Abstract

一种微流控芯片和微流控系统。微流控芯片包括:相对设置的第一基板(1)和第二基板(2),以及位于第一基板(1)和第二基板(2)之间的液滴容纳空间(3)。其中,液滴容纳空间(3)包括用于生成子液滴的工作区(S1)。第一基板(1)包括第一衬底(11);多个驱动单元(12),间隔设置在第一衬底(11)靠近第二基板(2)一侧,且设置在第一衬底(11)对应工作区(S1)的区域。第二基板(2)包括第二衬底(21),能够随着温度的升高发生形变;多个温控单元(22),其与驱动单元(12)一一对应,温控单元(22)用于使第二衬底(21)对应温度单元(22)所在处温度升高而产生形变,从而第二衬底(21)形变处挤压液滴容纳空间(3)中的液滴使其分裂为至少两个子液滴。微流控系统包含微流控芯片。
