The working principle is as follows: when the bean product draining device is used, bean products needing to be drained are added into the filter cylinder 506 through the top end of the hollow rod 504, the electromagnetic valve 508 is in a closed state at the moment, then the motor 501 is controlled to be started, the rotating shaft 502 is driven to rotate, the first umbrella-shaped gear 503 and the second umbrella-shaped gear 505 are driven to rotate, the hollow rod 504 is driven to rotate, the filter cylinder 506 and the fixed block 507 are driven to rotate, and the bean products are drained by utilizing the centrifugal principle; the rotation of the hollow rod 504 drives the first belt pulley 601 to rotate, the belt 604 drives the second belt pulley 603 and the rotating rod 602 to rotate, and further drives the rotating disc 605 and the beating rod 606 to rotate, the filter cartridge 506 is beaten, after draining, the electromagnetic valve 508 is controlled to convey the bean products to the collecting tank 3 through the hollow rod 504, and water can be discharged through the water discharge pipe 8.

Claims (8)

1. A meat-imitated vegetable bean product is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of peanut oil, 50-80 parts of bean products, 3-5 parts of edible salt, 2-4 parts of sugar, 1-2 parts of anise, 5-8 parts of soy sauce, 3-5 parts of chive, 0.3-0.5 part of oyster sauce, 5-10 parts of cumin powder, 2-3 parts of chili powder and 3-5 parts of sesame, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step one, soaking raw materials: soaking the bean product in clear water for 12-20 min, repeatedly pressing the bean product by pressing equipment during soaking, pouring off water, and repeating the steps for 2-3 times;
step two, cooking at low temperature: putting the bean product into a cooking container, adding clear water for heating, controlling the water temperature to be 30-40 ℃, cooking for 5-10 minutes, fishing out the bean product after cooking, washing the bean product to normal temperature by using clear water, and draining the bean product by using draining processing equipment for later use after washing;
step three, frying: firstly, peanut oil is put into a pot, then a bean product is put into the pot, the bean product is fried until two sides are brown, and then the bean product and the residual peanut oil are respectively contained for standby;
step four, flavor extraction: putting the bean product into a container, adding oyster sauce, soy sauce, edible salt and sugar, and stirring the bean product by using stirring equipment;
step five, juice collection: adding half of cumin powder and chilli powder into the container in the fourth step, then uniformly stirring again, adding clear water to submerge the bean products, then transferring into a cooking container, and collecting juice with small fire to make the bean products tasty;
step six, seasoning: and (4) taking another pot, adding the rest of cooled peanut oil into the pot, adding anise in cold oil, sequentially adding the rest of chilli powder, cumin powder and all the sesames, decocting with slow fire to generate fragrance, pouring the mixture on the bean product in the cooking container in the fifth step, spreading the chive powder, and stirring the mixture by using stirring equipment to enable a layer of oil film to be attached to the surface of the bean product.
2. The meat-like and vegetable-like soybean product according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: in the second step, the vegetarian chicken is repeatedly pressed by a pressing device in the washing process.
3. The meat-like and vegetable-like soybean product according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: and in the fifth step, the juice collecting time is 5-10 minutes by using medium and small fire, and stirring is carried out every 1-2 minutes in the juice collecting process.

the motor (501) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of one side of the installation box (4), the rotating shaft (502) is rotatably installed on the inner wall of one side of the installation box (4), an output shaft of the motor (501) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (502), the outer wall of the rotating shaft (502) is sleeved with the first umbrella-shaped gear (503), hollow rods (504) are rotatably installed at the top of the inner side of the draining box (1) and the top of the partition plate (10), one end of one group of hollow rods (504) extends to the inside of the installation box (4) and is sleeved with the second umbrella-shaped gear (505), the second umbrella-shaped gear (505) is meshed with the first umbrella-shaped gear (503), the filtering cylinder (506) is arranged inside the draining box (1), holes are formed in the top and the bottom of the filtering cylinder (506), hollow fixing blocks (507) are fixedly installed inside the holes, the end portions of the two hollow rods (504) are respectively and fixedly connected with one fixing block (507), the other group of hollow rods (504) are rotatably arranged through the partition plate (10) and are provided with electromagnetic valves (508).

the beating assembly comprises a rotating disc (605) and beating rods (606), one end of each rotating rod (602) extends to the inside of the draining box (1) and is fixedly provided with the rotating disc (605), and multiple groups of beating rods (606) are arranged on the outer wall of each rotating disc (605) at equal intervals.
