In order to enhance the connection stability between the flexible protective sleeve and the middle bracket and the clamping arm, please refer to fig. 6 and 7, the massage apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a first fastening member 41 and a second fastening member 42, the first fastening member 41 fixes the first connection portion 322 in the first mounting hole 111, and the second fastening member 42 fixes the second connection portion 323 in the second mounting hole 211. Through setting up first fastener 41 and second fastener 42, can make the both ends of flexible protective sheath 32 respectively with middle support 10, arm lock 20 have more stable connected relation, also make middle coupling assembling 30 respectively with middle support 10, arm lock 20 have more stable connected relation promptly.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the first fastening member 41 and the second fastening member 42 are a first pressing piece 41a and a second pressing piece 42a, respectively, the first pressing piece 41a presses the first connecting portion 322 against the inner wall of the middle bracket 10, the first pressing piece 41a, the first connecting portion 322 and the inner wall of the middle bracket 10 are fixedly connected by screws, the second pressing piece 42a presses the second connecting portion 323 against the inner wall of the clamping arm 20, and the second pressing piece 42a, the second connecting portion 323 and the inner wall of the clamping arm 20 are fixedly connected by screws. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, first openings are formed on left and right sides of the first pressing piece 41a, second openings are formed on left and right sides of the first connecting portion 322, and a third opening protruding into the first mounting hole 111 is formed on an inner wall of the middle bracket 10. The first connecting portion 322 is extended into the inner wall of the intermediate bracket 10 processed in the first mounting hole 111, and then the first pressing piece 41a is pressed on the first connecting portion 322, and screws are sequentially inserted through the first opening, the second opening, and the third opening and tightened, thereby stably and fixedly connecting the first connecting portion 322 to the intermediate bracket 10 using the first pressing piece 41 a. Similarly, the second connecting portion 323 can be stably and fixedly connected to the clamping arm 20 by the second pressing piece 42a in the above manner, which is not described in detail herein.
In order to further improve the connection stability, the first connecting portion 322 and the second connecting portion 323 are respectively provided with a first matching portion 51, the middle bracket 10 and the clamping arm 20 are respectively provided with a second matching portion 52, the first matching portion 51 is matched and connected with the second matching portion 52, so that the first connecting portion 322 is connected with the middle bracket 1, and the second connecting portion 323 is connected with the clamping arm 2. By the fitting connection of the first fitting portion 51 and the second fitting portion 52, the connection stability of the first connection portion 322 and the intermediate bracket 10 and the connection stability of the second connection portion 323 and the clip arm 20 can be further enhanced.
It is understood that the first mating portion 51 may be provided only on the first connecting portion 322, and the second mating portion 52 may be provided on the intermediate bracket 1; or, when the first engaging portion 51 is provided only on the second connecting portion 323, the second engaging portion 52 is provided on the arm 2, and the engaging structure is provided on one end of the intermediate connecting assembly 30 alone, it is mainly preferable to provide a more stable connecting effect to the structure of the end connection.
In the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 7 to 11, one of the first matching portion 51 and the second matching portion 52 is a mounting groove 51a, and the other one is a fixing piece 52a, and the fixing piece 52a extends into the mounting groove 51a, so as to further stably connect the middle connecting assembly and the middle bracket, and the middle connecting assembly and the clamping arm. Specifically, the first connecting portion 322 and the second connecting portion 323 are both provided with mounting grooves 51a, the middle bracket 10 and the clip arm 20 are provided with fixing pieces 52a, and the fixing pieces 52a extend into the mounting grooves 51a to improve the connection stability of the connecting portions.
More specifically, the groove body of the mounting groove 51a extends in a first direction of the flexible protection cover 32, which is a width direction of the flexible protection cover 32 (i.e., substantially in a lateral direction of the flexible protection cover 32 in fig. 7), and the fixing piece 52a is formed protruding from an inner wall of the middle bracket 10. By fixing the fixing piece 52a in the mounting groove 51a formed along the width direction of the flexible protection sleeve 32, the movement of the flexible protection sleeve 32 along the second direction, which is the length direction of the flexible protection sleeve 32 (i.e. the movement of the flexible protection sleeve 32 along the vertical direction in fig. 7), that is, by arranging the fixing piece 52a and the mounting groove 51a in the horizontal direction, which both play a role in connection and a role in limitation, the movement of the flexible protection sleeve 32 in the vertical direction can be effectively limited, and the possibility of generating gaps at the joints of the flexible protection sleeve 32 with the intermediate bracket 10 and the clamping arm 20 is further reduced.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, both ends of the shaping member 31 extend out of the flexible protection sleeve 32, so when the intermediate connecting assembly 30 connects the intermediate bracket 10 and the clamping arm 20, respectively, it can be: the two ends of the shaping member 31 extend into the first and second mounting holes 111 and 211, and the two ends of the flexible protective sleeve 32 also extend into the first and second mounting holes 111 and 211. By adopting the structure mode, the shaping component does not need to be welded and then matched and fixed with structures such as fasteners and the like, and the improvement of the production efficiency is facilitated.
Furthermore, in order to provide a certain amount of allowance for the bending and twisting of the shaped part 31, there is a gap between at least part of the flexible protective sheath 32 and the shaped part 31. For example, in a connection relationship between the flexible protection sleeve and the shaping component, the flexible protection sleeve 32 is sleeved outside the shaping component 31, and the flexible protection sleeve and the shaping component are fixedly connected at the upper and lower connection ends of the flexible protection sleeve and the shaping component, at this time, a certain gap may be left between the inner wall of the flexible protection sleeve 32 and the outer wall of the shaping component 31, and a deformation space is left for the bending deformation of the shaping component 31 through the gap; or one part of the flexible protective sleeve 32 is tightly hooped outside the shaping component 31 to fix the shaping component 31, and the other part of the flexible protective sleeve 32 is provided with a gap to provide a larger deformation space for the deformation of the shaping component 31.
In order to improve the overall consistency of the massage apparatus, in the embodiment of the present application, the outer surface of the flexible protection sleeve 32 is smooth and consistent with the outer surfaces of the clamping arms 20 and the middle bracket 10, so that the overall integrity of the entire massage apparatus is stronger.
Because this application embodiment has add the middle coupling assembling that has the design part between middle support and arm lock, and this design part has the characteristic that flexible and crooked state stops wantonly, so no matter two arm locks are interval or spatial orientation all have wider control range. But also just because this characteristic of design part, probably influence arm lock and middle coupling assembling, the stability of being connected between middle coupling assembling and the middle support, therefore this application embodiment sets up through a series of structure above-mentioned, not only can realize the firm connection of middle coupling assembling and middle support, arm lock, and the connection that can be abundant assurance middle coupling assembling and middle support junction, middle coupling assembling and arm lock junction is inseparable, especially reduces the gap between the connection face of middle coupling assembling and middle support, the connection face of middle coupling assembling and arm lock.

