seventhly, when the contact surfaces in the seams are guaranteed to be free of rust, paint skin and dirt, and clean and dry, the opening 14 on the water-facing surface of the wall 10 is coated with the waterproof factice 22, and the thickness of the waterproof factice 22 is consistent with that of the waterproof roll 15 on the wall 10 and is not less than 4mm.
The through-wall part of the waterproof sleeve 30 needs to be a concrete wall; if a non-concrete wall is encountered, a concrete wall should be locally used, the casting diameter of the concrete wall should be larger than the diameter of the wing ring 33, and the difference between the diameters of the wing ring and the wing ring is not less than 200mm.
The thickness L of the wall 10 at the pipe penetrating position is larger than 300mm, otherwise, one side or two sides of the wall 10 are thickened; the thickened portion has a diameter greater than that of the wing ring 33 by a difference of not less than 200mm.
After the non-water wall 11 and the upstream wall 13 are respectively perforated, the excess concrete slag in the holes needs to be cleaned, and the contact surfaces of the concrete with the holes are roughened.
When the hemp 20 is filled, the materials need to be layered and filled for a plurality of times, and the filling materials need to be compacted tightly.
The asbestos expansion cement 21 should be used up within 1 hour; the maintenance of the asbestos expansion cement 21 needs more than 24 hours, and a water-through test can be carried out.
When the newly added waterproof sleeve 30 is the rigid waterproof sleeve 31, a wing ring 33 is arranged in the middle of the rigid waterproof sleeve 31, and the wing ring 33 is welded with the outer wall of the rigid waterproof sleeve 31.
The retainer ring 36 is a part of the inner wall of the waterproof sleeve and plays a role in fixing a subsequent pipeline and limiting a sealing ring.
A retainer ring 36 is arranged at the middle position of the rigid waterproof sleeve 31, and the retainer ring 36 is welded with the inner wall of the rigid waterproof sleeve 31.
When the newly-added waterproof sleeve 30 is a flexible waterproof sleeve 32, a wing ring 33 is arranged in the middle of the flexible waterproof sleeve 32, and an anhydrous flange 34 and an upstream flange 35 are respectively arranged at one end of the anhydrous wall 11 and one end of the upstream wall 13; after the waterless flange 34 and the upstream flange 35 are installed, paint is required to be brushed for corrosion prevention; the wing ring 33, the waterless flange 34 and the upstream flange 35 are welded to the outer pipe wall of the flexible waterproof casing 32.
