the call receiving module establishes a call with the call scheduling module based on the transfer call request; according to a call willingness signal sent by the call receiving module, the call scheduling module determines whether to establish the call between the call request module and the call receiving module, wherein the call willingness signal comprises a call establishment signal, a call non-establishment signal and a call undetermined signal; when the call willingness signal is a call establishment signal, the call scheduling module sends a three-party call signal to the voice gateway; the voice gateway establishes a three-party call of the call request module, the call scheduling module and the call receiving module based on the three-party call signal;
after the three-way call is established, the call scheduling module sends a call exit signal to the voice gateway, and the voice gateway disconnects the call of the call scheduling module based on the call exit signal to form a call between the call request module and the call receiving module.
In the process that the call scheduling module transfers the call to the call receiving module, the call scheduling module sends a call transferring signal to the voice gateway, and call waiting signals are carried in call transferring information; when the voice gateway receives the call waiting signal, the call request module and the voice gateway establish a communication connection, and the communication connection is a call waiting state of the call request module, which is replied by the call receiving module.
Further, based on the call waiting signal, the voice gateway transmits voice information to the call request module or the call acceptance module.
When the call scheduling module is switched or switched to call with one end, the other end establishes communication connection with the voice gateway so as to enable the voice gateway to be in a call waiting state; in order to make the user have better experience, the voice gateway can be arranged when the call request module or the call receiving module is in a call waiting state, and the voice gateway sends a voice playing signal to a party in the call waiting state so that the call request module or the call receiving module plays voice information.

Setting the voice information as music information, news information or advertisement information gives the user a feeling of not long waiting time, particularly playing music, and gives the user a enjoyment of music.
Based on the above-described voice call forwarding method, the present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the voice call forwarding method as in the above-described embodiment.
Based on the above voice call forwarding method, the present application also provides a terminal device, as shown in fig. 3, which includes at least one processor (processor) 20; a display screen 21; and a memory (memory) 22, which may also include a communication interface (Communications Interface) 23 and a bus 24. Wherein the processor 20, the display 21, the memory 22 and the communication interface 23 may communicate with each other via a bus 24. The display screen 21 is configured to display a user guidance interface preset in the initial setting mode. The communication interface 23 may transmit information. Further, the logic instructions in the memory 22 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand alone product.
The memory 22, as a computer readable storage medium, may be configured to store a software program, a computer executable program, such as program instructions or modules corresponding to the methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The processor 20 performs functional applications and data processing, i.e. implements the methods of the embodiments described above, by running software programs, instructions or modules stored in the memory 22.
The memory 22 may include a storage program area that may store an operating system, at least one application program required for functions, and a storage data area; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal device, etc.
In addition, the memory 22 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include nonvolatile memory. For example, a plurality of media such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a random access memory (RandomAccessMemory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, which can store program codes, may be a transitory storage medium.
In addition, the specific processes that the storage medium and the plurality of instruction processors in the terminal device load and execute are described in detail in the above method, and are not stated here.
The application has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the voice call transfer method and device, in view of the fact that the traditional call transfer model cannot meet the inquiry service in the transfer process, the call transfer model supporting waiting transfer is provided, in the call transfer model capable of waiting transfer, the dispatch terminal can rapidly conduct call communication and voice inquiry operation between the request terminal and the receiving terminal under the condition of no hang-up, the whole call transfer process is ensured to be convenient, the service is smoothly executed, and the mode capable of waiting transfer call is compatible with the traditional transfer operation.
2. The receiving end can establish a call with the requesting end after connecting the call content or the purpose of the requesting end, so that whether the receiving end establishes the call according to own will is ensured; meanwhile, the waiting of the request information of the request end under the condition of no suspension can be avoided.
3. The requesting end or the receiving end can play music in the waiting process when in the waiting state, so that better experience is provided for a party in the waiting state.

Claims (9)

