Abstract
本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种可用于起重机械的润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。本发明的润滑脂组合物包含基础油和稠化剂,所述稠化剂以纳米氢氧化钙、12‑羟基硬脂酸和醋酸为原料经皂化制得,所述12‑羟基硬脂酸与所述醋酸的质量比为10:1~1:1。本发明采用的纳米氢氧化钙可以在常压状态下工业化生产,同时不需要加入抗泡剂,在成本方面具有较大优势。同时,通过对其他组分的优化,本发明制得的润滑脂成品光亮透明,具有很好的抗水性、高温性、极压抗磨性和粘附性,能够匹配起重机械所需的各方面性能,具有较大的市场竞争力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种可用于起重机械的润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
起重机械是用来对物体进行起重、运输、装卸和安装作业的机械,在工厂、矿山、车站、港口、建筑工地、仓库、水电站等多个领域和部门得到广泛应用它不仅是生产过程中的辅助机械,而且已经成为生产流水线上不可或缺的重要机械设备。
为了延长起重机械的使用寿命,润滑脂的使用是十分必要的。然而,由于起重机械大多常年置于室外,同时承受载荷也很高,因此对润滑脂的抗水性、高温性、粘附性和极压抗磨性等均具有较高的要求,而普通润滑脂很难满足上述要求。同时,市售起重机械用脂大多采用传统锂或复合锂稠化剂,以上两种稠化剂体系实际使用时,润滑脂有滴油现象,可能会污染环境或发生人身安全。作为起重机械的一种,汽车起重机对润滑脂也同样具有上述高要求。
在与起重机械润滑脂相关的现有技术中,CN103555408A公开了一种起重机伸缩臂润滑脂组合物,包括52~86%基础油、8~25%稠化剂、6~23%添加剂,稠化剂由12-羟基硬脂酸、硼酸、壬二酸与氢氧化锂的反应物组成,其中12-羟基硬脂酸、绷酸、壬二酸的摩尔比为1:0.3~0.8:0.3~0.8;12-羟基硬脂酸:单水氢氧化锂=1:0.8~1.1。CN104357146A公开了一种用于起重机吊臂的润滑脂材料,包含有环氧丙烯酸、聚酰胺酰亚胺树脂2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯、石墨烯5-8、氮化铝、抗氧剂。CN101974362B公开了一种低速重载用润滑脂,包含1~4%的石墨、1~4%聚四氟乙烯、0.3~6%其它极压添加剂(可能为二硫化钼或二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼)、0.3~6%有机酯、2~5%疏水剂。其均使得润滑脂的性能有一定改善,但仍然存在进一步改善空间。同时,上述润滑脂的生产成本较高,一定程度上也限制了其在实际市场中的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明发现,当所述稠化剂中的碱选择纳米氢氧化钙时,在反应初期不需要加入反应介质水,且常压状态下,反应不涨罐,反应完全且用时更短,这样有利于进一步降低润滑脂的生产成本。但使用纳米氢氧化钙后较难兼顾润滑脂组合物的抗水性、耐高温性、粘附性和极压抗磨性等。为此,本发明进一步探究并提供了一种可用于起重机械的润滑脂组合物及其制备方法。
具体的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种润滑脂组合物(或称“一种用于起重机械的润滑脂组合物”),其包含基础油和稠化剂,所述稠化剂以纳米氢氧化钙、12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸为原料经皂化制得,所述12-羟基硬脂酸与所述醋酸的质量比为10:1~1:1;
以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,所述稠化剂的含量为5~15%。
本发明发现,通过按上述方式使用12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸作为稠化剂中的酸,有利于在降低生产成本的同时,兼顾润滑脂组合物的抗水性、耐高温性、粘附性和极压抗磨性等多方面性能,从而有利于其匹配起重机械所需的各方面性能。
作为优选,所述12-羟基硬脂酸与所述醋酸的质量比为9:1~1:1,进一步可以提升润滑脂组合物的抗水性、耐高温性、粘附性和极压抗磨性等性能。进一步优选地,当所述12-羟基硬脂酸与所述醋酸的质量比为8:1~3:1时,润滑脂组合物的抗水性、耐高温性、粘附性和极压抗磨性等性能差异不大,但与优选前相比性能更优。
此外,为了进一步提升润滑脂组合物的各方面性能,本发明还对其他组分进行了优化,并提供了如下的优选方案。
作为优选,所述基础油选自矿物油和聚α烯烃合成油中的一种或两种;
所述基础油的40℃运动粘度为130~500mm2/s,粘度指数不低于75,倾点不低于-25℃。
作为优选,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含5~10%的增粘剂,所述增粘剂为乙丙共聚物。
作为优选,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含1.5~5.5%的极压抗磨剂,所述极压抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化烯烃、氨基硫代酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯、硼酸盐中的两种或三种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述极压抗磨剂为质量比为(1.5~2.5):1:(2~3)的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化烯烃和硼酸盐的混合物。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述极压抗磨剂为质量比为(2~3):1:(1~1.5)的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化烯烃和氨基硫代酯的混合物。