     前記ネジ部に締め込まれるナットと、
     外径が前記大径部を通り且つ前記小径部を通らない径である環状の第1座金、および第2座金、を有する座金体と、
     を備え、
     前記第2座金は、
     外径が前記大径部を通らない径である環状のつば部と、
     前記頭部および前記ナットの間において前記ネジ部に通され外径が前記小径部を通る径であり前記つば部の内側の縁から前記ネジ部の軸方向に延びる筒部と、
