the stuffing filling device is arranged on a stuffing food maker (10) for use, and comprises the following components:
a filling supply device (100) which discharges the filling (1) which is put into the hopper (110) to a filling discharge port (112) on the lower side while stirring by a stirring blade (111);
a valve housing (200) which is provided on a stuffed food maker (10), can be connected and used in a way of lifting and descending simultaneously when a lifting plate (11) lifted and descended by a motor or a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder is lifted and descended, and is provided with a three-way valve (211) which is connected with a stuffing supply hose (130) to receive stuffing (1) and can switch the dough supply direction while rotating a steering cylinder (210), wherein a second channel (202) is formed on the three-way valve, and a third channel (203) is formed on the front side;
a filling material filling cylinder (300) which is connected with the second channel (202) formed on the valve sleeve (200), is internally provided with a piston (310) which rises and falls through the supply pressure of filling material (1), and is provided with a sensor (320) which senses the rising and falling of the piston (310) to enable the lifting plate (11) to descend;
a filling pressurizing cylinder (400) which is arranged at a position close to the filling cylinder (300) and is connected with the front end of the piston rod (410) and the upper side of the filling cylinder (300), the direction of the three-way valve (211) is switched by using the steering cylinder (210), the piston rod (410) descends under the state that the first channel (201) is blocked, the push rod (420) descends simultaneously, and then the piston (310) which is raised by filling injection pressure descends, so that the filling (1) filled in the filling cylinder (300) is discharged to the third channel (203) of the valve sleeve (200);
and a filling injection sleeve (500) which is connected to the third channel (203) of the valve housing (200) and receives a filling (1), wherein a nozzle part (510) having a nozzle inlet (511) is provided at the lower end thereof, a nozzle valve (520) for opening and closing the nozzle inlet (511) is provided inside the sleeve, and the nozzle valve (520) is connected to a piston rod (531) of a valve operating cylinder (530) provided at the upper end thereof.
3. Filling device for manufacturing filled food products according to claim 2,
the push rod (420) which is connected with the front end of the piston rod (410) of the stuffing pressurizing cylinder (400) and can lift up and down simultaneously when the piston rod (410) lifts is arranged, the knob (421) is arranged at the upper end of the push rod (420), the screw part is arranged at the lower end of the push rod (420), the lifting block (422) is screwed up in a spiral mode, the push rod (420) is rotated by the knob (421) under the state that the lifting block (422) is grasped by hands, the lifting block (422) lifts or descends, the lifting amplitude of the piston (310) which ascends and descends in the stuffing filling cylinder (300) is restrained, and the quantity of stuffing (1) which is injected into the stuffing filling cylinder (300) through the second channel (202) of the valve sleeve (200) is adjusted.
