selecting mint leaves, removing impurities, cleaning, crushing, performing vacuum freeze drying on the crushed mint leaves at a temperature of between 50 ℃ below zero and 40 ℃ below zero under a vacuum degree of 8 to 13Pa by using a vacuum freeze dryer, sieving to obtain plant freeze-dried porous particles within 10 mu m, mixing and grinding crushed mineral crystals and the plant freeze-dried porous particles according to a weight ratio of 1:1.5, and adding methylcellulose to prepare the freeze-dried plant composite mineral crystal porous particles with the particle size of 0.5 to 2 mm. The amount of methylcellulose is 2 wt% of the total amount of mineral crystals and lyophilized plant porous particles.
Example 3
A fragrant orifice-opening cotton sheet is prepared by soaking a non-woven cotton sheet as a base material in the essential oil of example 1, and sufficiently absorbing the essential oil.
The cotton piece is circular with a diameter of 3 cm, and the amount of the essential oil used in example 1 is 10 pieces.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 1, an aromatic resuscitation-inducing cotton sheet is obtained by using an activated carbon sheet as a microporous liquid-blocking layer 2, immersing the microporous liquid-blocking layer 2 in essential oil of example 1 to sufficiently absorb the essential oil, and then bonding or sewing a fiber cotton sheet as an air-permeable cotton layer 3 to both sides of the microporous liquid-blocking layer 2.
The slow-release fragrance-holding particles in the essential oil are locked in the micropore liquid-locking layer 2, so that the slow-release effect of the essential oil can be improved, and the fragrance-holding time of the essential oil can be prolonged.
The cotton piece is circular with a diameter of 3 cm, and the amount of the essential oil used in example 1 is 7 pieces.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example is the same as example 4, except that the essential oil does not contain a neuromodulatory agent.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example is the same as example 4, except that the essential oil does not contain the sustained-release fragrance-retaining particles.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example is the same as example 4 except that the nerve-regulating agent of essential oil does not contain theanine and arbutin.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example is the same as example 3, except that the essential oil does not contain the sustained-release fragrance-retaining particles.
Application example 1
The cotton sheets of example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 were placed in cotton sheet clips as test samples 1 to 4, 4 each, and a blank cotton sheet was placed in the cotton sheet clip as a blank sample.
And selecting 17 allergic rhinitis patients, respectively reducing the air-conditioning temperature of 1 ℃ in the same closed air-conditioning room every 20 minutes from 22 ℃, and respectively recording the temperature of nasal obstruction of each patient.
The 16 test samples and 1 blank sample were randomly distributed to 17 patients, and after being placed at the bedside for 2 weeks of continuous use, the 17 patients were arranged in the same air-conditioned room again, the air-conditioned temperature of 1 ℃ was reduced every 20 minutes from 22 ℃, and the temperature at which nasal congestion began to appear in each patient was recorded again.
The results are shown in the following table:

the result shows that the essential oil cotton tablet provided by the invention can improve the treatment effect on allergic rhinitis, improve the tolerance of rhinitis patients to temperature and greatly improve the effective rate.
Application example 2
The cotton sheets of example 3, example 4, comparative example 2 and comparative example 4 were placed in cotton sheet clips as test samples 5 to 8, respectively, and placed in parallel 4 rooms of the same area, respectively, with ventilation. The fragrance retention time of the samples in each room was recorded, the test was repeated three times and the average was taken.
The results are shown in the following table:

The result shows that the slow release effect of the essential oil can be improved and the fragrance holding time of the essential oil can be prolonged by matching the slow release fragrance holding particles with the microporous liquid locking layer.
In addition, the cotton sheet of the invention can avoid repeated attack of rhinitis after long-term use.

Claims (10)

1. The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation is characterized in that: the essential oil comprises resuscitation inducing component, soothing component, aroma regulating component, nerve regulating agent and sustained-release aroma-holding particle.

The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the resuscitation inducing component comprises radix Angelicae Dahuricae essential oil, rhizoma Atractylodis essential oil, rhizoma Acori Graminei essential oil, herba Agastaches essential oil, herba asari essential oil and herba Centipedae essential oil.
3. The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the soothing component comprises cinnamon essential oil and wormwood essential oil.
4. The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the aroma regulating component comprises clove essential oil.
5. The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the nerve regulating agent comprises arbutin, theanine and caffeine.
6. The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the slow-release fragrance-holding particles comprise freeze-dried plant composite mineral crystal porous particles.
7. The compound aromatic resuscitation-inducing essential oil as claimed in claim 6, wherein the preparation method of the freeze-dried plant composite mineral crystal porous particles comprises the following steps:
vacuum freeze drying pulverized plant, sieving to obtain plant lyophilized porous particles within 10 μm, mixing pulverized mineral crystal and plant lyophilized porous particles at a weight ratio of 1:1.3-1.8, grinding, and adding binder to obtain lyophilized plant composite mineral crystal porous particles.
8. The compound aromatic resuscitation-inducing essential oil as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: the essential oil consists of 40-50 parts by weight of resuscitation inducing component, 5-10 parts by weight of appeasing component, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of fragrance regulating component, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of nerve regulating agent and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of slow-release fragrance-holding particles;
the components for dredging orifices comprise angelica essential oil, rhizoma atractylodis essential oil, rhizoma acori graminei essential oil, patchouli essential oil, asarum essential oil and centipeda minima essential oil in a weight ratio of 3:3:3:1: 2;
the soothing component comprises cinnamon essential oil and wormwood essential oil in a weight ratio of 1: 2;
the aroma regulating component is clove essential oil;
the nerve regulating agent consists of arbutin, theanine and caffeine in a weight ratio of 2.5-3:2-3: 1;
the slow-release aroma-holding particles are freeze-dried plant composite mineral crystal porous particles.
9. A fragrant resuscitation-inducing cotton tablet is characterized in that: comprises a cotton tablet (1) containing the compound aromatic resuscitation-inducing essential oil of any one of claims 1-7.
10. The compound aromatic essential oil for resuscitation as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the cotton piece (1) is composed of a micropore liquid locking layer (2) and breathable cotton layers (3) positioned on two sides of the micropore liquid locking layer (2).
