Fig. 6 is a main part sectional view of the decorative panel of embodiment 1.
Fig. 6 shows a cross-sectional view taken along a plane passing through the large diameter portion 12 and perpendicular to the second direction. In fig. 6, the fastener 4 is shown in a state of passing through the fastening hole 6 of each of the pair of decorative panels 2.
The head 11 of the bolt 7 has an outer diameter smaller than the width W2. The outer diameter of the head 11 is larger than the width W1. The head portions 11 are disposed outside the fastening portions 5 of the pair of decorative panels 2. The head 11 has a root 19. The shape of the cross section of the root portion 19 cut by a plane perpendicular to the axial direction is, for example, a polygonal shape having a width W1 between opposite sides. Root 19 is adjacent to threaded portion 10. The head 11 has an annular groove 20 on one side of the threaded portion 10. The inner diameter of the groove 20 of the head 11 is smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 17 so that the end of the cylindrical portion 17 fits in. The outer diameter of the groove 20 of the head 11 is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 17 so that the end of the cylindrical portion 17 is fitted.
The nut 8 is disposed on the opposite side of the head 11 of the bolt 7 outside the fastening portion 5 of the pair of decorative panels 2. The nut 8 is fastened to the threaded portion 10 of the bolt 7.
The washer body 9 is inserted between the head 11 of the bolt 7 and the nut 8 by the screw portion 10 of the bolt 7. The outer diameter of the first gasket 14 is smaller than the width W2. The length of the tube portion 17 is longer than the plate thickness of the fastening portion 5 of the decorative panel 2. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 17 is smaller than the width W1. The temporary support portion 18 is provided in the tube portion 17 at a position spaced apart from the flange portion 16 by a distance greater than the thickness of the decorative panel 2.
Next, fastening by the fastener 4 will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 9.
Fig. 7 and 8 are enlarged views of a main part of the decorative panel of embodiment 1.
Fig. 9 is a main part sectional view of the decorative panel of embodiment 1.
In fig. 7, the X-X section of fig. 6 is shown.
The worker who performs the fastening work assembles the fastener 4. In assembling the fastener 4, the worker temporarily supports the first gasket 14 on the temporary support portion 18 of the second gasket 15, thereby assembling the gasket body 9. The worker presses the first gasket 14, for example, to fit the first gasket 14 into the temporary support portion 18 and temporarily support the same. The operator inserts the threaded portion 10 of the bolt 7 through the cylindrical portion 17 from the side of the temporary support portion 18 of the assembled washer body 9. The operator inserts the threaded portion 10 of the bolt 7 through the nut 8. At this time, the nut 8 is held in the threaded portion 10 in a loosened state. At this time, the spacer body 9 is held so as to be movable along the screw portion 10.
The operator makes the assembled fastener 4 enter the large diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6 from the side of the head 11 of the bolt 7. The operator passes the head 11 of the bolt 7 to the opposite side of the pair of decorative panels 2. At this time, the flange portion 16 having an outer diameter larger than the width W2 does not pass through the large diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6. Then, the operator moves the fastener 4 passed through the large-diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6 toward the small-diameter portion 13.
Fig. 8 is a view of the fastener 4 moved to the small diameter portion 13 as viewed from the nut 8 side.
The worker adjusts the position of the spacer body 9 or the interval between the pair of decorative panels 2 so that the first spacer 14 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2 and moves the fastener 4 toward the small diameter portion 13. The operator fastens the nut 8 of the fastening tool 4 moved to the small diameter portion 13.
Fig. 9 shows a cross-sectional view taken along a plane passing through the small diameter portion 13 and perpendicular to the second direction. In fig. 9, a pair of decorative panels 2 in a state fastened by a fastener 4 is shown.
