In a possible implementation manner, the recharging module is specifically configured to perform semantic recognition on the telephone fee recharging voice instruction to obtain at least one first recharging element; sequentially comparing a second recharging element contained in each recharging condition with the first recharging element according to the sequence from high priority to low priority in the recharging conditions preset by the user, determining the recharging conditions as the preset recharging conditions matched with the telephone fee recharging voice instructions when the second recharging element in the recharging conditions is the same as any one of the first recharging elements, and stopping comparison; and when a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the matched preset recharging condition and the telephone fee recharging voice instruction, executing telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
In a possible implementation manner, the recharging module is specifically configured to perform voiceprint recognition on the voice command for recharging the telephone fee when the voice command for recharging the telephone fee has a matched preset recharging condition and a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the matched preset recharging condition and the voice command for recharging the telephone fee; and determining that the user submitting the voice command for recharging the telephone fee and the account opening person of the payment account are the same person according to the voiceprint recognition result, and executing the telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
In a possible implementation manner, the recharge module is specifically configured to extract a first spectrum feature of the telephone fee recharge voice instruction; acquiring a second spectrum characteristic pre-associated with the payment account; comparing the first spectrum feature with the second spectrum feature; and when the similarity of the first frequency spectrum characteristic and the second frequency spectrum characteristic is greater than a preset threshold value, executing telephone charge recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
In a possible implementation manner, the recharging module is further configured to obtain a recharging element in the voice command for recharging the telephone fee when the voice command for recharging the telephone fee does not have a preset recharging condition matching with the preset recharging condition; and when the complete recharging element can be obtained according to the telephone fee recharging voice instruction, executing telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: the recharging condition setting guide module is used for generating guide information for setting recharging conditions; sending the guiding information to a user by using a 5G message; receiving a recharging condition submitted by a user by using the 5G message and the priority of the recharging condition; acquiring a face video of a user by using 5G information; after the user safety verification is passed according to the face video, establishing the incidence relation between the user identification and the recharging condition and the priority of the recharging condition, and sending the following information to the user: and 5G message that the recharging condition is successfully set.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: the recharging condition recommending module is used for determining the missing recharging elements when the complete recharging elements cannot be obtained according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the telephone fee recharging voice instruction; prompting the user to input the missing top-up element by using a 5G message; receiving the missing recharging elements submitted by the user by using the 5G message; obtaining a complete recharging element according to the recharging element in the preset recharging condition, the recharging element in the telephone fee recharging voice instruction and the missing recharging element; and executing telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for executing the above-mentioned telephone fee recharging method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
In the embodiment of the invention, a telephone charge recharging voice instruction submitted by a user through a 5G message is received; when the phone fee recharging voice instruction has matched preset recharging conditions and a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the phone fee recharging voice instruction, phone fee recharging operation is executed according to the complete recharging element; the recharging element is recharging information needed in the telephone fee recharging process, the preset recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element, and the complete recharging element is all recharging elements needed in the telephone fee recharging process. Therefore, the complete recharging factors can be obtained by presetting the recharging conditions and the telephone fee recharging voice instructions, the telephone fee recharging is completed, the user does not need to manually input the complete recharging factors each time the user recharges, the operation procedure of the telephone fee recharging can be simplified, and the user experience degree is improved.

Claims (15)

