In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the electric energy meter detection system has a position detection device, the position detection device includes a third positioning element 10, a first detection assembly 12 and a second detection assembly 11, the third positioning element 10 is slidably connected to the conveying platform 14 along a first path, and the third positioning element 10 can position the electric energy meter assembly on the conveying platform 14; the first detection assembly 12 is arranged on the conveying platform 14 and is positioned at the upstream of the third positioning piece 10, and the first detection assembly 12 is in communication connection with the controller and is used for detecting whether the electric energy meter 15 exists in the tray or not; the second detection assembly 11 is arranged above the conveying platform 14, the second detection assembly 11 is located between the first detection assembly 12 and the third positioning element 10 along the conveying path, and the second detection assembly 11 is in communication connection with the controller and used for detecting the position of the electric energy meter 15.
When the first detection component 12 detects that the electric energy meter 15 is not arranged in the tray, a detection-free signal is generated, the controller controls the second detection component 11 not to detect the tray according to the release signal, and controls the third positioning component 10 to release the tray; when the first detection assembly 12 detects that the electric energy meter 15 is arranged in the tray, a detection signal is generated, the controller controls the third positioning piece 10 to position the electric energy meter assembly on the conveying platform 14 according to the detection signal, and the second detection assembly 11 detects the position of the electric energy meter 15 in the tray. If the detection result is qualified, the second detection assembly 11 generates a release signal, and the controller controls the third positioning piece 10 to release the electric energy meter assembly according to the release signal; if the detection result is not qualified, the second detection assembly 11 generates a transfer signal, the controller controls the third positioning part 10 to keep a positioning state for the electric energy meter assembly according to the transfer signal, and simultaneously controls the first mover 9 to transfer the electric energy meter assembly to the transfer assembly.
Optionally, the first detecting element 12 comprises an infrared emitter and receiver, which are arranged on both sides of the conveying platform 14 in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction. When the tray passes through, if the electric energy meter 15 is arranged in the tray, the infrared signal is shielded, the receiver cannot receive the infrared signal, and the first detection component 12 is triggered to generate a detection signal; if the electric energy meter 15 is not in the tray, the receiver can normally receive the infrared signal, and the first detecting component 12 generates a non-detection signal.
Optionally, the tray is pasted with an RFID tag, whether the information of the electric energy meter 15 exists in the tray is recorded, the first detection component 12 is an RFID reading device, and after the first detection component 12 scans the passing tray, the information in the RFID tag can be acquired. If the tray is internally provided with the electric energy meter 15, the first detection component 12 generates a detection signal; if the electric energy meter 15 is not in the tray, the first detection component 12 generates a non-detection signal.
Optionally, the second detecting component 11 includes a plurality of proximity sensors, and the plurality of proximity sensors send signals downwards, and when the upper surface of the electric energy meter 15 is detected to be not in the same plane, it is determined that the electric energy meter 15 is tilted.

Claims (10)
1. Electric energy meter position deviation correcting device, its characterized in that includes:
the controller is in communication connection with the position detection device on the conveying platform;
an operating platform;
the deviation rectifying assembly is arranged on the operating platform and used for adjusting the position of the electric energy meter; and
the transfer assembly is in communication connection with the controller and is used for transferring the electric energy meter assembly detected by the position detection device on the conveying platform to the operation platform and transferring the electric energy meter assembly subjected to deviation correction to the position on the conveying platform, which is located at the upstream of the position detection device.
2. The electric energy meter position correcting device according to claim 1, wherein the transfer assembly comprises:
the transfer mechanism is provided with an input port and an output port, the input port is butted with an area where the position detection device is located on the conveying platform or a downstream area of the position detection device on the conveying platform, and the output port is located in the upstream area of the position detection device;
the first mover is arranged on the conveying platform, is in communication connection with the controller, and is used for moving the electric energy meter assembly from the conveying platform to the input port of the transfer mechanism; and
and the manipulator is in communication connection with the controller and is used for transferring the electric energy meter assembly or the electric energy meter between the transfer mechanism and the operating platform.

The electric energy meter position deviation rectifying device according to claim 2, wherein the transfer mechanism comprises a first conveyor belt, and a second conveyor belt and a third conveyor belt connected to two ends of the first conveyor belt, the second conveyor belt, the first conveyor belt and the third conveyor belt are sequentially communicated to form a U-shaped transmission channel, an inlet of the second conveyor belt is an input port of the transfer mechanism, and an outlet of the third conveyor belt is an output port of the transfer mechanism.

The electric energy meter position deviation rectifying device according to claim 2, wherein the transfer mechanism is further provided with a first positioning member, the first positioning member is slidably connected to the transfer mechanism along a first path, the first path is perpendicular to the conveying path, and the first positioning member is used for positioning the electric energy meter assembly on the transfer mechanism.
5. The electric energy meter position deviation rectifying device according to claim 4, wherein the deviation rectifying assembly comprises a plurality of regulators, the regulators enclose a regulating space for accommodating the electric energy meter, and the regulators can extend and retract to regulate the position of the electric energy meter on the operating platform.
6. The device for rectifying the position of the electric energy meter according to claim 5, wherein the rectifying assembly further comprises a second positioning member disposed on the transferring mechanism, and a detecting mechanism disposed above the second positioning member, the second positioning member is disposed downstream of the first positioning member, and the second positioning member is slidably connected to the transferring mechanism along the first path for positioning the electric energy meter assembly on the transferring mechanism.

The electric energy meter position deviation rectifying device according to claim 6, wherein the detecting mechanism and the second positioning member are respectively in communication connection with the controller, the deviation rectifying assembly further comprises an alarm, and the alarm is in communication connection with the controller;
when the detection mechanism detects that the position of the electric energy meter is unqualified, the detection mechanism generates an alarm signal, and the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm according to the alarm signal and controls the second positioning piece to keep a positioning state;
when the position of the electric energy meter detected by the detection mechanism is qualified, the detection mechanism generates a release signal, and the controller drives the second positioning piece to retract according to the release signal so as to release the electric energy meter assembly.

The electric energy meter position deviation rectifying device according to claim 6, wherein the transfer assembly further comprises a buffer strip and a second mover, the buffer strip is communicated with the transfer mechanism, an input port of the buffer strip corresponds to the second positioning member, the second positioning member is used for moving the electric energy meter assembly to the input port of the buffer strip, and the second mover is arranged at a connection position of the transfer mechanism and the buffer strip and is in communication connection with the controller.
9. The electric energy meter detection system is characterized by comprising the electric energy meter position deviation rectifying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The electric energy meter detection system of claim 9 having a position detection device, wherein the position detection device comprises:
the third positioning piece is connected to the conveying platform in a sliding mode along the first path and can position the electric energy meter assembly on the conveying platform;
the first detection assembly is arranged on the conveying platform and is positioned at the upstream of the third positioning piece, and the first detection assembly is in communication connection with the controller and is used for detecting whether an electric energy meter exists in the tray; and
the second detection assembly is arranged above the conveying platform and located between the first detection assembly and the third positioning piece along a conveying path, and the second detection assembly is in communication connection with the controller and used for detecting the position of the electric energy meter.