The flange portion 16 is pressed against the decorative panel 2 by the tightened nut 8. At this time, the flange 16 having an outer diameter larger than the width W1 does not pass through the small diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6. By fastening the nut 8, the interval between the nut 8 and the head 11 is narrowed. This narrows the gap between the pair of decorative panels 2. By tightening the nut 8, the edge of the small diameter portion 13 comes into contact with the first gasket 14. At this time, the first washer 14 having an outer diameter larger than the width W1 does not pass through the small diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6. Further, by fastening the nut 8, the edge of the small diameter portion 13 presses the first gasket 14 toward the nut 8. Further, by tightening the nut 8, the first gasket 14 temporarily supported by the temporary support portion 18 is separated toward the flange portion 16 side. At this time, the front end of the cylindrical portion 17 is fitted into the groove 20 of the head portion 11. The first spacer 14 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2. Further, the pair of decorative panels 2 is fastened while maintaining the interval between the plate thicknesses of the first spacers 14 by fastening the nuts 8.
As described above, the fastener 4 according to embodiment 1 includes the bolt 7, the nut 8, and the washer element 9. The pair of decorative panels 2 have fastening holes 6, respectively. In the fastening hole 6, the large diameter portion 12 and the small diameter portion 13 are connected in the second direction. The first-direction width W1 of the small diameter portion 13 is smaller than the first-direction width W2 of the large diameter portion 12. The first direction is a direction within the plane of the fastening portion 5 provided with the fastening hole 6. The second direction is a direction perpendicular to the first direction. The second direction is a direction within the plane of the fastening portion 5 provided with the fastening hole 6. The bolt 7 has a threaded portion 10 and a head portion 11. The threaded portion 10 passes through the small diameter portion 13 of each of the pair of decorative panels 2. The outer diameter of the head 11 is a diameter that can pass through the large diameter portion 12 and cannot pass through the small diameter portion 13. The head 11 is provided at one end of the threaded portion 10. The nut 8 is fastened to the threaded portion 10. The spacer body 9 has a first spacer 14 and a second spacer 15. The first gasket 14 is annular in shape. The first gasket 14 has an outer diameter that can pass through the large diameter portion 12 and cannot pass through the small diameter portion 13. The second gasket 15 includes a flange portion 16, a cylindrical portion 17, and a temporary support portion 18. The flange 16 is annular in shape. The flange portion 16 has an outer diameter that cannot pass through the large diameter portion 12. The cylindrical portion 17 is inserted between the head portion 11 and the nut 8 by the threaded portion 10. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 17 is a diameter through which the small diameter portion 13 can pass. The cylindrical portion 17 extends from the inner edge of the flange portion 16 toward the nut 8. The temporary support portion 18 is provided in the tube portion 17 at a position spaced apart from the flange portion 16 by a distance greater than the thickness of the decorative panel 2. The temporary support portion 18 temporarily supports the edge of the inner side of the first gasket 14.
The first gasket 14 of the gasket body 9 disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2 passes through the large-diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6 of the decorative panel 2 together with the bolt 7 of the fastening member 4. The first spacer 14 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2. The pair of decorative panels 2 are fastened to the small diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6 with the first gasket 14 interposed therebetween. In this way, the fastening member 4 passes through the fastening holes 6 of the pair of trim panels 2 in an assembled state. This facilitates fastening of the decorative panel 2. In the fastening portions 5 of the pair of decorative panels 2, the decorative surfaces 3 do not directly contact each other. This makes it difficult for the decorative surface 3 to creep due to the surface pressure over a wide range of the fastening portion 5. Therefore, the generation of the detachment of the decorative surface 3 is suppressed.
The head 11 has an annular groove 20. The annular groove 20 is a groove into which an end of the cylindrical portion 17 extending from the flange portion 16 is fitted.
Accordingly, even if the bolt 7 of the fastener 4 is configured such that a gap is not provided between the bolt and the small diameter portion 13, for example, a square-neck bolt, the operator can fasten the nut 8 until the first gasket 14 is detached from the temporary support portion 18.
