When in use: when an external power supply is switched on and each electrical appliance normally works, firstly, the two rotating wheels 43 are rotated to drive the screw rods 42 to rotate, so that the limiting plates 45 at the inner side ends of the screw rods 42 move to proper positions according to lead frame plates with different sizes, thereby limiting the lead frame plates, then the inserting blocks 92 at the outer side surfaces of the sponge pads 91 are inserted into the inserting grooves 94 at the top ends of the limiting plates 45, the sponge pads 91 can protect the surfaces of the lead frame plates, thereby preventing the limiting plates 45 from scratching the surfaces of the lead frame plates, then the starting motor 21 drives the electromagnets 27 at the bottom ends of the connecting plates 26 to descend to be in contact with the lead frame plates, the electromagnets 27 adsorb the lead frame plates, then the lead frame plates ascend to proper heights, the rotating motor 54 is started while the lead frame plates move, the rotating motor 54 drives the rotating shaft 51 to rotate, so that the baffle plate 56 is blocked at the bottom ends of the lead frame plates, the gravity sensor 15 signals the controller 18, the controller 18 activates the alarm 14 to alert the person to make adjustments, then the electric telescopic rod 24 puts the lead frame plate into the slide way 34, then adjusts the distance of the inner slide way 83 according to the distance of the tailoring device, rotates the bolt 82 to fix the inner slide way 83, then the second linear motor 37 and the hydraulic push rod 36 are started to move the slide 34 to a proper position, the first linear motor 35 is started to drive the push plate 32 to push the lead frame plate into the tailoring device, finally the starting push rod 62 is started to enable the cleaning brush 64 to clean the surface of the conveyor 1, thereby prevent that the material sediment from attaching to and influencing subsequent processing quality on the lead frame board, the left side on conveyer 1 top still is equipped with case 11, and the inside baffle 12 of case 11 can be separately deposited spare part and the instrument that uses to the personnel of being convenient for select.
