Abstract

This comparative example provides a polyester tire which is different from the above example 11 only in the step S3. Specifically, step S3 of this comparative example includes: 100g of the modified thermoplastic elastomer and 900g of polyethylene terephthalate are placed in a high-speed mixer to be mixed for 20min at the rotating speed of 1000rpm, then the mixture is placed in a double-screw extruder at 270 ℃ to be subjected to melt extrusion, and the mixture is placed at the temperature of 160 ℃ to be subjected to hot stretching, so that the polyester tire can be obtained.
Experimental example:
first, the surface tensions (in dyne values) of the polyester tires obtained in examples 11 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were measured under the same experimental conditions (room temperature, 80% humidity) using a conventional DY-L-series dyne pen, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Secondly, under the same experimental conditions (room temperature and 80% humidity), the tensile force, the elongation at maximum tensile force, the thermal dimensional stability and other performances of the polyester tires prepared in the above examples 11 to 13 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were respectively tested according to the standard GB/T18840-2018 tire base for asphalt waterproofing coiled material, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, in the examples of the present invention, by graft-modifying a thermoplastic elastomer using a modifier prepared by reacting 1,3, 5-tris (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) trimethylcyclotrisiloxane and an epoxy-modified polysiloxane, epoxy groups, siloxane bonds, heterocyclic groups, fluorine groups, and the like can be introduced into the thermoplastic elastomer, so that toughness, heat resistance, and waterproof properties of a polyester tire can be significantly improved.
Specifically, epoxy groups introduced into the modified thermoplastic elastomer can react with carboxyl groups and the like in polyester, so that flexible chains and the elastomer are introduced, and the toughness of the polyester tire can be greatly improved; the silica bond and the heterocyclic group introduced into the modified thermoplastic elastomer have higher bond energy, and can improve the heat resistance of the polyester tire; the hydrophobic groups such as fluorine, silicon and the like introduced into the modified thermoplastic elastomer can improve the hydrophobic property of the polyester tire and reduce the surface tension of the polyester tire, thereby improving the waterproof property of the polyester tire.
In addition, by adding the perfluoro silicone oil dispersion and the amino silicone oil dispersion, hydroxyl and amino which can react with maleic anhydride in the adhesive can be introduced into a polyethylene system, so that the peel strength of the surface coating of the steel pipe can be improved.
Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
Claims (6)
1. The high-toughness polyester tire is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 800-1000 parts of polyester and 50-150 parts of modified thermoplastic elastomer; the modified thermoplastic elastomer is a thermoplastic elastomer grafted and modified by a modifier; the modifier is prepared by reacting 1,3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) trimethylcyclotrisiloxane and epoxy modified polysiloxane;
the polyester comprises polyethylene terephthalate and carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, wherein the mass ratio of the polyethylene terephthalate to the carboxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester is (6-8) to (1-3);
the preparation method of the modifier comprises the following steps:
placing 1,3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) trimethylcyclotrisiloxane, epoxy modified polysiloxane and a catalyst in a solvent for mixing, placing at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ for reaction, and then removing the solvent to obtain the modifier;
the mass ratio of the 1,3, 5-tri (3,3, 3-trifluoropropyl) trimethylcyclotrisiloxane to the epoxy modified polysiloxane is 1 (1-3);
the preparation method of the modified thermoplastic elastomer comprises the following steps:
and (2) dispersing and mixing the modifier, the thermoplastic elastomer and the initiator in a solvent, irradiating the mixture by ultraviolet rays at the temperature of 55-65 ℃, and removing the solvent to obtain the modified thermoplastic elastomer.
2. The high tenacity polyester tire according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 850-950 parts of polyester and 80-120 parts of modified thermoplastic elastomer.
3. The high tenacity polyester tire according to claim 1, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer is a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer.
4. A method for preparing a high tenacity polyester tire as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
weighing polyester and modified thermoplastic elastomer according to the weight parts of the components;
polyester and the modified thermoplastic elastomer are mixed, melt-extruded and then subjected to hot stretching to obtain the polyester tire.
5. The method for preparing the high tenacity polyester tire as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step, the temperature of melt extrusion is 260-280 ℃, and the temperature of hot stretching is 150-180 ℃.
6. A polyester tire obtained by the production method according to any one of claims 4 to 5.