For example, in the case where the head portion 11 of the bolt 7 does not have the root portion 19, the head portion 11 may not have the annular groove if the length of the tube portion 17 is a length that does not protrude from the fastening hole 6 of the decorative panel 2.

Fig. 10 and 11 show cross-sectional views of the spacer body 9 taken along a plane including the center axis.
As shown in fig. 10, the gasket body 9 has a first flange portion 21, a cylindrical portion 17, and a second flange portion 22. The first flange 21 is a plate-like ring portion. The first flange portion 21 has, for example, an annular shape. The cylindrical portion 17 is a cylindrical portion extending from an inner edge of the first flange portion 21 to one side of the first flange portion 21. The cylindrical portion 17 is, for example, cylindrical. The second flange portion 22 is an annular plate material. The second flange portion 22 is, for example, annular in shape. The inner diameter of the second flange portion 22 is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 17. In this example, the first flange portion 21, the tube portion 17, and the second flange portion 22 are integrally formed. The second flange portion 22 is provided to be separable from the cylindrical portion 17. In this example, the second flange portion 22 is provided to be separable from the tube portion 17 by the micro joint 23.
The outer diameter of the first flange portion 21 is larger than the width W2. The length of the tube portion 17 is longer than the plate thickness of the fastening portion 5 of the decorative panel 2. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 17 is smaller than the width W1. The outer diameter of the second flange portion 22 is smaller than the width W2. The outer diameter of the second flange portion 22 is larger than the width W1. The second flange portion 22 is provided at a position separated from the first flange portion 21 by a distance greater than the thickness of the decorative panel 2 in the tube portion 17.
Fig. 11 shows the gasket body 9 in a state where the second flange portion 22 is separated from the cylindrical portion 17 by applying a force in which the second flange portion 22 is press-fitted in the axial direction. The cylindrical portion 17 passes through the center of the second flange portion 22 separated by being pressed in the axial direction.
Next, fastening by the fastener 4 will be described with reference to fig. 12 and 13.
Fig. 12 and 13 are main part sectional views of the decorative panel of embodiment 2.
Fig. 12 shows a cross-sectional view taken along a plane passing through the large diameter portion 12 and perpendicular to the second direction.
The worker who performs the fastening work assembles the fastener 4. The operator inserts the threaded portion 10 of the bolt 7 through the cylindrical portion 17 from the second flange portion 22 side of the gasket body 9. The operator inserts the threaded portion 10 of the bolt 7 through the nut 8. At this time, the nut 8 is held in the threaded portion 10 in a loosened state. The spacer body 9 is held so as to be movable along the threaded portion 10.
The operator makes the assembled fastener 4 enter the large diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6 from the side of the head 11 of the bolt 7. The operator passes the head 11 of the bolt 7 to the opposite side of the pair of decorative panels 2. At this time, the first flange 21 having an outer diameter larger than the width W2 does not pass through the large diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6.
The operator adjusts the position of the spacer body 9 or the distance between the pair of decorative panels 2 so that the second flange portion 22 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2 and moves the fastener 4 toward the small diameter portion 13. The first flange 21 is pressed against the decorative panel 2 by the tightened nut 8. At this time, the first flange 21 having an outer diameter larger than the width W1 does not pass through the small diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6. By fastening the nut 8, the interval between the nut 8 and the head 11 is narrowed. This narrows the gap between the pair of decorative panels 2. By tightening the nut 8, the edge of the small-diameter portion 13 contacts the second flange portion 22. At this time, the second flange 22 having an outer diameter larger than the width W1 does not pass through the small diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6. Further, by fastening the nut 8, the edge of the small diameter portion 13 presses the second flange portion 22 toward the nut 8. Further, by fastening the nut 8, the second flange portion 22 is separated from the tube portion 17 at the portion of the micro joint 23. At this time, the second flange portion 22 moves to the first flange portion 21 side. The front end of the cylindrical portion 17 is fitted into the groove 20 of the head portion 11. The second flange portion 22 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2. Further, the pair of decorative panels 2 is fastened while maintaining the interval between the plate thicknesses of the second flange portions 22 by fastening the nuts 8.
