Specifically, the processor 14 is configured to detect whether the display 12 is interfered by electromagnetic waves emitted by the microwave oven 10 when the microwave oven 10 is in operation, and also configured to confirm a target MIPI operating frequency of the display 12 when the display 12 is interfered by electromagnetic waves emitted by the microwave oven 10, and further configured to control the display 12 to operate according to the target MIPI operating frequency.
Referring to fig. 3, in the control device 20 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the control device 20 includes a detection module 21, a confirmation module 22, and a control module 23. The detection module 21 is used for detecting whether the display screen 12 is interfered by electromagnetic waves emitted by the microwave oven 10 under the condition that the microwave oven 10 works; the confirming module 22 is used for confirming the target MIPI working frequency of the display screen 12 under the condition that the display screen 12 is interfered by the electromagnetic wave emitted by the microwave oven 10; the control module is used for controlling the display screen 12 to work according to the target MIPI working frequency.
The housing of the main body 11 of the microwave oven 10 in the embodiment of the present application may be made of a metal material such as stainless steel to prevent the microwave from escaping from the oven, so as to avoid affecting the health of people. The inside of the body 11 of the microwave oven 10 is provided with a container for carrying food, wherein the container may be made of an insulating material. The microwave oven 10 may further include a microwave generator disposed on the body 11, wherein the microwave generator generates microwaves capable of penetrating food, the microwaves move water molecules in the food, and the violent movement generates a large amount of heat energy, so that the food can be cooked by using the heat energy.
The display 12 may display current cooking information of the microwave oven 10, such as cooking power, predicted cooking time, remaining cooking time, etc., and the user may view the information of the display 12 to determine the current operating state of the microwave oven 10. In addition, the display screen 12 is touch-controllable, and the user can complete the operation of the microwave oven 10 by touching the characters or patterns on the display screen 12 with fingers, so that the display screen 12 can be used for receiving the touch instruction of the user, and the convenience of the operation is improved. The display 12 in this embodiment is located on the top surface of the body 11. It can be understood that the display 12 can also be disposed on the left side, the right side, the upper side or the lower side of the door 15 according to actual requirements, and the position of the display 12 is not limited herein.
Specifically, in step S01, under the condition that the microwave oven 10 is operating, the display screen 12 needs to be detected in real time to detect whether a black screen or a blue screen appears on the display screen, that is, the display screen has only backlight, and there are no forms such as characters and patterns when the contrast of the display screen is adjusted; or detecting whether an interface of the display screen has wrong characters; or detecting whether the screen flickers, etc., and when the above-mentioned condition occurs, it can be judged that the display screen 12 is interfered by the electromagnetic wave emitted from the microwave oven 10. When the display 12 is interfered, the user cannot control the microwave oven 10 through the display 12, which affects the working efficiency of the microwave oven 10.
When the current operating frequency of the display 12 overlaps with the frequency band of the electromagnetic wave frequency emitted from the microwave oven 10, the display 12 is interfered by the electromagnetic wave emitted from the microwave oven 10. When it is confirmed that the display screen 12 is interfered by the electromagnetic waves emitted by the microwave oven 10, the target MIPI operating frequency of the display screen 12 is obtained and confirmed, and the target MIPI operating frequency of the display screen 12 is a frequency band where the display screen 12 cannot be subjected to the electromagnetic waves. The current working frequency of the display screen 12 needs to be acquired, and the adjustment is performed according to the current working frequency to match with the target MIPI working frequency to reduce or reduce channel interference, so that the intelligence and the accuracy of the adjustment of the display screen 12 by electromagnetic interference are facilitated, and the working quality of the microwave oven 10 is improved.
In the present embodiment, the user may control the microwave oven 10 through the display 12. In one embodiment, the user may control the microwave oven 10 via a remote control that is matched to the microwave oven 10. In another embodiment, the body 11 of the microwave oven 10 is installed with a voice recognition device 16, and the microwave oven 10 can receive instructions of a user, such as a wake-up instruction, a start instruction, a pause instruction, etc., by means of voice recognition.
In another embodiment, a user may communicate with the microwave oven 10 using a mobile terminal, the mobile terminal 20 includes a processor 14, the processor 14 of the mobile terminal may communicate with a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored therein, which when executed by the processor 14, causes the processor 14 to control the microwave oven 10. For example, the user may start the microwave oven by using the mobile terminal, and may also control a cooking time period, a cooking power, and the like of the microwave oven 10 by using the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal 20 includes, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a smart wearable device, a notebook, a tablet computer, and the like.
Referring to fig. 4, the method for controlling the microwave oven 10 includes:
s10: controlling the display 12 of the microwave oven 10 to be in a bright screen state under the condition that the target object approaches the microwave oven 10;
s20: detecting the temperature of the display screen 12;
s30: and under the condition that the temperature of the display screen 12 is higher than the preset temperature, controlling the display screen 12 to send out first prompt information and controlling the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 to be locked.
