Having thus described the general principles of the present application, various non-limiting embodiments thereof will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a contract process automation method, which is applied to a contract process automation system, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step S100: acquiring a first creation instruction, and creating a contract template of the html webpage version according to the first creation instruction;
specifically, the contract process automation method is used for the contract process automation system, and can realize the process automation from the initiation to the signing of the contract. The first creating instruction is used for reminding a user of creating an html webpage version contract template, wherein the html webpage version is a html-format file, the contract template refers to a template for signing a contract when the user or a company represented by the user establishes cooperation with other parties, and the contract template comprises cooperation clause provisions, cooperation project conditions, rights and obligations of parties A and B, breach of responsibility, dispute handling and the like. The contract templates include purchase templates, sales templates, and the like, by contract category. The html webpage version contract template is manually created by the user, so that the technical effect of laying a foundation for automatically generating the contract file in the follow-up process is achieved.
Step S200: acquiring a contract application form through a CRM system, wherein the contract application form is a contract application form filled in by a user through the CRM system;
specifically, the user manually applies for the generation of a document sheet of the contract, namely the contract application sheet, in the CRM system. The contract application form is manually filled by a user and generated in a CRM system, and the contract application form comprises client information and related cooperation item information for establishing cooperation. The CRM system is a customer management system and is used for intelligently managing customer information. The user fills in a contract application which is cooperated with a certain client in the CRM system, and the technical effect of quickly and efficiently establishing the cooperative application is achieved.
Step S300: acquiring a first filling instruction, filling the contract application form into the contract template according to the first filling instruction, and acquiring a first filling result;
specifically, the first filling instruction is used for filling a contract request form manually created by a user in a CRM system into a created corresponding html webpage version contract template, that is, client information and related cooperation item information to be cooperated are automatically filled into the corresponding html webpage version contract template, and a complete html webpage version contract file obtained after the system is automatically filled is the first filling result. The system automatically fills the cooperative content into the html webpage version contract template, so that the technical effect of automatically creating the html webpage version contract file is achieved.
Step S400: carrying out format conversion on the first filling result to obtain a first conversion result;
specifically, the first filling result refers to a contract file of the html webpage version automatically created by the system, and the format of the contract file of the html webpage version is converted to obtain a contract file of the PDF version, which is the first conversion result. By converting the contract file of the html webpage version automatically created by the system into the contract file of the PDF version, the normalization of the format of the contract file is realized, and the subsequent printing and archiving of the contract file are facilitated.
Step S500: examining and approving the first conversion result to obtain a first examination and approval result;
specifically, the first conversion result, that is, the contract file of the PDF version, is subjected to review and endorsement, and a corresponding approval result, that is, the first approval result, is obtained after review by a relevant person in charge. The examination and approval of the contract document is completed by examining and approving the first conversion result, so that the contract examination and approval with convenient operation is realized, the labor and time cost of the contract examination and approval is saved, and the efficiency of the contract examination and approval is improved.
Step S600: and when the first approval result is passed, sending the first conversion result to an electronic signature system.
Specifically, when the first conversion result obtained after the related responsible person approves the first conversion result is that the audit is passed, the corresponding first conversion result is sent to the electronic signature system. The electronic signing system is a third-party online signing contract system, both signing parties need to complete real-name authentication online before signing a contract, and the signed electronic contract has the same legal effectiveness as a paper seal contract. By signing the electronic contract online in the electronic signature system, the technical effect of signing the contract online is realized, the complicated processing flow of the paper contract is avoided, the efficiency of signing the contract is improved, the time and the energy of both sides of signing the contract are further saved, and the overall working efficiency of both sides of signing the contract is improved.
Further, step S400 in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S410: and performing PDF format conversion on the first filling result through an xhtml2PDF framework to obtain the first conversion result.

step S550: according to the re-editing contract application form, content modification is carried out on the first conversion result through a PyPDF2 framework, and a second conversion result is obtained;
step S560: uploading the second conversion result to the OA system.
Specifically, the first approval result is an approval result of the relevant responsible person approving the first conversion result in the OA system, and when the first approval result is failed, the contract process automation system automatically determines whether the user has re-edited the contract application form. And if the user re-edits the corresponding contract application form, the contract process automation system automatically acquires the re-edited contract application form of the user.
And after the re-edited contract request form is obtained, editing the PDF version contract file through a PyPDF2 framework, namely editing the first conversion result, and modifying the content of the PDF version contract file, wherein the modified PDF version contract file is the second conversion result. Further, the second conversion result is uploaded to the OA system. Through a PyPDF2 framework, the modification of the established PDF version contract file is realized, a user only needs to modify a contract application form, after the user modifies the contract application form, the contract process automation system automatically modifies the corresponding PDF version contract file based on the contract application form modified by the user, the automatic modification and editing of the contract file are realized, and the technical effect of improving the working efficiency is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, step S560 in this embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S561: examining and approving the second conversion result through the OA system to obtain a second examination and approval result;
step S562: and when the second approval result is passed, sending the second conversion result to an electronic signature system.
Specifically, the OA system approves the modified PDF version contract file, i.e., the second conversion result, and the result approved by the relevant responsible person is the second approval result. Further, when the second approval result is passed, the modified PDF version contract file, that is, the second conversion result is automatically sent to the electronic signature system, and both parties of the contract can sign corresponding contracts on line. The automatic contract signing process is realized, and the technical effect of improving the overall working efficiency is achieved.
Further, step S530 in this embodiment of the present application further includes:
step S531: when the user does not apply for re-editing the contract, the user is considered to give up the application and obtain a first end instruction;
step S532: and ending the flow according to the first ending instruction.
Specifically, when the first approval result is that the user does not pass the contract process automation system, and the contract process automation system determines that the user does not modify and edit the corresponding contract application form, the user is considered to give up the contract application, and at this time, the contract process automation system sends an ending instruction for ending the process. The instruction is the first end instruction, and further, according to the first end instruction, the contract process automation system automatically ends the contract process. The technical effect of automatically ending the contract process is achieved.