1. The voice call transfer method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
receiving a call request sent by a request end by a scheduling end, wherein the call request at least carries a call request signal;
based on the call request, the dispatching end sends a voice response signal to a voice gateway, and based on the voice response signal, a call between the request end and the dispatching end is established;
the dispatching end receives a call appointed request of the request end, and based on the call request, the dispatching end sends a transfer call request to the receiving end, and the request end is in a call waiting state;
based on the transfer call request, the receiving end establishes a call with the dispatching end;
the scheduling end determines whether to establish the call between the request end and the receiving end according to a call willingness signal sent by the receiving end, wherein the call willingness signal comprises a call establishment signal, a call non-establishment signal and a call undetermined signal;
when the call willingness signal is the call establishment signal, the scheduling end establishes a call between the request end and the receiving end;
the specific steps when the talking willingness signal is to establish a talking signal include:
step one: the dispatching end sends a three-way call signal to the voice gateway;
step two: the voice gateway establishes a three-party call of a request end, a dispatch end and a receiving end based on the three-party call signal;
step three: when a three-way call is established, the dispatching end sends a call exit signal to the voice gateway, and the voice gateway disconnects the call of the dispatching end based on the call exit signal to form a call between the request end and the receiving end;
when the call willingness signal is the non-established call signal, the receiving end hangs up the call;
the specific steps of the talking willingness signal not establishing talking signals include:
step one: when the call willingness signal is not established, the scheduling end sends a voice switching signal to the voice gateway;
step two: based on the voice switching signal, the voice gateway switches back the call between the dispatching end and the request end, and the receiving end hangs up the call;
step three: the request end can choose to hang up the call or send a call appointed request of the call with the receiving end to the dispatching end again; if the request end sends out the call appointed request with the receiving end again, repeating the step after the request end establishes the call with the dispatching end;
when the call willingness signal is the call pending signal:
the dispatching end switches back the call with the request end, the dispatching end receives the call request information sent by the request end, and the receiving end is in a call waiting state in the process;
the dispatching terminal switches back to the call with the receiving terminal, and according to the call request information, the receiving terminal sends the call willingness signal of whether to establish the call with the requesting terminal to the dispatching terminal, and the requesting terminal is in a call waiting state in the process;
the scheduling end determines whether to establish a call between the request end and the receiving end according to the call willingness signal sent by the receiving end;
when the call willingness signal is a call establishment signal, the scheduling end establishes a call between the request end and the receiving end; when the call willingness signal is not established, the receiving end hangs up the call; when the call voice signal is a call pending signal; the scheduling end switches back to the call with the requesting end until the call willingness signal is a call signal establishment or a call signal not establishment.
2. The voice call forwarding method according to claim 1, wherein the sending a forwarding call request from the dispatch terminal to the receiving terminal comprises:
the dispatching end sends a call transferring signal to the voice gateway;
based on the transfer call signal, the voice gateway sends the transfer call request to a receiving end.
3. The voice call forwarding method according to claim 2, wherein the forwarding call signal carries a call waiting signal, and the voice gateway establishes a communication connection with the requesting terminal in the call waiting state based on the call waiting signal.
4. The voice call forwarding method of claim 1 wherein switching back to the call with the requesting end at the scheduling end comprises:
the dispatching terminal sends a voice switching signal to the voice gateway, and the receiving terminal is in a call waiting state at the moment;
based on the voice switching signal, the voice gateway switches back to the call between the dispatching terminal and the request terminal.
5. The voice call forwarding method of claim 1 wherein switching back to the call with the receiving end at the scheduling end comprises:
the dispatching terminal sends a voice switching signal to the voice gateway, and the request terminal is in a call waiting state at the moment;
based on the voice switching signal, the voice gateway switches back to the call between the dispatching end and the receiving end.
6. The voice call forwarding method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the voice switching signal carries a call waiting signal, and the voice gateway establishes a communication connection in the call waiting state with the requesting end or the receiving end based on the call waiting signal;
based on the call waiting signal, the voice gateway sends voice information to the request end or the receiving end.
7. A voice call forwarding device, the device comprising:
the call request module is used for sending a call request to the call scheduling module and establishing a call with the call receiving module, and the call request at least carries a call request signal;
the call scheduling module is used for establishing a call with the call request module and sending a transfer call request to the call receiving module to establish a call with the call receiving module, and is also used for establishing a three-way call with the call request module, the call scheduling module and the call receiving module and exiting the three-way call after the three-way call is established so as to form a call between the call request module and the call receiving module;
the call scheduling module sends a call transferring request to the call receiving module, and the call requesting module is in a call waiting state at the moment;
the call receiving module is used for receiving a transfer call request sent by the call scheduling module and establishing a call with the call request module;
when the call willingness signal is a call establishment signal, the scheduling end establishes a call between the request end and the receiving end;
the specific steps when the talking willingness signal is to establish a talking signal include:
step one: the dispatching end sends a three-way call signal to the voice gateway;
step two: the voice gateway establishes a three-party call of a request end, a dispatch end and a receiving end based on the three-party call signal;
step three: when a three-way call is established, the dispatching end sends a call exit signal to the voice gateway, and the voice gateway disconnects the call of the dispatching end based on the call exit signal to form a call between the request end and the receiving end;
when the call willingness signal is not established, the receiving end hangs up the call;
the specific steps of the talking willingness signal not establishing talking signals include:

when the call willingness signal is the call pending signal:
the dispatching end switches back the call with the request end, the dispatching end receives the call request information sent by the request end, and the receiving end is in a call waiting state in the process;
the dispatching terminal switches back to the call with the receiving terminal, and according to the call request information, the receiving terminal sends the call willingness signal of whether to establish the call with the requesting terminal to the dispatching terminal, and the requesting terminal is in a call waiting state in the process;
the scheduling end determines whether to establish a call between the request end and the receiving end according to the call willingness signal sent by the receiving end;
when the call willingness signal is a call establishment signal, the scheduling end establishes a call between the request end and the receiving end; when the call willingness signal is not established, the receiving end hangs up the call; when the call voice signal is a call pending signal; the scheduling end switches back to the call with the requesting end until the call willingness signal is a call signal establishment or a call signal not establishment.
8. A computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the voice call forwarding method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A terminal device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a communication bus; the memory has stored thereon a computer readable program executable by the processor;
the communication bus realizes connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor, when executing the computer readable program, implements the steps of the voice call forwarding method of any one of claims 1-6.
