运营商面临的另一个问题是,即使总运营成本降低,拖车作为资本品也会变得更加昂贵,因此业主将面临增加拖车可用性的压力。因此,与已知的拖车车辆相比,应该提高安全水平并确保关键功能的可用性和性能并降低错误率。

图1示出了一种冗余拖车制动系统的框图,该系统包括用于行车制动的第一气动连接1(红线),其连接至选择阀2,该选择阀2在使用中控制气流进入彼此并联布置的第一和第二储存器3、4,并且还将气流输出到继动紧急防混阀30,该继动紧急防混阀形成下面描述的拖车制动模块的一部分。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于具有多个轴的拖车车辆的制动系统,每个轴在车辆的相应侧具有车轮端,所述制动系统包括用于向位于车轮端的制动装置(33-37)供应气压的第一和第二气动回路,供应到车轮端的气压借助于具有作为拖车制动模块一部分的第一制动ECU(17)的拖车制动模块(6)是可控制的,
其特征在于,
所述制动系统还包括弹簧制动调节阀装置(50),所述弹簧制动调节阀装置适于控制车辆上的到弹簧制动器的压力,所述弹簧制动调节阀装置接收来自所述气动回路中的至少一个气动回路的输入和来自所述拖车制动模块(6)的控制压力,其中,到制动器的气流能够由所述拖车制动模块(6)或所述弹簧制动调节阀装(50)置来控制,所述弹簧制动调节阀装置配置为能够接收来自第二ECU(7)的电信号,所述第二ECU(7)能够独立于第一制动ECU(17)操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统,其中,所述弹簧制动调节阀装置包括接收来自主制动控制管线的压力供应的压力控制块,以及接收来自紧急控制管线的控制压力和所述拖车制动模块的防混输出的备用阀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动系统,其中,所述压力控制块包括第一2/2阀,在正常操作下,所述备用阀将输入端口4连接至到所述制动装置的输出,在冗余模式下,所述备用阀关闭输入端口4,所述压力控制块能够调节输出压力。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制动系统,其中,所述备用阀是3/2阀并且还所述制动系统还设置有能够使输出端21与输出端22分离以提供双通道制动的附加的压力控制块。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的制动系统,其中,压力传感器设置在输出通道21、22中以能够测量输出压力并为压力控制回路提供目标值。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制动系统,其中,所述制动系统包括具有压力传感器和继动阀的双通道弹簧制动调节阀,所述继动阀接收来自所述主制动控制管线的输入压力和来自所述压力控制块的控制压力。
7.根据权利要求2所述的制动系统,其中,所述制动系统包括带有压力传感器、继动阀和双供给源的双通道弹簧制动调节阀,所述双通道弹簧制动调节阀具有附加输入端口12和连接两个输入端口的选高阀。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制动系统,其中,所述两个输入端口有利地连接到单独的气动回路。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制动系统,其中,所述制动系统具有集成的ECU以直接控制电磁阀。
