A high-quality down feather drying processing technology as claimed in claim 4, wherein said drying device (12) comprises a heating chamber (37) installed at the axis of the first supporting plate (13), said heating chamber (37) is provided with air holes (38), the upper end of the heating chamber (37) is fixedly connected with a second air passage (39), the inner end of the second air passage (39) is fixedly connected with an air pump (40), the upper end of the second air passage (39) is fixedly connected with a third air passage (41), the upper end of each second annular supporting plate (23) is provided with a second annular groove (42), each second annular groove (42) is rotatably connected with an outer barrel (43), each outer barrel (43) is rotatably connected with an inner barrel (44), each outer barrel (43) is provided with a plurality of water discharge holes (46), each inner barrel (44) is provided with a plurality of through holes (45), a plurality of fourth air passages (47) are arranged on each outer barrel (43), the upper end of each inner barrel (44) is fixedly connected with a first stop block (48) along the circumferential direction, and the upper end of each outer barrel (43) is fixedly connected with a plurality of second stop blocks (49) along the circumferential direction.

A high-quality down feather drying process as claimed in claim 5 wherein each of said first annular grooves (17) is rotatably connected with a collection box (50), each of said second support plates (14) is provided with an opening (51) parallel to the collection box (50), each of said second support plates (14) is fixedly connected with a baffle (52) at the opening (51), each of said first hydraulic passages (24) is provided with an impeller (53) parallel to the first annular support plate (16), each of said impellers (53) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (54) towards one end of the first annular support plate (16), the other end of each of said rotating shafts (54) is fixedly connected with a first gear (55), the lower end of each of said collection boxes (50) is fixedly connected with a second gear (56), and each of said second gears (56) is engaged with the first gear (55).
7. A high quality down drying process according to claims 1-6, wherein the process comprises the following steps:
s1: wet down is respectively put into the inner barrel (44) at intervals, and the outer barrel (43) rotates forwards to be matched with the water outlet hole (46) through the through hole (45) to throw water out;
s2: when the second sliding block (27) is popped up along with the reduction of water under the action of the first spring (22), the outer barrel (43) is reversed to enable the fourth air passage (47) to be matched with the through hole (45), and the first air passage (25) is communicated with the third air passage (41) to enable hot air in the heating cavity (37) to dry down and blow the down out into the collecting box (50);
s3: when the third sliding block (30) touches the first switch (32), the second hydraulic channel (33) is opened to enable the hydraulic oil in the third hydraulic cavity (34) to enter the second hydraulic cavity (29), and the hydraulic rod (35) retracts to send the wet down feather in the feeding pipe (36) into the inner barrel (44);
s4: with the increase of wet down in the inner barrel (44), hydraulic oil in the first hydraulic cavity (20) enters the second hydraulic cavity (29) through the first hydraulic channel (24), and when the third sliding block (30) reaches the bottom, the second hydraulic channel (33) is opened so that the hydraulic oil enters the third hydraulic cavity (34) and the hydraulic rod (35) is slowly closed.
