The copper wire processing, wire drawing and paying-off device is characterized in that the discharging mechanism (4) comprises a first driving motor (41), sliding rods (42) and a first spring (43), the first driving motor (41) is arranged on the right rear side of the working frame (1), the sliding rods (42) used for limiting the discharging shafts (3) are connected to the right front side of the working frame (1) and the front and rear sides of the left side of the working frame (1) in a sliding mode, the discharging shaft (3) on the left side is placed between the sliding rods (42) on the left side, the discharging shaft (3) on the right side is placed between the sliding rods (42) on the right side and an output shaft of the first driving motor (41), and the first spring (43) is connected between each sliding rod (42) and the working frame (1).

The copper wire processing, wire drawing and paying-off device according to claim 2, wherein the feeding mechanism (5) comprises a support frame (51), a spiral groove rod (52), a second spring (53), a first reel (54), a first distance sensor (55), a pull rope (56), a second reel (57), a second driving motor (58) and a third driving motor (59), the support frame (51) is symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the inner bottom of the discharging frame (11), the spiral groove rod (52) is slidably connected between one sides of the upper parts of the support frame (51) far away from the discharging frame (11), the second spring (53) is connected between the front and back sides of the bottom of the spiral groove rod (52) and the support frame (51) at the same side, the first reel (54) is slidably connected at the front side of the spiral groove rod (52), and the first distance sensor (55) is arranged at the lower side of the first reel (54), stay ropes (56) are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the spiral grooved rod (52), a third driving motor (59) is arranged between the front lower side of the discharging frame (11) and the working frame (1), a second driving motor (58) is arranged between the rear lower side of the discharging frame (11) and the working frame (1), second reels (57) are arranged on the inner sides of the output shaft of the third driving motor (59) and the output shaft of the second driving motor (58), and the second reels (57) are connected with the lower ends of the stay ropes (56) on the same side.

The copper wire processing, wire drawing and paying-off device according to claim 3, wherein the moving mechanism (6) comprises a pushing block (61), a pushing plate (62), an electric push rod (63) and a second distance sensor (64), the pushing block (61) is rotatably connected to the lower side of the first reel (54), the electric push rod (63) is arranged on the lower right side of the supporting frame (51) on the front side, the pushing plate (62) used for driving the pushing block (61) to move is arranged on the rear side of an expansion link of the electric push rod (63), and the second distance sensor (64) is arranged on the rear right side of the pushing plate (62).

The copper wire processing, wire drawing and paying-off device is characterized by further comprising a heating mechanism (7), wherein the heating mechanism (7) comprises a sliding rail (71), a heating plate (72) and a photoelectric sensor (73), the sliding rail (71) is arranged on the upper left side of the feeding frame (11), the heating plate (72) used for heating a copper wire is connected to the front side of the sliding rail (71) in a sliding mode, and the photoelectric sensor (73) is arranged on the left side of the heating plate (72).

The copper wire processing, wire drawing and paying-off device is characterized by further comprising a cooling mechanism (8), wherein the cooling mechanism (8) comprises a water tank (81), a water pump (82), a water pipe (83) and a liquid level sensor (84), the liquid level sensor (84) is arranged on the upper left side of the front portion of the material placing frame (11), the water tanks (81) used for storing cooling water are connected between the left side and the right side of the top of the working frame (1) and the material placing frame (11), the water pumps (82) are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the front portion of the material placing frame (11), the water pumps (82) are connected with the water tanks (81) on the same side, and the water pipes (83) are connected between the upper sides of the water pumps (82) and the front portion of the material placing frame (11).

The copper wire processing, wire drawing and paying-off device is characterized by further comprising a recovery mechanism (9), wherein the recovery mechanism (9) comprises a drying area (91), a fixing frame (92), a recovery rod (93) and a pipeline (94), the fixing frame (92) is arranged on the upper portion of one side, away from the sliding rail (71), of the material placing frame (11), the recovery rod (93) is arranged on the upper portion of the fixing frame (92), the drying area (91) is arranged on the right side inside the recovery rod (93), the pipeline (94) is arranged at the bottom of the recovery rod (93), and the pipeline (94) penetrates through the fixing frame (92) and is connected with a water tank (81) on the right side.
