Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to meal replacement powder and a preparation method thereof, in particular to bean composite meal replacement powder for a diabetic patient as a staple food and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of social economy and the improvement of living standard of residents, the dietary structure of people is changed, particularly the intake of fat and sugar is increased, and the incidence rate of diabetes mellitus is increased rapidly due to lack of exercise. Diabetes is one of the stealth killers that threatens human health today. According to the international diabetes union (IDF), the number of worldwide diabetic patients reaches 3.7 million in 2011, 80% of them are in developing countries, and by 2030, the number of worldwide diabetic patients is estimated to reach 5.5 million. 90% of patients with diabetes mellitus belong to type 2 diabetes mellitus, and if the blood sugar of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can be controlled to reach the standard, the damage of the diabetes mellitus to the organism can be greatly reduced, the diabetic complication is reduced, and the survival rate of the patients with diabetes mellitus is improved.
The five principles of scientific comprehensive treatment of diabetes, namely, instant dietotherapy, pharmacotherapy, blood sugar monitoring, exercise therapy and diabetes education, are put forward by Chinese diabetes experts to professor hong ding as early as 1995. The diet therapy is a basic stone, the load of islet cells can be reduced by reasonably controlling the diet intake, the control of the blood sugar level is facilitated, and the occurrence of diabetic complications can be effectively prevented and delayed. The diet control for the diabetes is a key item in the diabetes 'five-driving carriage', the original operation method for the diet control is a method of calculating by adopting a calorie, although the method is accurate, the operability is poor, a diet control scheme cannot be realized by calculation in life of a patient, and meanwhile, some factors limit the realization of calorie calculation in life, for example, some food bags are not provided with calorie and nutrition, so that a large number of family members exist, and strict diet for the diabetes cannot be realized by mainly using family food. The patient cannot calculate the caloric content of the food at any time and any place, nor can the physician specify the composition of the patient's diet.
The 'palm rule' is a method recommended by expert committee of clinical practice guidelines of the Canadian diabetes Association for diabetic patients to be used in diabetes diet education, some endocrinologists have started advocating in China, and the teaching of 'keeping the mouth' of a diabetic patient is a very important link in diabetes education, but how diet of three meals a day should be matched, how energy should be scientifically taken, and many patients still lack intuitive concepts and are difficult to persist for a long time.
CN202011466248.9 provides a hypoglycemic meal replacement powder and a preparation method thereof, the meal replacement powder can effectively control blood sugar after being eaten, the meal replacement powder takes linseed powder and oat beta-glucan as main raw materials, the main components are protein and dietary fiber, the content of carbohydrate is low, the content of protein is about 38.2g/100g, the content of dietary fiber is about 22.8g/100g, and the meal replacement powder is rich in 8-12% of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and alpha-linolenic acid, and can supplement fatty acid required by a human body. Although the formula can effectively control sugar, the formula is slightly deficient in terms of nutrition balance and cannot be directly used as a dinner.

The invention selects high-quality soybeans, black beans, red beans, mung beans, white hyacinth beans, flaxseeds, barley kernels and buckwheat as main materials and is matched with hawthorns and gardenias, wherein the main effects of the components are as follows:
beans are rich in a large amount of high-quality protein and amino acid necessary for human body growth, are vegetable high-protein food which is most suitable for human body function, and meanwhile, the beans are low glycemic index food, so that the digestion and absorption of carbohydrate by the body can be slowed down, the appetite can be controlled, hunger can be delayed, the blood sugar control of a diabetic patient is facilitated, and obvious satiety is caused after eating the bean. As the main raw materials of meal replacement powder, beans not only can provide high-quality protein necessary for life activities, but also can provide a large amount of amino acid to balance the absorption and utilization of food by human bodies.
The invention screens out high-quality soybeans, black beans, red beans, mung beans and white hyacinth beans in a plurality of beans as the core collocation of meal replacement powder, mainly takes the 'green red yellow white black' five colors in the theory of five elements of the traditional Chinese medicine as guidance, combines the theory of mutual generation and mutual restriction of the five elements, not only gives play to the respective characteristics of the five beans, but also excites the synergistic effect, and provides high-quality protein and rich amino acid necessary for a human body while reducing blood sugar, thereby meeting various requirements of diabetics.