1. A method for recharging a telephone fee, comprising:
receiving a telephone charge recharging voice instruction submitted by a user through a 5G message;
when the phone fee recharging voice instruction has matched preset recharging conditions and a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the phone fee recharging voice instruction, phone fee recharging operation is executed according to the complete recharging element;
the recharging element is recharging information required in the telephone fee recharging process, the preset recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element, and the complete recharging element is all recharging elements required in the telephone fee recharging process;
further comprising:
when the phone fee recharging voice instruction does not have the matched preset recharging condition, the recharging element in the phone fee recharging voice instruction is obtained;
when a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the telephone fee recharging voice instruction, telephone fee recharging operation is executed according to the complete recharging element;
determining the missing recharging elements when the complete recharging elements can not be obtained according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the telephone fee recharging voice instruction;
prompting the user to input the missing recharge elements by using a 5G message;
receiving the missing recharging elements submitted by the user by using the 5G message;
obtaining a complete recharging element according to the recharging element in the preset recharging condition, the recharging element in the telephone fee recharging voice instruction and the missing recharging element;
and executing telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
2. A method of recharging a telephone fee as recited in claim 1, wherein the recharging element comprises at least one of: recharging the mobile phone number, the recharging amount and the payment account.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving a voice command for a fee charging submitted by a user via a 5G message, further comprising:
receiving at least one recharging condition submitted by a user by using the 5G message and the priority of each recharging condition; wherein, each recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element set by a user;
acquiring a face video of a user by using 5G information;
after the user safety verification is passed according to the face video, establishing an incidence relation between the user identification and the at least one recharging condition and the priority of each recharging condition, and sending the following information to the user: 5G information that the recharging condition is successfully set;
or, receiving at least one recharging condition submitted by the user by using the 5G message and the priority of each recharging condition; wherein, each recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element set by a user;
after the user passes the safety verification in the mode of short message verification codes, establishing the incidence relation between the user identification and the at least one recharging condition and the priority of each recharging condition, and sending the following information to the user: and 5G message that the recharging condition is successfully set.

The telephone fee charging method of claim 1, wherein when the telephone fee charging voice command has a matched preset charging condition and a complete charging element can be obtained according to the matched preset charging condition and the telephone fee charging voice command, the telephone fee charging operation is performed according to the complete charging element, comprising:
performing semantic recognition on the telephone fee recharging voice instruction to obtain at least one first recharging element;
sequentially comparing a second recharging element contained in each recharging condition with the first recharging element according to the sequence from the priority level to the priority level in the recharging conditions preset by the user, determining the recharging conditions as preset recharging conditions matched with the telephone recharging voice instructions when the second recharging element in the recharging conditions is the same as any one of the first recharging elements, and stopping comparison;
and when a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the matched preset recharging condition and the telephone fee recharging voice instruction, executing telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.

The telephone fee charging method of claim 1, wherein when the telephone fee charging voice command has a matched preset charging condition and a complete charging element can be obtained according to the matched preset charging condition and the telephone fee charging voice command, the telephone fee charging operation is performed according to the complete charging element, comprising:
when the phone fee recharging voice instruction has matched preset recharging conditions and can obtain complete recharging elements according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the phone fee recharging voice instruction, carrying out voiceprint recognition on the phone fee recharging voice instruction;
and determining that the user submitting the voice command for recharging the telephone fee and the account opening person of the payment account are the same person according to the voiceprint recognition result, and executing the telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.

