At the position corresponding to the wing plate 7 in the center of the inner wall of the sleeve hole 3, a circle of water-swelling rubber strip 16 is pre-adhered to the wall of the hole before the sleeve is placed in the hole, so that the post-cast concrete and the original concrete wall form a seamless space, and the sealing and waterproof effects are further improved.
After the post-cast concrete 5 is cured and hardened, the steel plate strips 12 and the grouting templates 13 can be removed, and the rest of the components form a part of the national standard waterproof casing, which can be used according to the national standard requirements.