Wherein, the soybeans are sweet and mild in taste; it is indicated for diarrhea and dysentery due to food stagnation, abdominal distention, anorexia, sore, carbuncle, edema due to spleen deficiency, and traumatic hemorrhage due to spleen, stomach and large intestine meridians entered. In the book, the soybean has sweet taste, and is usually absorbed with excessive qi and phlegm-producing cough. It is also called as widening middle energizer and descending qi, benefiting large intestine, eliminating edema and swelling toxin, and it is similar to two branches. it is known that the book says sweet smell and congestion, and it means that the stir-baked food is cooked without qi leakage; in the word, the expression "widening the middle energizer and directing qi downward to promote the flow of qi and promote the flow of qi" means that the food is cold and uncooked. All the things are growing in nature but they are warm in nature, and the growing in nature can not release water and gas, so they are mostly harmful to the health and the disease is caused by the deficiency of qi. If tonifying is done, it should be stir-fried thoroughly, but should be eaten less often, and if it is taken too much, there will be phlegm generation and qi stagnation. Except for the function of reducing blood sugar, the soybeans also have multiple physiological functions, such as cancer resistance, blood fat reduction, cardiovascular disease prevention, aging resistance, intelligence development, brain strengthening and the like.
The black beans are mild in nature and sweet in taste; spleen and kidney meridians entered; has effects in relieving swelling, invigorating qi, moistening lung, removing dryness-heat, promoting blood circulation, promoting diuresis, expelling pathogenic wind, removing arthralgia, tonifying blood, tranquilizing mind, improving eyesight, invigorating spleen, tonifying kidney, nourishing yin, and removing toxic materials; the compendium of materia medica records that the medicinal black soya bean has the efficacies of tonifying kidney and nourishing blood, clearing heat and detoxicating, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, blacking hair and improving eyesight and prolonging life. The black bean is rich in VE and soybean isoflavone, and has effects of caring skin, resisting aging, and preventing cancer and cardiovascular diseases.
Red bean is sweet and sour in taste and mild in nature; it is used for edema, beriberi edema, jaundice, dark urine, rheumatism, pyretic arthralgia, carbuncle, swelling, sore, intestinal abscess and abdominal pain. The compendium of materia medica records that the phaseolus calcaratus has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispersing blood stasis, eliminating irritability, promoting qi circulation, strengthening the spleen and stomach and making people eat delicious food. Pounded into powder, the powder is applied to all sores and abscess due to heat toxin together with chicken's gizzard-skin. Boiling the decoction, washing the children with the ulcer of yellow rot, not more than three degrees (right). To contract qi and move wind, strengthen tendons and bones, and extract muscles. Long-term consumption of lean (Shiliang). Dispel qi, remove feverish sensation in the joints and open the heart. After sudden dysentery, people with fullness and incapability of eating food can avoid pestilence after boiling and eating, treat difficult labor, get rid of the cyst coat and promote lactation. Can be cooked with carp, Liyu, crucian and yellow hen, and has effects of inducing diuresis and relieving swelling.
The mung beans are sweet in nature and cool; heart and stomach meridians entered; has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic material, relieving summer heat, inducing diuresis, etc. and is used in treating summer heat, polydipsia, edema, diarrhea, erysipelas, carbuncle and swelling and clearing away toxic medicine. In Ben Cao gang mu, it is recorded that although the efficacy of mung bean for relieving swelling and treating deep-rooted carbuncle is also recorded in Duan Dou, it is too powerful to suppress heat and remove toxicity. Moreover, the medicine can tonify qi, thicken intestines and stomach, and dredge channels, and is not prohibited for people to be withered after being taken for a long time. However, if the bean jelly is used as bean jelly or bean wine, the diseases caused by cold or heat can be caused by the bean jelly or bean wine, but the diseases are not caused by the bean. The bean powder is true for green sticky greasy food, has the effect of supporting and protecting heart, and plays its role in treating carbuncle and deep rooted carbuncle in surgery. Green bean meat is flat and cold in skin, relieves all the toxicity of gold stone, arsenic and plant and wood, and is suitable for being ground with raw skin and taken with water.
The white hyacinth beans are sweet in taste and slightly warm and enter spleen and stomach meridians; it is used to invigorate the spleen and regulate the middle warmer, relieve summer heat and eliminate dampness. For vomiting and diarrhea due to summer-heat and dampness, spleen deficiency, vomiting, anorexia, diarrhea, water retention, diabetes, leucorrhea with red and white discharge, and infantile malnutrition; the hard shell white hyacinth bean is full, white and yellowish, has fishy smell, is warm and mild in nature and is neutral, and the spleen and the valley are also included. The compendium of materia medica records that white hyacinth beans enter Taiyin qi system, promote diuresis and remove heat from the triple energizer, and can resolve the clear and descend the turbid, so it is specially indicated for diseases of middle energizer, relieving summer heat and removing dampness to remove toxicity. The soft shell and the black magpie are cool in nature but can also regulate the spleen and stomach when they are eaten.
