and when the historical diagnosis state is a diagnosis completed state, recommending to reserve doctor resources and guiding the user to complete online re-diagnosis.
2. The on-line intelligent medical consultation method according to claim 1, wherein when the historical clinic visit status is a clinic visit incomplete status, displaying a corresponding clinic visit task flow and guiding the user to complete the clinic visit comprises:
integrating corresponding clinic task flows based on the clinic uncompleted state and the process information; the diagnosis uncompleted state comprises appointment making, waiting for registration, registered, waiting for diagnosis, order payment and progress tracking.

and transmitting and storing the approved medical advice prescription information into the data service center.
