Abstract

本发明提供一种轮胎稳定器。该轮胎稳定器包括X形支架、螺杆座、螺杆和支撑座,上述X形支架为两组,每组为两个,每组两X形支架上下两支架杆之间通过螺栓固定,上述螺杆座为两个,分别为螺杆座Ⅰ和螺杆座Ⅱ,两个螺杆座分别与每组两X形支架的螺栓进行固定,上述螺杆一侧设有螺帽,螺杆另一侧水平穿过螺杆座Ⅰ后与螺杆座Ⅱ螺纹连接,上述支撑座为四个,两组X形支架的支架杆未相互连接的一侧各固定有一个。采用上述结构后,当螺杆座Ⅱ沿着螺杆螺接侧向螺帽一端移动,螺杆两侧的两组X形支架即向两侧伸展,直至两组X形支架外侧两端的两支撑座抵挡到车轮轮胎,房车一侧的两轮胎即被相互固定,无需再使用房车千斤顶或石头、木块等来稳定房车。

一种轮胎稳定器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮胎稳定器。
背景技术
房车分为两个大类,一种是自身带动力的,另一种是自身没有动力系统和刹车系统的,其完全靠牵引车辆来进行牵引,这类需要牵引车轮提供动力的房车,其停在野外时,一般都会采用房车千斤顶把房车顶起,使车轮离开地面,防止房车的滚动,但如果不是长时间的停放房车,使用房车千斤顶顶起就会较为的麻烦,因此很多人在房车临时停放时,往往都采用在车轮两侧垫石头或木块,但在车轮走动后往往把石头或木块卡在车轮下难以取出,有时也有可能车轮会越过石头或木块滚动而发生危险。
发明内容
鉴于现有需牵引车辆牵引的房车短时间停放所存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种便于使用,且能保证房车安全停放的轮胎稳定器。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明是通过如下技术措施实现的:一种轮胎稳定器,包括:
X形支架,所述X形支架为两组,每组为两个,每组两X形支架上下两支架杆之间通过螺栓固定;
螺杆座,所述螺杆座为两个,分别为螺杆座Ⅰ和螺杆座Ⅱ,所述两个螺杆座分别与每组两X形支架的螺栓进行固定;
螺杆,所述螺杆一侧设有螺帽,螺杆另一侧水平穿过螺杆座Ⅰ后与螺杆座Ⅱ螺纹连接;
支撑座,所述支撑座为四个,两组X形支架的支架杆未相互连接的一侧各固定有一个。
本一种轮胎稳定器通过扳手顺时针转动螺帽,使螺杆座Ⅱ沿着螺杆的螺纹向螺帽一端移动,螺杆两侧的两组X形支架即向两侧伸展,直至两组X形支架外侧两端上的两支撑座抵挡到车轮轮胎,房车一侧的两轮胎即被相互固定,无需再使用房车千斤顶或石头、木块等来稳定房车。
进一步地,所述每组两X形支架上下两支架杆之间的螺栓为四根,每根螺栓穿过支架杆后与螺杆座螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述螺杆其一侧为螺纹头,另一侧为光杆,所述螺帽设在光杆侧,且在光杆侧的螺杆上设有销轴通孔,销轴通孔与螺帽之间的光杆上还套接有两片垫片,两垫片分设在螺杆座Ⅰ两侧,且通过销轴插接在销轴通孔内使两片垫片夹紧螺杆座Ⅰ。上述设计防止螺杆的晃动。
进一步地,所述支撑座的底面为弧形底面,且在弧形底面上设有防滑齿,所述支撑座弧形底面上端设有两垂直底面的铰接部,铰接部上设有铰接孔,并通过销轴铰接在X形支架上。上述设计增加抓地力。
进一步地,所述轮胎稳定器还包含有固定件,所述固定件一侧套接在螺杆上并紧贴着螺杆座Ⅰ的外侧,固定件的另一侧带有卡钩,固定件固定在房车一侧的两个车轮之间的车架上。上述设计便于轮胎稳定器的携带。
进一步地,所述固定件一端向内弯折有直角折边,且在直角折边上开有供螺杆穿接的螺杆通孔,所述固定件上还设有供螺栓穿过的螺栓孔,螺栓孔通过螺栓与螺杆座Ⅰ固定。上述设计固定更为的牢靠。
进一步地,所述X形支架为一组或两组X形支架前后固定为一体件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:使用、去除均方便,且使用时能保证房车安全停放。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语 “中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”、“底部”、“顶部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1
请参照图1,本实施例提供的轮胎稳定器包括X形支架1、螺杆5、螺杆座、固定件15和支撑座7,上述X形支架1为可活动支架,X形支架1为四个,分别两两相对的分成两组,每组两X形支架1上下两支架杆之间通过螺栓2固定,上述螺杆座为两个,分别为螺杆座Ⅰ3和螺杆座Ⅱ4,上述螺杆座Ⅰ3和螺杆座Ⅱ4上开有切穿两螺杆座前后面的螺栓孔,使螺杆座Ⅰ3和螺杆座Ⅱ4能够与X形支架1上的螺栓2进行固定,上述螺杆座Ⅱ4水平侧还开有螺纹通孔,螺杆座Ⅰ3的水平侧开有螺杆通孔,上述螺杆5左侧为螺纹头8,右侧为光杆9,光杆9的右侧延伸有一个六角形的螺帽6,上述靠近螺帽6的光杆9上开有一个销轴通孔10,且销轴通孔10与螺帽6之间的光杆9上还套接有两个垫片11,上述螺杆5的左侧穿过螺杆座Ⅰ3螺杆通孔后,与螺杆座Ⅱ4的螺纹通孔螺纹旋接,同时螺杆5的光杆9处在螺杆通孔内,上述两垫片11分设在螺杆座Ⅰ3两次,且通过销轴12插接在销轴通孔10内使两垫片11夹紧螺杆座Ⅰ3,上述支撑座7为四个,每个支撑座7的外侧为弧形底面,且弧形底面上设有防滑齿13,上述支撑座7向着X形支架1延伸有两相对的铰接部14,铰接部14上开有铰接孔,并通过销轴铰接在X形支架1上,上述固定件15右端向内弯折有一直角折边17,且固定件15上开有与螺杆座Ⅰ3其螺栓孔相对的螺杆通孔,上述固定件15的左侧向内弯折有卡钩16,同时固定件15上螺杆通孔供螺杆座Ⅰ3上的螺栓2进行固定,且螺杆5还穿过折边17。
本实施例提供的轮胎稳定器,其通过固定件15固定在房车一侧的两个车轮之间的车架上方便携带,当房车停放后可通过扳手顺时针转动螺杆5六角螺帽6,使螺杆座Ⅱ4沿着螺杆5的螺纹头8向螺杆5六角螺帽6一端移动,螺杆5两侧的两组X形支架1即向两侧伸展,直至两组X形支架1外侧两端上的两支撑座7水平抵挡到车轮轮胎,房车一侧的两轮胎即被相互固定,无需再使用房车千斤顶或石头、木块等来稳定房车,当房车需要再次拖动时,通过扳手按逆时针方向旋转螺杆5的六角螺帽6,螺杆5两侧的X形支架1即往螺杆5靠拢收缩,房车一侧的两轮胎即被解除固定,房车即可拖动,其使用十分方便。
作为优选,上述X形支架也可以是一组或两组X形支架前后固定为一体件,其中一组强度较差,两组一体件的设计则是两组分体的常规替换。

