In the embodiment, a call scheduling module receives a call request sent by a call request module, wherein the call request at least carries a call request signal; based on the call request, the call scheduling module sends a voice response signal to the voice gateway, and based on the voice response signal, a call between the call request module and the call scheduling module is established;
based on a call designation request sent by the call request module, the call dispatching module sends a transfer call signal to the voice gateway, the voice gateway sends a transfer call request to the call receiving module based on the transfer call signal, and the call request module is in a call waiting state;
the call receiving module establishes a call with the call scheduling module based on the transfer call request; according to a call intention signal sent by the call receiving module, the call scheduling module determines whether to establish a call between the call request module and the call receiving module, wherein the call intention signal comprises a call establishment signal, a call non-establishment signal and a call pending signal; when the call wish signal is a call establishment signal, the call scheduling module sends a three-party call signal to the voice gateway; the voice gateway establishes a three-party call of a call request module, a call scheduling module and a call receiving module based on the three-party call signal;
and after the three-party call is established, the call dispatching module sends a call exit signal to the voice gateway, and based on the call exit signal, the voice gateway disconnects the call of the call dispatching module to form a call between the call request module and the call receiving module.
In the process that the call dispatching module forwards the call to the call receiving module, the call dispatching module sends a call forwarding signal to the voice gateway, and the call forwarding information carries a call waiting signal; the voice gateway receives the transfer call information and simultaneously receives a call waiting signal, and when the voice gateway receives the call waiting signal, the call request module and the voice gateway establish a communication connection which is a call waiting state replied by the call waiting receiving module of the call request module.
Further, based on the call waiting signal, the voice gateway sends the voice message to the call request module or the call receiving module.
When the call dispatching module is switched or switched to carry out call with one end, the other end establishes communication connection with the voice gateway to enable the voice gateway to be in a call waiting state; in order to enable the user to have better experience, the voice gateway may be configured to send a voice playing signal to the party in the call waiting state when the call request module or the call receiving module is in the call waiting state, so that the call request module or the call receiving module plays the voice information.
Further, the voice information is music information, news information or advertisement information. The voice information is set as music information, news information or advertisement information, so that the user can feel that the waiting time is short, particularly, music can be played, and the user can enjoy the music.
Based on the voice call forwarding method, the present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores one or more programs, and the one or more programs are executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the voice call forwarding method as in the above embodiment.
Based on the above voice call forwarding method, the present application further provides a terminal device, as shown in fig. 3, which includes at least one processor (processor) 20; a display screen 21; and a memory (memory)22, and may further include a communication Interface (Communications Interface)23 and a bus 24. The processor 20, the display 21, the memory 22 and the communication interface 23 can communicate with each other through the bus 24. The display screen 21 is configured to display a user guidance interface preset in the initial setting mode. The communication interface 23 may transmit information. The processor 20 may call logic instructions in the memory 22 to perform the methods in the embodiments described above.
Furthermore, the logic instructions in the memory 22 may be implemented in software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product.
The memory 22, which is a computer-readable storage medium, may be configured to store a software program, a computer-executable program, such as program instructions or modules corresponding to the methods in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The processor 20 executes the functional application and data processing, i.e. implements the method in the above-described embodiments, by executing the software program, instructions or modules stored in the memory 22.
The memory 22 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal device, and the like.
Further, the memory 22 may include a high speed random access memory and may also include a non-volatile memory. For example, various media that can store program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, may also be transient storage media.
In addition, the specific processes loaded and executed by the storage medium and the instruction processors in the terminal device are described in detail in the method, and are not stated herein.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the method and the device for switching the voice call, the call switching model supporting the call switching waiting can be provided in view of the fact that the traditional call switching model can not meet the inquiry service in the switching process, in the call switching model capable of waiting for switching, the dispatching end can rapidly carry out call transmission and voice inquiry operation between the requesting end and the receiving end under the condition that the requesting end is not hung up, the convenience and the smooth service execution in the whole call switching process are ensured, and the mode capable of waiting for switching the call is compatible with the traditional switching operation.
2. The receiving end can determine whether to establish the call with the request end after connecting the call content or the purpose of the request end, and whether to establish the call according to own intention is ensured; meanwhile, the request information of the request end can be prevented from waiting under the condition of not hanging up.