Thus, when the temperature of the display screen 12 is higher than the preset temperature, the display screen 12 is controlled to send out a prompt to remind the user that the temperature of the microwave oven 10 is too high currently, and the user is prevented from being scalded when contacting the display screen 12. Meanwhile, the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 is controlled to be locked, so that the situation that a user is scalded by high temperature inside the microwave oven 10 after opening the door body 15 is further avoided.
In some embodiments, the processor 14 is configured to control the display 12 of the microwave oven 10 to be in a bright state when the target object approaches the microwave oven 10; and is used for detecting the temperature of the display screen 12, and is also used for controlling the display screen 12 to send out first prompt information and controlling the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 to lock under the condition that the temperature of the display screen 12 is greater than the preset temperature.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is configured to control the display 12 of the microwave oven 10 to be in a bright state when the target object approaches the microwave oven 10; the detection module 21 is used for detecting the temperature of the display screen 12, and the control module 23 is further used for controlling the display screen 12 to send out a first prompt message and controlling the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 to be locked when the temperature of the display screen 12 is higher than a preset temperature.
Specifically, the body 11 of the microwave oven 10 may be provided with an image pickup device 17 and a temperature sensor 18. The camera 17 may be used to detect whether a target object is in front of the microwave oven 10. When the image of the target object is not detected by the camera device 17 within a certain time, the display screen 12 can be controlled to be in the screen-off state to save energy consumption. When the image pickup device 17 acquires the image of the target object, the display 12 of the microwave oven 10 is controlled to be in a bright screen state for the user to operate. In this way, the display 12 is controlled to be lighted only in the case where the target object is close to the microwave oven 10, so that power can be saved.
Wherein the temperature sensor 18 may be mounted on the display screen 12 for detecting a real-time temperature of the display screen 12. The microwave oven 10 requires an excessive internal temperature to heat the food to an edible state, and the internal temperature is transmitted to the display 12 during operation. When the user can touch display screen 12 in order to carry out operation control, the high temperature of display screen 12 can cause the scald, so the temperature of accessible temperature sensor 18 real-time supervision display screen 12, when detecting the temperature and being higher than preset temperature, control display screen 12 and send first suggestion information to remind the user to do not touch display screen 12. The first prompt message may be a text and/or voice message.
In one embodiment, when the temperature sensor 18 detects that the current temperature of the display 12 is higher than a predetermined temperature, the display 12 is controlled to issue a first prompt message, for example, "too high temperature, do not touch" may be displayed on the display 12, and the display 12 may also issue a voice prompt "too high temperature, do not touch". The voice prompt may visually inform the user that the display 12 of the microwave oven 10 is currently at an excessive temperature.
When the display screen 12 sends the first prompt information, the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 is controlled to be locked, and the situation that a user is scalded by high temperature inside the microwave oven 10 after opening the door body 15 is further avoided.
Therefore, when the temperature of the display screen 12 is higher than the preset value, the user can be better prevented from being scalded by the microwave oven 10 through the first prompt message of the display screen 12 and the locking state of the door body 15.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the body 11 is provided with a camera 17; in the case where the target object approaches the microwave oven 10, the display 12 is controlled to be in a bright state (step S10), including:
s11: acquiring an image of a target object by the camera device 17;
s12: determining the age of the target object according to the image;
s13: when the age is greater than or equal to a preset value, controlling the display screen 12 to be in a bright screen state;
s14: and when the age is less than the preset value, controlling the display screen 12 to be in a screen-off state.
In some embodiments, the processor 14 is configured to obtain an image of the target object via the camera 17, and also to determine an age of the target object from the image, and further configured to control the display 12 to be in a bright state when the age is greater than or equal to a preset value, and to control the display 12 to be in a dark state when the age is less than the preset value.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is configured to obtain an image of the target object through the camera 17, determine an age of the target object according to the image, control the display 12 to be in a bright state when the age is greater than or equal to a preset value, and control the display 12 to be in a dark state when the age is less than the preset value.
In this way, the image of the person can be recognized by the camera 17, and the child can be further distinguished from the adult, so as to prevent the child from being burned when operating the microwave oven 10.
The image of the face may be acquired by the camera device 17, specifically, the RGB image of the face may be acquired by the visible light camera and analyzed to determine the age of the user, and the infrared image of the face may be acquired by the infrared camera and analyzed to determine the age of the user. Of course, the number of the image pickup devices 17 may be plural, for example, two visible light cameras, two infrared light cameras, or both a visible light camera and an infrared light camera.
More specifically, the image of the target object identified from the data of the imaging device 17 is acquired, the feature key points of the image of the target object are compared with the feature key points of the standard image, the feature key points of the image of the target object are aligned and adjusted, and the age of the image of the target object is obtained from the age model. The feature key points may be eyes, nose, eyebrows, face contours, and the like. Wherein, the age model is obtained by comparing and learning a large number of image samples in the early stage with a standard image.
After the age of the target object is determined, the age and the preset value are judged, and the state of the display screen 12 is controlled according to the relationship between the age and the preset value. More specifically, when the age is greater than or equal to a preset value, it may be determined that the current target object is a group that can correctly use the microwave oven 10, thereby controlling the display screen 12 to be in a bright screen state for target operation; when the age is smaller than the preset value, it can be determined that the target object is a child, so as to control the display screen 12 to be in the screen-off state to avoid the target object from being manipulated.