The fee charging method of claim 5 wherein the voice command for fee charging is voice-print recognized; and when the user submitting the voice charge recharging voice instruction is determined to be the same person as the account opening person of the payment account according to the voiceprint recognition result, the telephone charge recharging operation is executed according to the complete recharging element, and the method comprises the following steps:
extracting a first frequency spectrum characteristic of the telephone fee recharging voice instruction;
acquiring a second spectrum characteristic pre-associated with the payment account;
comparing the first spectrum feature with the second spectrum feature;
and when the similarity of the first frequency spectrum characteristic and the second frequency spectrum characteristic is greater than a preset threshold value, executing telephone charge recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
7. The telephone charge charging method of claim 1, after performing the telephone charge charging operation according to the perfect charging element, further comprising:
generating guide information for setting a recharging condition;
sending the guiding information to a user by using a 5G message;
receiving a recharging condition submitted by a user by using the 5G message and the priority of the recharging condition;
acquiring a face video of a user by using 5G information;
after the user safety verification is passed according to the face video, establishing the incidence relation between the user identification and the recharging condition and the priority of the recharging condition, and sending the following information to the user: and 5G message that the recharging condition is successfully set.
8. The telephone charge charging method of claim 1, after performing the telephone charge charging operation according to the perfect charging element, further comprising:
generating recharging conditions to be recommended according to recharging record data of a user by utilizing a pre-trained recharging condition generation model;
sending prompt information whether the recharging condition to be recommended is set as a recharging condition or not to a user by using a 5G message;
upon receiving a user submission with a 5G message: and after setting the recharging condition to be recommended as a recharging condition instruction and the priority of the recharging condition to be recommended, establishing an association relation between a user identifier and the recharging condition to be recommended and the priority of the recharging condition to be recommended.
9. A fee charger, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a telephone fee recharging voice instruction submitted by a user through the 5G message;
the recharging module is used for executing telephone fee recharging operation according to the complete recharging element when the telephone fee recharging voice instruction has matched preset recharging conditions and the complete recharging element can be obtained according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the telephone fee recharging voice instruction;
the recharging element is recharging information required in the telephone fee recharging process, the preset recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element, and the complete recharging element is all recharging elements required in the telephone fee recharging process;
the recharging module is also used for acquiring recharging elements in the telephone fee recharging voice instruction when the telephone fee recharging voice instruction does not have matched preset recharging conditions; when a complete recharging element can be obtained according to the telephone fee recharging voice instruction, telephone fee recharging operation is executed according to the complete recharging element;
further comprising:
the recharging condition recommending module is used for determining the missing recharging elements when the complete recharging elements cannot be obtained according to the matched preset recharging conditions and the telephone fee recharging voice instruction; prompting the user to input the missing top-up element by using a 5G message; receiving the missing recharging elements submitted by the user by using the 5G message; obtaining a complete recharging element according to the recharging element in the preset recharging condition, the recharging element in the telephone fee recharging voice instruction and the lacking recharging element; and executing telephone charge recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.

The value charging device of claim 9, further comprising: the recharging condition setting module is used for receiving at least one recharging condition submitted by a user by using a 5G message and the priority of each recharging condition; wherein, each recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element set by a user;
acquiring a face video of a user by using 5G information;
after the user safety verification is passed according to the face video, establishing the association relationship between the user identification and the at least one recharging condition and the priority of each recharging condition, and sending the following information to the user: 5G information that the recharging condition is successfully set;
or, receiving at least one recharging condition submitted by the user by using the 5G message and the priority of each recharging condition; wherein, each recharging condition comprises at least one recharging element set by a user;
after the user passes the safety verification in the mode of short message verification codes, establishing the incidence relation between the user identification and the at least one recharging condition and the priority of each recharging condition, and sending the following information to the user: and 5G message that the recharging condition is successfully set.
11. The telephone fee charging device of claim 9, characterized by a charging module, specifically for performing semantic recognition on the telephone fee charging voice command to obtain at least one first charging element;
sequentially comparing a second recharging element contained in each recharging condition with the first recharging element according to the sequence from the priority level to the priority level in the recharging conditions preset by the user, determining the recharging conditions as preset recharging conditions matched with the telephone recharging voice instructions when the second recharging element in the recharging conditions is the same as any one of the first recharging elements, and stopping comparison;

and when the user submitting the voice recharging voice instruction is determined to be the same as the account opening person of the payment account according to the voiceprint recognition result, the telephone fee recharging operation is executed according to the complete recharging elements.
13. The telephone fee recharging device of claim 12, wherein the recharging module is specifically configured to extract a first spectrum feature of the telephone fee recharging voice command;
acquiring a second spectrum characteristic pre-associated with the payment account;
comparing the first spectrum feature with the second spectrum feature; and when the similarity of the first frequency spectrum characteristic and the second frequency spectrum characteristic is greater than a preset threshold value, executing telephone charge recharging operation according to the complete recharging element.
14. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