3. The request end or the receiving end can play music in the waiting process when being in the call waiting state, so that the party in the call waiting state can experience better.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the foregoing description, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made without departing from the principles of the invention, and that such changes and modifications are to be considered as within the scope of the invention.

Claims (12)

1. A voice call forwarding method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the dispatching end receives a call request sent by the request end, wherein the call request at least carries a call request signal;
based on the call request, the dispatching end sends a voice response signal to a voice gateway, and based on the voice response signal, the call between the request end and the dispatching end is established;
the dispatching end receives a call designation request of the requesting end, and based on the call request, the dispatching end sends a call forwarding request to the receiving end, and the requesting end is in a call waiting state;
based on the transfer call request, the receiving end establishes a call with the dispatching end;
and the dispatching end determines whether to establish the call between the requesting end and the receiving end according to a call intention signal sent by the receiving end, wherein the call intention signal comprises a call establishment signal, a call non-establishment signal and a call pending signal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending a forward call request from the dispatcher to the receiver comprises:
the dispatching end sends a transfer call signal to the voice gateway;
based on the call forwarding signal, the voice gateway sends the call forwarding request to a receiving end.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the call forwarding signal carries a call waiting signal, and based on the call waiting signal, the voice gateway and the requesting end establish a communication connection in the call waiting state.
4. The voice call forwarding method of claim 1, wherein when the call intention signal is the call establishment signal, the dispatcher establishes a call between the requesting end and the receiving end.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving end hangs up the call when the call intention signal is the call not established signal.
6. The voice call forwarding method according to claim 1, wherein when the call intention signal is the call pending signal:
the dispatching end switches back to the conversation with the request end, the dispatching end receives the conversation request information sent by the request end, and the receiving end is in a conversation waiting state in the process;
the dispatching end switches back the conversation with the receiving end, and the receiving end sends a conversation intention signal whether to establish the conversation with the requesting end to the dispatching end according to the conversation request information, and the requesting end is in a conversation waiting state in the process;
the dispatching end determines whether to establish the call between the request end and the receiving end according to the call intention signal sent by the receiving end;
when the call will signal is a call establishment signal, the dispatching end establishes a call between the requesting end and the receiving end; when the call intention signal is a signal for not establishing a call, the receiving end hangs up the call; when the call voice signal is a call pending signal; the dispatching end switches back to the conversation with the request end until the conversation intention signal is a conversation establishing signal or a conversation not establishing signal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the switching back the call with the requesting end at the dispatching end comprises:
the dispatching end sends a voice switching signal to the voice gateway, and the receiving end is in a call waiting state at the moment;
based on the voice switching signal, the voice gateway switches back the call between the dispatching end and the request end.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the switching back the call with the receiving end at the dispatching end comprises:
the dispatching end sends a voice switching signal to the voice gateway, and the request end is in a call waiting state at the moment;
based on the voice switching signal, the voice gateway switches back the call between the dispatching end and the receiving end.
9. The voice call forwarding method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the voice switching signal carries a call waiting signal, and based on the call waiting signal, the voice gateway establishes a communication connection in the call waiting state with the requesting end or the receiving end;
based on the call waiting signal, the voice gateway sends voice information to the request end or the receiving end.
10. A voice call transfer apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the call request module is used for sending a call request to the call dispatching module and establishing a call with the call receiving module, and the call request at least carries a call request signal;
the call dispatching module is used for establishing a call with the call request module and sending a transfer call request to the call receiving module to establish a call with the call receiving module, and is also used for establishing a three-way call with the call request module, the call dispatching module and the call receiving module and quitting the three-way call after establishing the three-way call so as to form a call between the call request module and the call receiving module;
the call dispatching module sends a call forwarding request to the call receiving module, and the call request module is in a call waiting state at the moment;
the call receiving module is used for receiving the call forwarding request sent by the call dispatching module and establishing a call with the call request module.
11. A computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs being executable by one or more processors to implement the steps in the voice call forwarding method of any one of claims 1-8.
12. A terminal device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a communication bus; the memory has stored thereon a computer readable program executable by the processor;
the communication bus realizes connection communication between the processor and the memory;
the processor, when executing the computer readable program, implements the steps in the voice call forwarding method of any one of claims 1-8.
