本发明公开了一种带有隔热开启扇的幕墙立柱保温结构,包含钢立柱、固定窗扇、开启窗扇、内封铝板、外饰板组件、内边框组件和侧边挡板组件;固定窗扇位于钢立柱的固定侧,开启窗扇位于钢立柱的开启侧;固定窗扇和开启窗扇与内边框组件配合,内边框组件与内封铝板配合,侧边挡板组件与外饰板组件和内边框组件连接固定;本方案优化了钢立柱周围的安装固定遮挡装饰型材结构,提高了整体结构的稳定性,并提高了立柱结构处的隔热保温效果;并且优化设计了开启扇的结构,改变以往幕墙隔热开启铝型材含量大、加工复杂、成本较高、后期维护较繁琐、隔热性能不可控等不利情况,节省了成本,节约了材料,顺应国家对现代建筑的绿色节能环保理念要求。

背景技术
目前国内外常见的节能幕墙开启系统主要采用隔热扇框型材与隔热边框型材的做法来确保其节能性能,虽然开启扇结构起到了很好的保温隔热性能,但开启系统在立柱处的安装结构设计不够合理,导致型材组合后一体性不好,影响幕墙结构稳定性,加工工艺较为复杂,造价较为高昂,隔热保温性能一般,单纯依赖隔热型材来满足开启系统的节能性能已无法满足新时代幕墙的需求。

针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种带有隔热开启扇的幕墙立柱保温结构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种带有隔热开启扇的幕墙立柱保温结构,包含钢立柱、固定窗扇、开启窗扇、内封铝板、外饰板组件、内边框组件和侧边挡板组件;所述钢立柱的左右两侧边,一侧为固定侧,一侧为开启侧,固定窗扇位于钢立柱的固定侧,开启窗扇位于钢立柱的开启侧;所述内封铝板设置在钢立柱的室内侧,外饰板组件设置在钢立柱的室外侧,钢立柱的左右两侧均设置有内边框组件和侧边挡板组件;所述固定窗扇和开启窗扇与内边框组件配合,内边框组件与内封铝板配合,侧边挡板组件与外饰板组件和内边框组件连接固定。
优选的,所述钢立柱的开启侧设置有保温加强构造,保温加强构造位于内边框组件与钢立柱之间,保温加强构造包含内置的镀锌钢连接件作为支撑骨架,保温加强构造的室外侧通过铝板封闭,内部填充保温棉。

7.根据权利要求1所述的带有隔热开启扇的幕墙立柱保温结构,其特征在于:所述侧边挡板组件(7)包含侧边铝板(41)和侧边转接型材(42),侧边铝板(41)的一侧具有弯折造型结构,弯折造型结构与外饰板组件(5)固定连接,侧边转接型材(42)固定安装在侧边铝板(41)的另一侧上,侧边转接型材(42)与内边框组件(6)固定连接,侧边转接型材(42)上设置有封边胶条(43)。