As described above, the fastener 4 according to embodiment 2 includes the bolt 7, the nut 8, and the washer element 9. The gasket member 9 has a first flange 21, a cylindrical portion 17, and a second flange 22. The first flange 21 has an annular shape. The outer diameter of the first flange portion 21 is a diameter that cannot pass through the large diameter portion 12. The cylindrical portion 17 is inserted between the head portion 11 and the nut 8 by the threaded portion 10. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 17 is a diameter through which the small diameter portion 13 can pass. The cylindrical portion 17 extends from an inner edge of the first flange portion 21 in the axial direction of the threaded portion 10. The second flange portion 22 is annular in shape. The outer diameter of the second flange portion 22 is a diameter that can pass through the large diameter portion 12 and cannot pass through the small diameter portion 13. The second flange portion 22 is provided at a position spaced apart from the first flange portion 21 by a distance greater than the plate thickness of the decorative panel 2 in the tube portion 17.
The second flange portion 22 of the spacer body 9 disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2 passes through the large-diameter portion 12 of the fastening hole 6 of the decorative panel 2 together with the bolt 7 of the fastening member 4. The second flange portion 22 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2. The pair of decorative panels 2 are fastened to the small-diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6 with the second flange portion 22 interposed therebetween. The spacer body 9 is formed of an integral member. Therefore, the fastener 4 can be constituted by a simple structure with a smaller number of parts.
The head 11 has an annular groove 20. The annular groove 20 is a groove 20 into which an end of the cylindrical portion 17 extending from the first flange portion 21 is fitted.
Accordingly, even if the bolt 7 of the fastener 4 is configured such as a square-neck bolt without a gap between the bolt and the small-diameter portion 13, the operator can fasten the nut 8 until the second flange portion 22 is separated from the cylindrical portion 17.
For example, in the case where the head portion 11 of the bolt 7 does not have the root portion 19, the head portion 11 may not have the annular groove if the length of the tube portion 17 is a length that does not protrude from the fastening hole 6 of the decorative panel 2.
Embodiment 3.
In embodiment 3, a description will be given in detail of a point different from the example disclosed in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2. As for the features not described in embodiment 3, any of the features of the examples disclosed in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 may be adopted.
Fig. 14 and 15 are center sectional views of the gasket body according to embodiment 3.
Fig. 14 and 15 show cross-sectional views of the spacer body 9 taken along a plane including the center axis.
As shown in fig. 14, the gasket body 9 has a flange portion 16 and a plurality of plate portions 24. The flange 16 is a plate-like ring portion. The flange portion 16 has, for example, an annular shape. Each of the plurality of plate portions 24 is a plate-like portion extending so as to extend outward from an inner edge of the flange portion 16. The plate portion 24 has a rectangular shape, for example. In this example, the plurality of plate portions 24 and the flange portion 16 are integrally formed. Each of the plurality of plate portions 24 is configured to be deformed by being opened outward when a force is applied thereto.
Fig. 15 shows the spacer body 9 in a state in which the plurality of plate portions 24 are deformed by being opened outward by applying a force in the axial direction to the plurality of plate portions 24. In this example, each of the plurality of plate portions 24 is deformed so as to be bent outward.
Fig. 16 is a main part sectional view of the decorative panel of embodiment 3.
Fig. 16 shows a cross-sectional view taken along a plane passing through the large diameter portion 12 and perpendicular to the second direction. In fig. 16, the fastener 4 is shown in a state of passing through the fastening hole 6 of each of the pair of decorative panels 2.
In this example, the bolt 7 does not have an annular groove.
