Claims (10)
1. An electrostatic precipitation type earphone pad pasting device not easy to remain air bubbles comprises a machine tool (1): the novel machine tool is characterized in that a conveying fixing plate (4) is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the machine tool (1), a conveying track (8) used for fixing the material conveying direction is fixedly mounted on the inner side of the conveying fixing plate (4), a sliding block (5) used for discharging materials is arranged on the upper side of the conveying track (8), a first driving motor (6) used for driving the sliding block (5) to move is arranged on the lower side of the sliding block (5), a driving gear (7) is arranged on an output shaft of the first driving motor (6), a placing groove (10) used for placing an ear of an earphone is formed in the upper side of the sliding block (5), a telescopic first push rod (11) is arranged on the inner side of the placing groove (10), a clamping plate (12) used for placing a head fixing plate of the earphone is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the first push rod (11), and a head-wearing earphone (13) is arranged on the inner side of the clamping plate (12), the machine tool is characterized in that a second push rod (15) used for lifting is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the machine tool (1), a dust removal fixing plate (14) is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the second push rod (15), a second driving motor (16) is arranged on the rear side of the dust removal fixing plate (14), a rotatable connecting rod (17) is arranged on an output shaft of the second driving motor (16), a movable block (18) used for changing the position is connected to the outer side of the connecting rod (17), a connecting plate (20) is connected to the front side of the movable block (18), a first dust removal plate (21) used for electrostatic dust removal is fixedly mounted on the front side of the connecting plate (20), a third push rod (22) is mounted on the front side of the dust removal fixing plate (14), a second dust removal plate (23) used for cleaning the ear of the headset (13) is connected to the front side of the third push rod (22), and a fixing frame (24) used for film pasting is arranged on the right side of the dust removal fixing plate (14), mount (24) inboard is equipped with the case (25) of placing that is used for placing the pad pasting, fourth push rod (26) are installed to mount (24) upside, fourth push rod (26) front side is connected with fifth push rod (27), fifth push rod (27) downside is connected with head pad pasting board (28) that are used for inhaling the membrane pad pasting, mount (24) inboard is equipped with sixth push rod (29), sixth push rod (29) outside is connected with backup pad (30) that are used for supporting, backup pad (30) rear side is connected with seventh push rod (31), seventh push rod (31) rear side fixedly connected with is used for inhaling ear pad pasting board (32) of membrane pad pasting.

The electrostatic precipitation type earphone film sticking device with low possibility of air bubble remaining according to claim 1, wherein a sliding groove (35) for fixing the driving gear (7) is formed in the inner side of the conveying rail (8), the sliding groove (35) is in meshed connection with the driving gear (7), fixing grooves (9) are formed in the front side and the rear side of the conveying rail (8), and the first driving motor (6) is movably installed on the inner side of the fixing grooves (9).

The electrostatic dust removal type earphone film sticking device not prone to air bubble residue as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second dust removing plate (23) is distributed on the front side of the dust removing fixing plate (14) in a bilateral symmetry mode, a groove (19) is formed in the dust removing fixing plate (14), and the movable block (18) is movably mounted on the inner side of the groove (19).

The electrostatic precipitator type earphone pad pasting device with low possibility of air bubble remaining as claimed in claim 1, wherein a soft bag (36) for protecting the ear part of the headset (13) is arranged inside the placing groove (10), and a non-slip mat (37) for preventing the head part of the headset (13) from slipping is arranged at the bottom of the clamping plate (12).

The electrostatic precipitation type earphone pad pasting device with low possibility of air bubble residue according to claim 4, wherein the surface of the non-slip mat (37) is provided with anti-slip particles which are uniformly distributed, and the outer end surface of the non-slip mat (37) is attached to the inner side of the clamping plate (12).

The electrostatic precipitation type earphone pad pasting device not easy to leave air bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first positioning camera (33) for positioning is arranged on the upper side of the machine tool 1, and the position of the first positioning camera (33) corresponds to the position of the dust removal fixing plate (14).

The electrostatic precipitation type earphone film sticking device not easy to leave air bubbles as claimed in claim 6, wherein a second positioning camera (34) is arranged at the right side of the first positioning camera (33), and the position of the second positioning camera (34) corresponds to the position of the fixing frame (24).

The electrostatic precipitation type earphone filming device not easy to cause air bubble residue according to claim 1, wherein electrostatic elements for absorbing the film are arranged on the lower side of the head filming plate (28) and the inner side of the ear filming plate (32), and the head filming plate (28) is adapted to the shape of the earphone (13).

The electrostatic precipitation type earphone film sticking device not easy to leave air bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cleaning cloth for cleaning the headset (13) is arranged on the inner sides of the first dust removing plate (21) and the second dust removing plate (23), and the cleaning cloth is detachably mounted on the inner sides of the first dust removing plate (21) and the second dust removing plate (23).

The electrostatic dust removal type earphone film sticking equipment not easy to leave air bubbles as claimed in claim 1, wherein a supporting leg (3) for supporting the whole device is fixedly arranged at the lower side of the machine tool (1), and a control panel (2) for controlling the whole circuit is arranged at the front side of the machine tool (1).
