技术领域
本发明涉及低温球阀,尤其是一种两段式低温锻钢浮动球阀。
背景技术
市场上现有两段式低温浮动球阀在低温工况下存在泄漏超标的现象,究其原因是其结构多数还是按传统浮动球阀结构进行设计,并没有考虑低温严苛工况应对其进行针对性的设计。传统结构用于普通工况处于关闭位置时,依据浮动球阀的原理通过上游介质对球体与密封圈所提供的推力而产生初始密封比压,此结构能满足基本的阀门密封性能要求,但由于浮动球阀的球体、阀体等部件为金属件,而密封圈常为非金属件,两者的线性膨胀系数存在很大差异,故而在低温工况下,因收缩率的不同会在密封圈与球体和阀体之间出现配合间隙,当球体关闭时仅靠介质推力是无法保证其密封性能的。
同时,手柄限位方式还是采用传统压板螺栓限位,由于填料压板内六角螺钉是承压部件,直接承受着填料的密封力,同时内六角螺钉圆盘会受到定位板端部的冲击载荷,当阀门经过长时间的反复启闭时会引起压板的螺钉松弛,存在疲劳剪应力导致压力边界失效的风险。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术不足,本发明提供一种两段式低温锻钢浮动球阀。
本发明的技术方案是,一种两段式低温锻钢浮动球阀,包括阀体、球体、上阀盖、阀杆、填料函、阀座,阀体的外圆中心线与通道的中心线有偏心距,阀座上游端的密封圈与阀座间设有碟簧、弹簧垫,密封圈外圆设有排气孔,密封圈的反面为斜面,正面为球面,填料函的底部设有轴承,上阀盖上设有安装限位杆的螺纹孔,阀杆与手柄座之间设有限位板。
优选地,球体上设有泄压孔。
优选地,阀杆的下端设有安装弹簧和钢球的盲孔。
优选地,碟簧、弹簧垫各不少于2个。
优选地,排气孔为均匀分布的半圆形排气孔。
本发明的有益效果是,在阀座上游端的密封圈与阀座间碟簧、弹簧垫提供的预紧力,在低温工况下弹簧力和介质力共同提供阀门密封的必须比压,提高了阀门密封性能;在填料函底部设置轴承,降低了启闭扭矩,提高了阀轴的抗扭刚度;阀杆的下端设有安装弹簧和钢球的盲孔,防止因静电火花而引起安全事故;阀体采用偏心设计,使得阀体设计轻量化,进一步降低了启闭扭矩,同时节省了材料成本;上阀盖上设有安装限位杆的螺纹孔,阀杆与手柄座之间设有限位板,避免了开关过程中定位板对压板螺栓产生的横向冲击载荷。

具体实施方式
如图所示, 一种两段式低温锻钢浮动球阀,包括阀体1、球体2、上阀盖3、阀杆4、填料函5、阀座9,阀体1的外圆中心线15与通道中心线16有偏心距X,使得阀体1设计轻量化,降低了启闭扭矩,球体2上设有泄压孔14,阀座9上游端的密封圈6与阀座9间设有各不少于两个的碟簧7、弹簧垫8,碟簧7、弹簧垫8提供的预紧力,在低温工况下弹簧力和介质力共同提供阀门密封的必须比压,提高了阀门密封性能。密封圈6外圆设有均匀分布的半圆形排气孔603,方便密封圈6安装到阀体1内,密封圈6的反面为斜面601,正面为球面602,斜面601的球面602的设置能够使密封圈6在与球体2贴紧之后储备一定的弹性势能,减小因低温收缩产生的配合间隙。填料函5的底部设有轴承10,降低了启闭扭矩,提高了阀杆4的抗扭刚度。上阀盖3上设有安装限位杆11的螺纹孔,阀杆4与手柄座12之间设有限位板13,避免了开关过程中限位板13对压板螺栓产生的横向冲击载荷,保证了填料函5密封的可靠性。阀杆4的下端设有安装弹簧17和钢球18的盲孔,防止因静电火花而引起安全事故。

3.如权利要求2所述的一种两段式低温锻钢浮动球阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的下端设有安装弹簧和钢球的盲孔。