The washer body 9 is inserted between the head 11 of the bolt 7 and the nut 8 by the screw portion 10 of the bolt 7. The outer diameter of the flange portion 16 is larger than the width W2. The plurality of plate portions 24 extend from the inner edge of the flange portion 16 toward the head portion 11. The length of each of the plurality of plate portions 24 is longer than the plate thickness of the fastening portion 5 of the decorative panel 2. The end portions of the plurality of plate portions 24 are expanded in a range that is housed inside a cylindrical region having a diameter W2 and coaxial with the flange portion 16. The end portions of the plurality of plate portions 24 extend to a range that extends outward of a cylindrical region having a diameter of width W1 and coaxial with the flange portion 16.
Next, fastening by the fastener 4 will be described with reference to fig. 17 to 19.
Fig. 17 and 18 are enlarged views of a main part of the decorative panel 2 according to embodiment 3.
Fig. 19 is a main part sectional view of the decorative panel 2 of embodiment 3.
In fig. 17, the Y-Y section of fig. 16 is shown.
The worker who performs the fastening work assembles the fastener 4. The worker inserts the screw portion 10 of the bolt 7 through the side of the spacer body 9 where the plate portions 24 extend.
Fig. 18 is a view of the fastener 4 moved to the small diameter portion 13 as viewed from the side of the nut 8.
The worker adjusts the position of the spacer body 9 or the interval between the pair of decorative panels 2 so that the end of each of the plurality of plate sections 24 is disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2, and moves the fastener 4 toward the small diameter section 13. The operator fastens the nut 8 of the fastener 4 moved to the small diameter portion 13.
Fig. 19 shows a cross-sectional view taken along a plane passing through the small diameter portion 13 and perpendicular to the second direction.
By tightening the nut 8, the edge of the small-diameter portion 13 comes into contact with the end of each of the plurality of plate portions 24. At this time, the end portions of the plurality of plate portions 24 extending to the outside of the cylindrical region having the width W1 do not pass through the small diameter portion 13 of the fastening hole 6. Further, by fastening the nut 8, the edge of the small diameter portion 13 presses the end of each of the plurality of plate portions 24 toward the nut 8. Further, by tightening the nut 8, each of the plurality of plate portions 24 is deformed so as to open outward. The end portions of the plurality of plate portions 24 are disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2. Further, the pair of decorative panels 2 are fastened while maintaining the interval between the plate thicknesses of the plate portions 24 by fastening the nuts 8.
As described above, the fastener 4 according to embodiment 3 includes the bolt 7, the nut 8, and the washer element 9. The gasket body 9 has a flange portion 16 and a plurality of plate portions 24. The flange 16 is annular in shape. The flange portion 16 has an outer diameter that cannot pass through the large diameter portion 12. The flange portion 16 is inserted between the head portion 11 and the nut 8 by the threaded portion 10. Each of the plurality of plate portions 24 extends to extend outward from the inner edge of the flange portion 16 and is longer than the thickness of the decorative panel 2.
The plurality of plate portions 24 of the spacer body 9 disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2 are inserted through the large diameter portions 12 of the fastening holes 6 of the decorative panels 2 together with the bolts 7 of the fasteners 4. The plurality of plate portions 24 are respectively disposed between the pair of decorative panels 2. The pair of decorative panels 2 are fastened by sandwiching each of the plurality of plate portions 24 between the small diameter portions 13 of the fastening holes 6. The spacer body 9 is formed of an integral member. Therefore, the fastener 4 can be constituted by a simple structure with a smaller number of parts.
Further, a part of each of the plurality of plate portions 24 may not be sandwiched between the pair of fastened decorative panels 2. In this example, the plate portion 24 extending in the direction of the large diameter portion 12, out of the plurality of plate portions 24, may not be sandwiched between the pair of decorative panels 2. Further, the operator may rotate the spacer body 9 and then tighten the nut 8 so that all of the plurality of plate portions 24 are sandwiched between the pair of fastened decorative panels 2. Alternatively, each of the plurality of plate portions 24 may not be provided with rotational symmetry. In this example, the plate portion 24 extending in the direction of the large diameter portion 12 may be omitted.