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述极压抗磨剂为质量比为1:(0.4~0.6):(0.4~0.6)的硫化烯烃、硫代磷酸三苯酯和硼酸盐的混合物。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述极压抗磨剂为质量比为1:(0.8~1.2):(0.8~1.2)的氨基硫代酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯和硼酸盐的混合物。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述极压抗磨剂为质量比为1:(0.8~1.2):(0.8~1.2)的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化烯烃和氨基硫代酯的混合物。
作为优选,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含0.8~4%的防腐防锈剂,所述防腐防锈剂为质量比为1:2~1:4的苯骈三氮唑和二壬基萘石油磺酸钡的混合物;更优选其质量比为1:3。
作为优选,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含0.3~1.5%的抗氧剂,所述抗氧剂为二叔丁基对甲酚。
本领域人员可依照常识对上述的方案进行组合,得到本发明的较优实施例。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述润滑脂组合物包含如下重量份组分:
进一步的,本发明还提供所述的润滑脂组合物的制备方法,其包括以纳米氢氧化钙、12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸为原料进行皂化的步骤;
在进行皂化时,将所述纳米氢氧化钙以乳状悬浮液的形式与其他原料混合;在纳米氢氧化钙乳液中含有质量比为2:8~4:6的纳米氢氧化钙和基础油,更优选其质量比为3:7。
本发明发现,在按上述方法进行皂化反应时,更有利于发挥稠化剂的效果,从而更有利于保证润滑脂组合物的抗水性、耐高温性、粘附性和极压抗磨性等性能。
作为优选,所述制备方法具体包括:
将部分基础油、12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸在80~90℃下与所述纳米氢氧化钙乳液混合,并在95~115℃下反应50~60分钟,得第一物料;
将所述第一物料升温至120~125℃后,与升温油混合,并再次升温至135~145℃后,恒温处理1~5分钟,得第二物料;
将所述第二物料与急冷油混合,并降温至85~100℃,而后与其他原料混合。
此外,在具体实施时,将所有原料混合后,所述的制备方法还包括轧油成脂的步骤,本领域人员依照常识能够确认该步骤及其具体操作,在此不做进一步限定。
本发明进一步提供所述的润滑脂组合物或所述的制备方法制得的润滑脂组合物在起重机械中的应用。
作为优选,所述起重机械为汽车起重机。在具体应用中,本发明润滑脂在汽车起重机的润滑部位主要包括伸缩臂、大齿圈和三铰点三部分。
基于上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用的纳米氢氧化钙可以在常压状态下工业化生产,同时不需要加入抗泡剂,在成本方面具有较大优势。同时,通过对其他组分的优化,本发明制得的润滑脂成品光亮透明,具有很好的抗水性、高温性、极压抗磨性和粘附性,能够匹配起重机械所需的各方面性能。综合来看,本发明的生产成本为市售润滑脂的50~80%,具有较大的市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
为了便于比对效果,在以下实施例中使用的纳米氢氧化钙的乳状悬浮液(或称“纳米氢氧化钙乳液”)中均含有质量比为3:7的纳米氢氧化钙和基础油。
实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件,或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可通过正规渠道商购买得到的常规产品。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种润滑脂组合物,其通过如下方法制得:
将150g的12-羟基硬脂酸、150g醋酸和1200g基础油投入5L反应釜,升温至90℃,在此温度下缓慢加入385g纳米氢氧化钙的乳状悬浮液,加碱完毕,100±5℃恒温反应60分钟,升温至125℃,加入升温油300g,然后升温至136±1℃恒温3分钟,然后加入35g油冷却,温度降至120℃,降温至90±5℃加入二叔丁基对甲酚45g,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌60g,硫化烯烃30g,硼酸盐75g,苯骈三氮唑30g,二壬基萘石油磺酸钡90g,乙丙共聚物300g,拌均匀,轧油三遍,得成品。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种润滑脂组合物,其通过如下方法制得:
将234g的12-羟基硬脂酸、26g醋酸和1200g基础油投入5L反应釜,升温至85℃,在此温度下缓慢加入160g纳米氢氧化钙的乳状悬浮液,加碱完毕,90±5℃恒温反应55分钟,升温至125℃,加入升温油400g,然后升温至138±3℃恒温3分钟,然后加入470g油冷却,温度降至120℃,降温至90±5℃加入二叔丁基对甲酚36g,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌75g,硫化烯烃30g,氨基硫代酯39g,苯骈三氮唑22.5g,二壬基萘石油磺酸钡67.5g,乙丙共聚物240g,拌均匀,轧油三遍,得成品。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种润滑脂组合物,其通过如下方法制得:
