Abstract
The invention provides a waterproof sleeve assembly with a rear-mounted wall surface and a wall structure thereof, which are arranged on an existing wall body provided with a sleeve hole, and comprise a sleeve, a grouting template and steel strips which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, wherein one end of the sleeve is provided with a flange, the other end of the sleeve is provided with a cover plate, the periphery of the sleeve is provided with a wing disc, the diameter of the cover plate or the diameter of an inscribed circle is larger than the diameter of the sleeve hole, the diameters of the flange and the wing disc are smaller than the diameter of the sleeve hole, and a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the flange; the grouting template is provided with a grouting vent and stud holes, and the steel plate strip is also provided with stud holes. The wall body structure installed by the wall surface rear-mounted waterproof sleeve assembly is convenient to construct and good in waterproof effect, avoids the complicated construction process of the sleeve after the conventional construction, can improve the construction efficiency, and also reduces the risk of water leakage.

Unless defined otherwise, technical terms used in the following examples have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples and drawings.
The wall surface rear-mounted waterproof sleeve assembly is arranged on an existing wall body 1 provided with a sleeve hole as shown in fig. 1, and comprises a sleeve 9, a grouting template 13 and a steel plate strip 12 which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, wherein one end of the sleeve 9 is provided with a flange 6, the other end of the sleeve 9 is provided with a covering plate 8, the periphery of the sleeve 9 is provided with a wing disc 7, and the flange 6, the wing disc 7, the covering plate 8 and the sleeve 9 are integrally formed into a sleeve pipe fitting; the diameter of the cover plate is larger than that of the sleeve hole, the diameters of the flange and the wing disc are smaller than that of the sleeve hole, and preferably, for convenient installation, the flange and the wing disc are circular, and the cover plate is circular or square;
specifically, the diameter of the sleeve is D, the diameters of the flange and the wing disc are D+ (100-140 mm), the diameter of the sleeve hole is D+ (150-220 mm), and the diameter of the cover plate (if in a circular ring shape) or the diameter of the inscribed circle (if in a square ring shape) is D+ (250-320 mm); the flange is provided with a plurality of mounting holes; the grouting template is provided with a grouting vent and stud holes, and the steel plate strip is also provided with stud holes.
The grouting air vent is formed by two holes (one is a grouting opening and the other is an air vent) or a long hole (one end is grouting, and the other end is reserved with a certain gap as the air vent) which are arranged separately.
The rear waterproof sleeve is arranged at the existing wall where a waterproof layer is finished, a sleeve hole slightly larger than the sleeve is drilled in the wall, meanwhile, waterproof coiled materials in the same range are broken, a circle of water-swelling rubber strips 16 are adhered to the inner side of the sleeve hole, the sleeve pipe is formed by integrally forming a flange 6, a wing disc 7, a cover plate 8 and a sleeve 9, the sleeve pipe is placed into the sleeve hole outdoors, the length of the integrated sleeve is matched with the thickness of the wall, the original waterproof coiled material layers 2 around the hole are compressed by utilizing the enlarged circular range of the cover plate 8, and a circle of water-swelling sealant 15 is coated on the compression side. On one side of the room, the studs 11 of the fixed sleeve sequentially penetrate through the steel plate strips 12 and stud holes on the grouting templates 13 to be connected with the flanges 6 of the sleeve parts, and a sleeve stress combination is formed by utilizing the limiting effect of the steel plate strips 12 and the wall body. And then the flange 6 and the grouting template 13 with a circle of water-swelling sealant 15 coated on the inner side are further fixed by the studs 10 of the fixed template, and the template is pressed and stuck on the inner wall surface to seal the drilled sleeve hole. A grouting hole 4 is reserved above the hole, and a grouting opening and an air outlet are arranged on the corresponding template, so that grouting is completed between the sleeve hole 3 and the waterproof sleeve assembly through filling concrete 5 through the grouting opening. After the wall body is hardened, the steel plate strip 12 and the grouting template 13 at the inner end of the room can be removed, and the sleeve which is remained and fixed in the wall is a part of a flexible sleeve with good waterproof performance, and the interface standard is consistent with that of a national standard sleeve.
Preferably, for convenient grouting, the length of the grouting holes is 50-100mm.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the outer side of the existing wall body 1 is adhered with an outer wall waterproof coiled material layer 2, so that the waterproof requirement of the wall surface is met. When the sleeve is additionally arranged, holes slightly larger than the sleeve in size need to be drilled, meanwhile, waterproof coiled materials in the same range are broken, a wall body hole 3 is formed, after the sleeve is arranged, filled concrete 5 can be properly injected into the holes, and a grouting hole 4 with the thickness of 50-100mm needs to be formed above the inner side of the wall body hole 3.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the sleeve 9 is d, the diameters of the flange 6 and the wing disc 7 are (d+100) mm, the diameter of the cover plate 8 is (d+250) mm, and the flange 6, the wing disc 7, the cover plate 8 and the sleeve 9 are integrally formed metal components and are placed in the sleeve hole 3 formed in advance in the wall body from outside to inside. On the indoor side, a stud 11 for fixing the sleeve is used for connecting a flange 6 of the sleeve with a U-shaped steel strip 12 to form a stress system, stress points at two ends of the U-shaped steel strip 12 are on an original wall surface, the stud is screwed down, so that a cover plate 8 in a sleeve metal structure can be tightly pressed against an outer wall waterproof coiled material 2 from outside to inside, a grouting template 13 is required to be fixed on the flange 6 by using a stud 10 for fixing the template, and the stud is screwed down to tightly press the grouting template 13 to an inner hole of a sleeve hole 3. The grouting air ports 14 on the grouting templates 13 are correspondingly communicated with the grouting holes 4, so that grouting requirements are met.
The extrusion sides of the cover plate 8 and the grouting template 13 of the sleeve assembly are respectively coated with a circle of water-swelling sealant 15, so that a sealing effect is formed under the condition of forced extrusion, and double guarantee of water resistance is provided. At the position of the center of the inner wall of the sleeve hole 3 corresponding to the wing plate 7, a circle of water-swelling rubber strips 16 are pre-adhered along the wall of the hole before the sleeve is put in, so that a seamless space is formed between the post-pouring concrete and the original concrete wall, and the sealing waterproof effect is further improved.
After the post-cast concrete 5 is cured and hardened, the steel strip 12 and the grouting formwork 13 can be removed, and the rest of the components form part of the national standard waterproof sleeve, which can be used according to the national standard requirements.