The soybean, the black bean, the red bean, the mung bean and the white hyacinth bean are combined to enter heart, spleen, stomach, large intestine, small intestine and kidney channels, and all have the effect of detoxifying, and basically cover the whole digestive system; from the perspective of five beans, soybeans, black beans and white hyacinth beans are used as monarch drugs, red beans and mung beans are used as minister drugs, wherein the soybeans, the black beans and the white hyacinth beans are matched to mainly strengthen the spleen, the red beans and the mung beans are used as subsidiary drugs, the five beans are used together to detoxify and sooth the liver, and the efficacy is obvious.
From the perspective of western medicine, eating 6.35 g of soybean protein every day can effectively prevent various cardiovascular diseases, and meanwhile, scholars and the like disclose that the soybean isoflavone has the function of reducing blood sugar, which proves the practical value and the important significance of the health care function of the soybean protein and the long-term eating of diabetic patients.
Linseed is sweet and pungent in flavor, neutral in nature and entering liver and intestine meridians; can be used for calming liver, regulating qi, and promoting intestinal function. It can be used for treating orchitis, hernia, chronic hepatitis, headache due to liver wind, and constipation. Linseed is recorded in Boji Fang for treating wind diseases and urticaria: semen Lini, fructus Arctii, fructus Lycii, and fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae each half two (parched together to give smoke with proper degree), radix Sophorae Flavescentis each half two, radix Trichosanthis, radix Saposhnikoviae (with reed removed) each half two, and fructus Atriplicis Sibiricae each half two. The eight ingredients are added into the powder with a pestle, and every fifteen coins are added with calomel and two coins and mixed uniformly at one place. The powder is taken every time, Qiansheng powder is taken, and the powder is taken after being mixed with tea, and the powder is taken in the air, at noon and before lying. In five and seven days after the medicine is taken, the patient develops smelly yellow saliva and is full of body pain before the teeth and teeth are sutured, and then the patient can conveniently discharge purulent blood, which is the root of the disease.
The barley kernels are mild in nature and cool; entering spleen and stomach meridians; can be used for regulating stomach function, relieving intestinal obstruction, and promoting diuresis. It is indicated for diarrhea due to food stagnation, stranguria with urine, edema and fire injury due to decoction. In Ben Cao Yan Yi (the book of Yan Yi) it is recorded that if a person suffers from throat wind and can not eat down, the barley flour is made into thin paste to make the throat smooth and easy to swallow, so as to help stomach qi. From compendium of materia medica, it is recorded that barley is sweet in nature, salty, cool, and has the effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, harmonizing stomach and relaxing bowels. The book recorded in the book of entry states that barley mainly has the functions of quenching thirst, removing heat, tonifying qi and regulating the middle warmer. The barley has high protein content, and is rich in dietary fiber, vitamins and mineral elements.
Buckwheat is sweet in flavor and neutral in nature and cold in nature, and enters spleen, stomach and large intestine meridians; it can be used for stimulating appetite, relieving intestinal obstruction, descending qi, removing food stagnation, treating intestinal scarification, intestinal stagnation, chronic diarrhea, dysentery with vomiting, erysipelas, carbuncle, cellulitis, scrofula, and burn due to hot water. It is recorded in Ben Cao gang mu that buckwheat can reduce qi and widen intestine, so it can relieve intestinal and intestinal food stagnation to treat abdominal pain and qi-ascending disease due to turbid pathogen, leukorrhagia and diarrhea. It is suitable for qi exuberance with damp-heat. is contraindicated for deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach, which can lead to failure of original qi and then to fall of beard and eyebrow. A person who feels pleased with the force will be almost never. The radix Et rhizoma Fagopyri Tatarici is also called "radix Et rhizoma Fagopyri Tatarici", and contains flavonoids such as rutin and catechin, polyvidone, dietary fiber, dermatan, morin, trivalent chromium, and phytosterol. Has the physiological functions of regulating blood sugar, blood fat, etc. Wherein, the quercetin and the derivatives thereof in the buckwheat are flavonoids which are widely distributed in the plant world, are widely present in hawthorn, apple, onion, tea, honey, grape and the like, and are good products for regulating blood sugar.
The barley kernels, the buckwheat and the flaxseeds are used together, enter liver, intestine, spleen and stomach channels, are nourished by the five cereals correspondingly, have the effect of relaxing bowels, accelerate the metabolism rhythm in a human body, and obviously reduce the burden of intestines and stomach while supplying nutrition; meanwhile, the coarse cereals, barley kernels and buckwheat also have the function of preventing and treating diabetes. The starch-rich food contains starch, but does not cause the rise of blood sugar after being eaten, and the reason is that the rough cell wall is not easy to be damaged by human bodies, and the food cellulose contains more food cellulose, so that the side effect of constipation difficulty can be eliminated, the intestinal peristalsis can be promoted, the retention time of excrement in the intestines can be shortened, and the excrement can be cleared.
