Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Because the washing mode of the existing washing machine is single, no pertinence is provided for different types of stains, and the washing effect is poor, the embodiment of the application provides a control method of the washing machine, and the control method can be applied to the washing machine.
The following will describe a control method of a washing machine provided in an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the specific steps are as follows:
s101, acquiring the stain type of the stain of the clothes.
In the embodiment of the present application, the stain types include general types and special types, wherein the special types refer to types which are difficult to clean according to the normal washing process, such as grease type stains, pigment acid type stains, protein type stains or pigment type stains, etc., and the special types can be further subdivided, such as pigment acid type stains refer to stains caused by various fruit juices, including apple juice stains, watermelon juice stains or mango juice stains, etc.
Specifically, the stain type can be determined by acquiring information input by a user, and the stain type can also be determined by detecting the stain of clothes.
S102, determining a target stage corresponding to the stain type and a washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage.
In the embodiment of the present application, a complete washing process corresponds to a washing program, the washing program includes at least one washing stage, and a default washing program is generally preset in the washing machine. The set of washing parameters includes: washing temperature, washing time, washing speed and washing stop ratio, wherein the washing parameter set can also comprise detergent types, and the washing effect is improved by using proper detergent.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the stain type is a special type, the target stage may be determined according to the stain type, specifically, the target stage corresponding to the stain type may be determined according to a preset correspondence between the stain type and the washing stage, where the target stage may be one or more, that is, a target washing program including at least one target stage is newly created, a working process of the washing program is different from a default washing program, and a washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage is determined according to the stain type.
In yet another implementation of the embodiment of the present application, when the stain type is a general type, it may be directly determined that the washing machine is controlled to wash the laundry in a default washing course. Thereby, it is not necessary to further determine the target stage, thereby improving the washing efficiency.
S103, controlling the washing machine to wash the clothes according to the target stage and the washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage.
In the embodiment of the application, after the target stage and the corresponding washing parameter set are determined, the washing machine is controlled to wash the clothes according to the target stage and the corresponding washing parameter set in the washing stage.
In the embodiment of the application, firstly, the stain type of the stain of clothes is obtained; then, determining a target stage corresponding to the stain type and a washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage; and finally, controlling the washing machine to wash the clothes according to the target stage and the washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage. Namely, the washing machine is controlled to wash the clothes according to the washing stage and the washing parameters determined by the stain type, so that the washing work of the washing machine is more consistent with the pollution condition of the clothes, and the washing effect on the clothes is improved.
In another embodiment of the present application, the S102 may include the following steps:
step one, determining at least one stain component corresponding to the stain type;
and step two, aiming at each stain component, determining a target stage based on the stain component, and determining a washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage based on the stain component.
In the embodiment of the present application, the component corresponding to the stain type may be preset by the customer, or may be queried on the internet in real time, for example, if the stain type is apple juice stain, it may be determined that the corresponding stain component is two components, namely polygalacturonic acid and tannic acid.
A target stage is created for each stain component, the target stage is used for specially removing the stain component, and the washing parameter set corresponding to the target stage can be measured in advance based on experiments. When the washing parameter sets corresponding to the various stain components are the same, only one target stage can be created for the various stain components, and at the moment, the various stain components can be removed through one target stage, so that the washing time is saved.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method may further include the steps of:
s201, when the washing machine is in the target stage, obtaining a turbidity value of washing water, and determining a turbidity change rate based on the turbidity value;
s202, controlling the washing machine to suspend washing when the turbidity value and the turbidity change rate meet preset conditions;
s203, acquiring the washing water level of the washing machine;
s204, controlling the washing machine to drain water and re-feeding water to the washing water level after the water drainage is finished;
s205, when the washing machine enters water again to the washing water level, controlling the washing machine to continue to execute the washing work of the target stage;
wherein the preset conditions include: the turbidity value is greater than a preset first threshold value and the turbidity change rate is less than a preset second threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the washing machine is in the target stage, the turbidity value of the washing water may be obtained in real time or at preset time intervals by the turbidity sensor, and then, the turbidity change rate may be calculated according to the turbidity value in a period of time. And judging whether the washing water needs to be replaced or not by judging whether the turbidity value and the turbidity change rate meet preset conditions or not.
