a push-pull cylinder 105, three independent stuffing discharging channels 106 which are horizontally arranged, stuffing injecting cavities which are arranged at the joints of the stuffing feeding channels 104, the pulling cylinder channels and the stuffing discharging channels 106, a rotary valve 107 capable of rotating is arranged in each stuffing injecting cavity, three hole structures are arranged on the rotary valve 107, the three hole structures are respectively coaxially arranged with the pulling cylinder channels and the stuffing discharging channels 106 and correspond to each other one by one, one end of each push-pull cylinder 105 is connected with a motor, and the push-pull cylinder 105 is used for providing reciprocating movement power for the push-pull cylinder 105; the stuffing barrel 103 is provided with a stuffing inlet communicated with a stuffing outlet passage 106 of the pushing barrel 102 and a stuffing falling passage 108 perpendicular to the stuffing outlet passage 106, and a cylinder is arranged above the stuffing falling passage 108.
The conveying mechanism as shown in 1-5 comprises conveying shafts 002 arranged at two ends, a conveying motor connected with any one of the conveying shafts 002, conveying plates 003 arranged between the two conveying shafts 002, and conveying belts 004 sleeved on the conveying plates 003, wherein wonton skin overturning assemblies with the same number as that of the stuffing falling channels 108 are arranged behind the conveying plates 003 corresponding to the stuffing falling channels 108, corresponding wonton sealing assemblies are arranged at the tops of the wonton skin overturning assemblies, and wonton skin half holes 009 which are matched with the wonton skin 109 in shape are formed in the conveying belts.
The wonton skin overturning assembly comprises an overturning shaft 005 arranged at the bottom of a conveying plate 003 and an overturning motor 006 connected with one end of the overturning shaft 005, wherein the overturning shaft 005 is positioned at the intersection of a wonton skin half hole 009 and a conveying belt 004, gaps with wonton stuffing left in the center are connected to the two ends of the overturning shaft 005 positioned at the wonton skin half hole 009, wonton skin overturning rods 007 with edges matched with the edges of the wonton skin are arranged at the two ends of the overturning shaft 005, and the wonton skin overturning rods 007 can be overturned to 45 degrees around the overturning shaft 005 at maximum; the turnover shaft 005 is positioned at the center of the half hole 009 of the wonton skin, a clamping groove for preventing wonton from falling off when the wonton is folded and extruded is formed in the turnover shaft 005, and the turnover shaft 005 can maximally overturn for 50 degrees around the clamping groove.
In specific implementation, the wonton wrapper is located in the wonton hole 008 and is transported along with the wrapper conveyor belt 001, when the wonton wrapper is transported to the station of the conveyor plate 003 corresponding to the filling falling channel 108, the filling in the filling hopper 101 sequentially passes through the filling inlet through hole 104 and the rotary valve 107, the rotary valve 107 is controlled to be overturned by taking the push-pull cylinder 105 as a power mechanism, the filling is cut off by the cylinder through the filling outlet channel 106 and the filling in the blanking channel 108, the accurate position falls in the center of the wonton wrapper below, no pulling exists between the filling accurately falling onto the wonton wrapper and the filling in the filling injection mechanism, no residual filling on the wonton wrapper adjacent to the filling wonton wrapper and the conveyor belt (plate) is ensured, the first step of overturning is carried out under the cooperation of the overturning shaft 005, the overturning motor 006 and the wonton wrapper overturning 007, the continuous transportation is carried out along with the filling conveying belt 106, and then the wonton wrapper is transferred to the forming mechanism for forming.
Example 2
A stuffing inlet channel 104 communicated with the stuffing bucket 101, a pulling cylinder channel for the horizontal reciprocating movement of the push-pull cylinder 105, three independent stuffing outlet channels 106 horizontally arranged, stuffing injecting cavities arranged at the joints of the stuffing inlet channel 104, the pulling cylinder channels and the stuffing outlet channels 106, a rotary valve 107 capable of rotating in the stuffing injecting cavities, and three hole structures arranged on the rotary valve 107, wherein the three hole structures are coaxially arranged with the stuffing outlet channels 106 and are in one-to-one correspondence, and one end of the push-pull cylinder 105 is connected with a motor for providing reciprocating power for the push-pull cylinder 105; the stuffing barrel 103 is provided with a stuffing inlet communicated with a stuffing outlet passage 106 of the pushing barrel 102 and a stuffing falling passage 108 perpendicular to the stuffing outlet passage 106, and a cylinder is arranged above the stuffing falling passage 108.
The wonton skin overturning assembly comprises an overturning shaft 005 arranged at the bottom of a conveying plate 003 and an overturning motor 006 connected with one end of the overturning shaft 005, wherein the overturning shaft 005 is positioned at the intersection of a wonton skin half hole 009 and a conveying belt 004, gaps with wonton stuffing left in the center are connected to the two ends of the overturning shaft 005 positioned in the wonton skin half hole 009, wonton skin overturning rods 007 with edges matched with the edges of the wonton skin are arranged at the two ends of the overturning shaft 005, and the wonton skin overturning rods 007 can be maximally overturned to 55 degrees around the overturning shaft 005; the turnover shaft 005 is positioned at the center of the half hole 009 of the wonton skin, a clamping groove for preventing wonton from falling off when the wonton is folded and extruded is formed in the turnover shaft 005, and the turnover shaft 005 can maximally overturn for 60 degrees around the clamping groove.
Other structures are the same as those of embodiment 1, and will not be described again.
Example 3
A stuffing inlet channel 104 communicated with the stuffing bucket 101, a pulling cylinder channel for the pushing and pulling cylinder 105 to reciprocate in the horizontal direction, a horizontally arranged independent stuffing outlet channel 106, stuffing injecting cavities arranged at the joints of the stuffing inlet channel 104, the pulling cylinder channels and the stuffing outlet channels 106, rotary valves 107 capable of rotating in the stuffing injecting cavities, and a hole structure arranged on the rotary valves 107, wherein the hole structures are respectively coaxially arranged with the pulling cylinder channel and the stuffing outlet channel 106 and correspond to each other, one end of the pushing and pulling cylinder 105 is connected with a motor for providing reciprocating power for the pushing and pulling cylinder 105; the stuffing barrel 103 is provided with a stuffing inlet communicated with a stuffing outlet passage 106 of the pushing barrel 102 and a stuffing falling passage 108 perpendicular to the stuffing outlet passage 106, and a cylinder is arranged above the stuffing falling passage 108.