Claims (18)

1. A massage apparatus, characterized in that the massage apparatus comprises:
the massage device comprises a middle bracket with a massage component, wherein two ends of the middle bracket are provided with first mounting ends;
the end, facing the middle support, of each clamping arm is provided with a second mounting end;
the middle connecting assemblies are arranged between the middle support and the corresponding clamping arms, and two ends of each middle connecting assembly are respectively connected with the first mounting end and the second mounting end in a matched mode; middle coupling assembling includes the design part that flexible and arbitrary bending state can stop, just the both ends of design part are located respectively first installation department second installation department, the arm lock is used for driving middle coupling assembling warp, so that the arm lock for middle support rotates and arbitrary turned angle can stop.
2. The massager of claim 1, wherein the shape-fixing member is a bellows or a gooseneck.

The massager of claim 4, wherein the flexible protective sheath comprises a protective sheath body, and a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion respectively extending from two ends of the protective sheath body, one of the first mounting end and the first connecting portion has a first mounting hole, the other has a first mounting shaft, and the first mounting shaft extends into and is fixed in the first mounting hole; one of the second mounting end and the second connecting part is provided with a second mounting hole, the other one is provided with a second mounting shaft, and the second mounting shaft extends into and is fixed in the second mounting hole.

The massager of claim 5, wherein the outer surface of the first connecting portion is closely attached to the inner surface of the first mounting hole, the outer surface of the second connecting portion is closely attached to the inner surface of the second mounting hole, so that no gap is formed at the connecting position of the first connecting portion and the middle support and no gap is formed at the connecting position of the second connecting portion and the clamping arm during the rotation of the clamping arm relative to the middle support.
7. The massager of claim 5, further comprising a first fastener securing said first connector in said first mounting hole and a second fastener securing said second connector in said second mounting hole.
8. The massager of claim 7, wherein the first and second fastening members are a first pressing plate and a second pressing plate respectively, the first pressing plate presses the first connecting portion against the inner wall of the middle support, the first pressing plate, the first connecting portion and the inner wall of the middle support are fixedly connected by screws, the second pressing plate presses the second connecting portion against the inner wall of the clamping arm, and the second pressing plate, the second connecting portion and the inner wall of the clamping arm are fixedly connected by screws.
9. The massager of claim 5, wherein the first connecting portion and/or the second connecting portion are provided with a first engaging portion, the middle bracket and/or the clamping arm are provided with a second engaging portion, and the first engaging portion is engaged with the second engaging portion to connect the first connecting portion with the middle bracket and/or connect the second connecting portion with the clamping arm.
10. The massager of claim 9, wherein one of the first and second engaging portions is a mounting groove and the other is a fixing piece, and the fixing piece extends into the mounting groove.
11. The massager of claim 10, wherein the groove body of the mounting groove extends along a first direction of the flexible protective sleeve, the fixing piece is formed by protruding from the inner wall of the middle bracket, and the matching connection of the fixing piece and the mounting groove is used for limiting the movement of the flexible protective sleeve along a second direction; the second direction is a direction in which the middle connecting assembly faces the middle support, or the second direction is a direction in which the middle connecting assembly faces the clamping arm, and the first direction is perpendicular or approximately perpendicular to the second direction.
12. The massager of claim 4, wherein the flexible protective sheath and the shaping member are in an interference fit, such that the shaping member is fixed in the flexible protective sheath.
13. The massager of claim 4, wherein said flexible protective sleeve is integrally formed with said styling member.
14. The massager of claim 4, wherein both ends of said shaping member are extended to the outside of said flexible protective sheath.
15. The massager of claim 4, wherein at least a portion of said flexible protective sheath is spaced from said form member.
16. The massager of claim 4, wherein the outer surface of the flexible protective sleeve is smooth and consistent with the outer surfaces of the clamping arms and the middle bracket.
17. The massager of claim 4, wherein the flexible protective sheath is a silicone protective sheath, a rubber protective sheath, a soft polyethylene protective sheath, a polypropylene protective sheath, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer protective sheath, a polyolefin elastomer protective sheath, or a polyurethane elastomer protective sheath.
18. The massager of claim 1, wherein the massager is a neck massager, an eye massager, a head massager, a shoulder massager, a waist massager or a leg massager.