The hawthorn is sour and sweet in taste and slightly warm, and enters spleen, stomach and liver meridians; is used for promoting digestion, invigorating stomach, promoting qi circulation, removing blood stasis, eliminating turbid pathogen, and reducing blood lipid; can be used for treating meat food stagnation, gastric cavity distention, dysentery abdominal pain, blood stasis amenorrhea, puerperal blood stasis, heart and abdominal pain, thoracic obstruction, cardialgia, hernia pain, hyperlipidemia, etc. It has been shown that total flavonoids of hawthorn reduce the insulin value and insulin resistance index in rats on an empty stomach. In addition, the hawthorn fruit extract can also promote the oxidation of adenylate activated protease in the liver of type 2 diabetic mice, and reduce the expression of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase and the generation of glucose, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing blood sugar. As medicinal and edible hawthorn, the hawthorn has rich resources and large wide application potential, and the modern pharmacological research results show that the hawthorn has various effects of reducing blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, regulating immunity, resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria and inflammation and the like.
The gardenia is bitter in taste and cold in nature; it enters lung and liver meridians and is indicated for clearing lung heat, relieving cough, cooling blood and stopping bleeding. It can be used for treating vexation, insomnia, jaundice, diabetes, conjunctival congestion, and epistaxis due to deficiency of heat. Gardenia is recorded in Yunnan herbal medicine for purging lung-fire, relieving cough due to lung-heat, relieving epistaxis and eliminating phlegm. "Ben Cao gang mu" records that gardenia has the functions of benefiting five stranguria, promoting urination and relieving thirst; in recent years, scholars at home and abroad do a lot of work on the medicine, and the medicine is proved to have the function of reducing blood sugar. In a diabetic mouse model, the weight of a geniposide intervention group mouse is increased quickly, the blood sugar is reduced obviously, and a kidney tissue section is improved better, wherein proinflammatory cytokines are reduced, and the expression level of mRNA is reduced. The geniposide gastric perfusion treatment is carried out on diabetic rats for a long time, the blood sugar of a treatment group is obviously reduced, the expression levels of NF-kB and Bax are obviously reduced, Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 are obviously reduced, and the blood sugar reducing mechanism is to regulate the above cell factors, inhibit the expression of related proteins and relieve the degeneration and damage of islet tissue cells. Geniposide can play a role in reducing blood sugar by inhibiting liver Glycogen Phosphorylase (GP) and glucose-6-phosphatase (G6Pase), and the blood sugar value, the serum insulin concentration and the TC level of the geniposide treatment group are reduced, and the expression and the activity of the GP and the G6Pase are correspondingly reduced in experiments. Geniposide can also reduce blood glucose by inhibiting lipid metabolism, and in TSOD mice, geniposide can inhibit weight and visceral fat accumulation, slow down lipid metabolism abnormality, inhibit intrahepatic lipid accumulation, and reduce glucose tolerance abnormality and hyperinsulinemia.
In conclusion, on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the invention takes the genuine high-quality soybeans, black beans, white hyacinth beans and flaxseeds as monarch drugs, red beans, mung beans, barley kernels and buckwheat as ministers, and hawthorn and gardenia as guides, and has balanced efficacy excited by reasonable proportion, and the monarch drugs and the ministers are orderly and mutually absorbed, and are used for mainly defending out evil, and balancing food nutrition and food diversity of the diabetes patients.
From the perspective of western medicine, the invention provides the novel meal replacement powder which takes beans (soybeans, black beans, white hyacinth beans, red beans and mung beans) as the monarch, cereals (flaxseeds, barley kernels and buckwheat) and flowers and fruits (hawthorns and gardenias) as the auxiliary materials, has higher nutritional value than single eating by combining various proteins and amino acids, realizes amino acid complementation of different beans, cereals, fruits, flowers and other raw materials, and achieves balanced nutrition, high vegetable protein, high vitamins, high fibers, low fat and low sugar. The diet control mode of the bean composite meal replacement powder is convenient and fast in patients and is more acceptable.
Next, a human body test is carried out according to an industry standard 'food blood glucose generation index determination method WS/T652-plus 2019' issued by Weijian Commission of China, and the GI value of the bean composite meal replacement powder is determined. According to the GI value classification standard, GI is less than or equal to 55, and the food is low in GI; GI 55< GI < 70, is a medium GI food; GI >70, high GI food.