It should be noted that, regardless of whether the microwave oven 10 is in the operating state, when no target object is close to the microwave oven 10, that is, when the image pickup device 17 does not acquire the target image, the display 12 of the microwave oven 10 is in the screen-off state.
In one example, after the microwave oven 10 finishes cooking food, the target object approaches the microwave oven 10, and when the image of the target object is acquired by the camera 17 and the age of the current target object is judged to be smaller than the preset value, the display screen 12 is controlled to be in a screen-off state, so as to prevent the target object from being scalded due to misoperation when the microwave oven 10 is operated by the target object.
In another example, after the microwave oven 10 finishes cooking food, the target object approaches the microwave oven 10, and when the image of the target object is acquired by the camera 17 and the age of the current target object is determined to be greater than or equal to the preset value, the display 12 is controlled to be in a bright screen state, and the target object can operate the microwave oven 10, for example, the door 15 of the microwave oven 10 is opened to take out food.
It is understood that in some embodiments, the preset values may include a first preset value and a second preset value, wherein the first preset value is smaller than the second preset value, and when the age is smaller than the first preset value or greater than the second preset value, the display 12 is controlled to be in the screen-off state; when the age is greater than or equal to the first preset value and less than or equal to the second preset value, the display screen 12 is controlled to be in the screen-on state, and therefore, when the target object is detected to be a child or an old person, the display screen 12 can be controlled to be in the screen-off state in order to avoid using the microwave oven 10 for picking up.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, in the case that the target object approaches the microwave oven 10, the display 12 is controlled to be in a bright screen state (step S10), which includes:
s15: acquiring an image of a target object by the camera device 17;
s16: judging whether the image is matched with the image template;
s17: when the image is matched with the image template, the display screen 12 is controlled to be in a bright screen state.
In some embodiments, the processor 14 is configured to acquire an image of the target object via the camera 17, determine whether the image matches the image template, and control the display 12 to be in a bright state when the image matches the image template.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is configured to obtain an image of the target object through the camera 17, determine whether the image matches the image template, and control the display 12 to be in a bright state when the image matches the image template.
Specifically, the user in possession of the microwave oven 10 may enter in advance an image of himself and/or an image of another person who the user authorizes to use, as one or more image templates. When the target object approaches the cooking device, the camera device 17 is turned on to acquire the image of the target object and determine whether the image template is matched with a preset image template, so as to control the display screen 12 to be in a bright screen state or a dark screen state.
In one example, when the image of the target object matches the image template, the target object can be determined to be an authorized user, thereby controlling the display screen 12 to be in a bright screen state for use by the target object. In another example, when the image of the target object does not match the image template, the target object may be determined to be an unauthorized user, thereby controlling the display 12 to be in a screen-off state to inhibit use of the target object. In this manner, a target object that does not match the image template, i.e., an unauthorized user, is prevented from using the microwave oven 10.
In some embodiments, the voice of the target object may be acquired by the voice recognition device 16 installed on the body 11, and whether the voice matches the voice template is determined. When the voice is matched with the voice template, controlling the display screen 12 to be in a bright screen state, and operating the display screen 12 by the target object; when the voice is not matched with the voice template, the display screen 12 is controlled to be in the screen-off state, and the target object cannot operate the display screen 12.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, after controlling the display 12 to send the first prompt message, the control method includes:
s40: dissipating heat from the display screen 12.
In some embodiments, processor 14 is used to dissipate heat from display screen 12.
In some embodiments, the control device 20 further comprises a heat dissipation module for dissipating heat from the display 12.
Thus, when the temperature sensor 18 detects that the temperature of the display screen 12 is higher than the preset temperature, the display screen 12 is controlled to dissipate heat after the first prompt message is sent, so that the temperature of the display screen 12 is rapidly reduced to facilitate the operation of a user.
In the process of dissipating heat from the display 12, in order to prevent the temperature from continuously decreasing to cool the cooked food, the microwave oven 10 may further preset a second preset temperature, where the second preset temperature is lower than the preset temperature. When the temperature sensor 18 detects that the temperature is equal to the second preset temperature, the heat dissipation of the display screen 12 is stopped, and it should be noted that the second preset temperature does not scald the human body.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, after controlling the display 12 to send the first prompt message, the method for controlling the microwave oven 10 further includes:
s50: and under the condition that the temperature of the display screen 12 is less than or equal to the preset temperature, controlling the display screen 12 to send out second prompt information and controlling the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 to unlock.
In some embodiments, the processor 14 is configured to control the display 12 to send a second prompt message and control the door 15 of the microwave oven 10 to unlock when the temperature of the display 12 is less than or equal to the preset temperature.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is configured to control the display 12 to send a second prompt message and control the door body 15 of the microwave oven 10 to unlock when the temperature of the display 12 is less than or equal to the preset temperature.