Claims (7)

1.一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,包括:
X形支架,所述X形支架为两组,每组为两个,每组两X形支架上下两支架杆之间通过螺栓固定;
螺杆座,所述螺杆座为两个,分别为螺杆座Ⅰ和螺杆座Ⅱ,所述两个螺杆座分别与每组两X形支架的螺栓进行固定;
螺杆,所述螺杆一侧设有螺帽,螺杆另一侧水平穿过螺杆座Ⅰ后与螺杆座Ⅱ螺纹连接;
支撑座,所述支撑座为四个,两组X形支架的支架杆未相互连接的一侧各固定有一个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,所述每组两X形支架上下两支架杆之间的螺栓为四根,每根螺栓穿过支架杆后与螺杆座螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,所述螺杆其一侧为螺纹头,另一侧为光杆,所述螺帽设在光杆侧,且在光杆侧的螺杆上设有销轴通孔,销轴通孔与螺帽之间的光杆上还套接有两片垫片,两垫片分设在螺杆座Ⅰ两侧,且通过销轴插接在销轴通孔内使两片垫片夹紧螺杆座Ⅰ。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,所述支撑座的底面为弧形底面,且在弧形底面上设有防滑齿,所述支撑座弧形底面上端设有两垂直底面的铰接部,铰接部上设有铰接孔,并通过销轴铰接在X形支架上。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,所述轮胎稳定器还包含有固定件,所述固定件一侧套接在螺杆上并紧贴着螺杆座Ⅰ的外侧,固定件的另一侧带有卡钩,固定件固定在房车一侧的两个车轮之间的车架上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,所述固定件一端向内弯折有直角折边,且在直角折边上开有供螺杆穿接的螺杆通孔,所述固定件上还设有供螺栓穿过的螺栓孔,螺栓孔通过螺栓与螺杆座Ⅰ固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轮胎稳定器,其特征在于,所述X形支架为一组或两组X形支架前后固定为一体件。
