The intelligent packaging device for the logistics netting rapid packaging as defined by claim 1, wherein the feeding and cutting mechanism (9) comprises a first electric push rod (91), a first push plate (92), a blade (93), a first distance sensor (94), a first speed reduction motor (95), a rotating shaft (96) and a flat belt (97), the first electric push rod (91) is arranged on the front side of the outer frame (1), the first push plate (92) is arranged on the rear side of a telescopic rod of the first electric push rod (91), the blade (93) is arranged on the upper portion in the outer frame (1), the first distance sensor (94) is arranged on the right side of the middle portion in the outer frame (1), the first speed reduction motor (95) is arranged on the right front side of the inside of the outer frame (1), the rotating shaft (96) is rotatably arranged on the left and right side of the middle portion of the front side of the outer frame (1), the front side of the rotating shaft (96) on the right side is connected with the output shaft of the first speed reduction motor (95) through a coupling, a flat belt (97) positioned below the first push plate (92) is wound between the rotating shafts (96) through a belt pulley.