将176g的12-羟基硬脂酸、44g醋酸和1200g基础油投入5L反应釜,升温至90℃,在此温度下缓慢加入175g纳米氢氧化钙的乳状悬浮液,加碱完毕,100±5℃恒温反应50-60分钟,升温至125℃,加入升温油400g,然后升温至142±3℃恒温5分钟,然后加入615g油冷却,温度降至120℃,降温至90±5℃加入二叔丁基对甲酚24g,硫化烯烃45g,硫代磷酸三苯酯22.5g,硼酸盐22.5g,苯骈三氮唑16.5g,二壬基萘石油磺酸钡49.5g,乙丙共聚物210g,拌均匀,轧油三遍,得成品。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种润滑脂组合物,其通过如下方法制得:
将100g的12-羟基硬脂酸、60g醋酸和1200g基础油投入5L反应釜,升温至90±5℃,在此温度下缓慢加入175g纳米氢氧化钙的乳状悬浮液,加碱完毕,110±5℃恒温反应60分钟,升温至125℃,加入升温油400g,然后升温至140±2℃恒温1分钟,然后加入765g油冷却,温度降至120℃,降温至90±5℃加入二叔丁基对甲酚15g,氨基硫代酯20g,硫代磷酸三苯酯20g,硼酸盐20g,苯骈三氮唑11.3g,二壬基萘石油磺酸钡33.7g,乙丙共聚物180g,拌均匀,轧油三遍,得成品。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种润滑脂组合物,其通过如下方法制得:
将80g的12-羟基硬脂酸、20g醋酸和1200g基础油投入5L反应釜,升温至90℃,在此温度下缓慢加入80g纳米氢氧化钙的乳状悬浮液,加碱完毕,100±5℃恒温反应60分钟,升温至125℃,加入升温油400g,然后升温至139±1℃恒温3分钟,然后加入992g油冷却,温度降至120℃,降温至95±5℃加入二叔丁基对甲酚9g,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌15g,硫化烯烃15g,氨基硫代酯15g,苯骈三氮唑6g,二壬基萘石油磺酸钡18g,乙丙共聚物150g,拌均匀,轧油三遍,得成品。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,将稠化剂中所使用的醋酸替换为等量的硬脂酸。
试验例
对实施例中制得的润滑脂组合物的性能进行测试,试验方法及结果见表1。

由结果可知,本发明的润滑脂组合物均具有较好的抗水性、高温性、极压抗磨性和粘附性。其中,实施例3表现出最为优良的综合性能,可以作为本发明的优选工艺配方。而与实施例3相比,实施例1抗水性能较差;实施例2极压性稍差,且漏失量数据比较大;实施例4粘附性和极压抗磨性均较差;实施例5粘附性较差,其在实际使用中与实施例3相比均具有一定程度的劣势。而对比例1虽然也表现出较好的极压抗磨性,但其高温性、机械安定性、胶体安定性、漏失量和黏附性表现都很差。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种润滑脂组合物,其包含基础油和稠化剂,其特征在于,
所述稠化剂以纳米氢氧化钙、12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸为原料经皂化制得,所述12-羟基硬脂酸与所述醋酸的质量比为10:1~1:1;
以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,所述稠化剂的含量为5~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述12-羟基硬脂酸与所述醋酸的质量比为9:1~1:1;优选为8:1~3:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油选自矿物油和聚α烯烃合成油中的一种或两种;
所述基础油的40℃运动粘度为130~500mm2/s,粘度指数不低于75,倾点不低于-25℃。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含5~10%的增粘剂,所述增粘剂为乙丙共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含1.5~5.5%的极压抗磨剂,所述极压抗磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫化烯烃、氨基硫代酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯、硼酸盐中的两种或三种。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含0.8~4%的防腐防锈剂,所述防腐防锈剂为质量比为1:2~1:4的苯骈三氮唑和二壬基萘石油磺酸钡的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,以润滑脂组合物的总质量为基准,其还包含0.3~1.5%的抗氧剂,所述抗氧剂为二叔丁基对甲酚。
8.权利要求1~7中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以纳米氢氧化钙、12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸为原料进行皂化的步骤;
在进行皂化时,将所述纳米氢氧化钙以乳状悬浮液的形式与其他原料混合;在纳米氢氧化钙乳液中含有质量比为2:8~4:6的纳米氢氧化钙和基础油。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,其具体包括:
将部分基础油、12-羟基硬脂酸和醋酸在80~90℃下与所述纳米氢氧化钙乳液混合,并在95~115℃下反应50~60分钟,得第一物料;
将所述第一物料升温至120~125℃后,与升温油混合,并再次升温至135~145℃后,恒温处理1~5分钟,得第二物料;
将所述第二物料与急冷油混合,并降温至85~100℃,而后与其他原料混合。
10.权利要求1~7中任一项所述的润滑脂组合物或权利要求8或9所述的制备方法制得的润滑脂组合物在起重机械中的应用;优选所述起重机械为汽车起重机。