Specifically, when the turbidity value is greater than a preset first threshold value and the turbidity change rate is less than a preset second threshold value, it is determined that the turbidity value and the turbidity change rate satisfy a preset condition, and at this time, the washing machine is controlled to suspend washing to perform an operation of replacing washing water, specifically: the method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining the washing water level of the washing machine, then controlling the washing machine to drain water and re-feeding water to the washing water level after the drainage is finished, and finally controlling the washing machine to continuously execute the washing work of a target stage when the washing machine re-feeds water to the washing water level.
Through the scheme, the problem that clothes are polluted due to the fact that water with too high turbidity is used for washing can be avoided, and therefore a better washing effect is achieved.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the method may further include the steps of:
s301, acquiring the category information of the detergent;
s302, determining a soaking parameter set of a soaking stage based on the category information, wherein the soaking parameter set comprises a soaking temperature, a soaking time, a soaking rotating speed and a soaking stopping ratio;
and S303, controlling the washing machine to soak the clothes according to the soaking parameter set.
In the embodiment of the application, different types of detergents have different optimal use temperatures or optimal use times, and in order to ensure a better washing effect, before the washing machine is controlled to wash the clothes, the type information of the detergents can be obtained, and a soaking parameter set corresponding to the type information is determined, wherein the soaking parameter set comprises a soaking temperature, a soaking time, a soaking rotating speed and a soaking rotation-stop ratio, and the washing machine is controlled to soak the clothes according to the soaking parameter set.
In one implementation of the embodiments of the present application, the class information of the detergent may be obtained by:
acquiring attribute information of the detergent, wherein the attribute information comprises one or more of conductivity, spectral analysis data, hydrogen ion concentration index PH value and total dissolved solids TDS;
and step two, determining the category information of the detergent based on the attribute information.
In this embodiment, the attribute information includes one or more of conductivity, spectral analysis data, hydrogen ion concentration index PH, and total dissolved solids TDS, and different attribute information corresponds to different detergent types, and thus, the type information of the detergent can be determined by identifying the attribute information of the detergent, thereby eliminating the need for manual input, improving washing efficiency, and improving user experience.
In another implementation of the embodiment of the present application, the category information of the detergent may be further obtained by:
step one, determining whether target information input by an object is received within a preset time period;
step two, when target information input by an object is not received within a preset time period, the step of obtaining the attribute information of the detergent to determining the category information of the detergent based on the attribute information is executed;
and step three, when target information input by an object is received in a preset time period, determining the category information based on the target information.
In this embodiment, the target refers to a user using the washing machine, the preset time period may be preset by the user or may be factory set, and the starting time of the preset time period may be a time for putting the detergent. When target information input by an object is not received within a preset time period, the attribute information of the detergent can be acquired, and the category information of the detergent is automatically determined based on the attribute information; when target information input by an object is received within a preset time period, the category information can be directly determined based on the target information. The method and the device can improve the efficiency of determining the detergent class information, thereby improving the washing efficiency.
In the embodiment of the application, the corresponding soaking parameter set can be determined according to the detergent, and the washing machine is controlled to soak the clothes according to the soaking parameter set, so that the detergent can play a better washing role, and the washing effect is improved.
Taking the stain type as apple stain as an example, the embodiment of the application also provides a processing flow for controlling the washing machine, and the specific steps are as follows.
S401, adding detergent into the washing machine and soaking in water to WL1 for a certain period of time, thereby decomposing the high molecular compound polygalacturonic acid into small molecular compounds.
S402, adjusting the soaking temperature to Temp1, rotating at a first set rotating speed N1 and a rotating-stopping ratio X1 during soaking, and continuously operating for a time period T1, so that the optimal detergent activity is ensured, and the detergent is fully contacted and mixed with the dirt of the washed objects.
And S403, draining water to the water level of the empty barrel, and then re-feeding water to a position WL2 (WL2 is smaller than WL1), so that the phenomenon that the soaked washing water has more stains to cause cross contamination is avoided, in addition, as the soaked clothes are soaked by more water, the washing effect is poor due to the excessive water in the washing stage, and the washing effect can be ensured by controlling the water quantity to be smaller than the water quantity in the soaking stage.
S404, setting the washing temperature to be Temp2, rotating at a second set rotating speed N2 and a rotation-stop ratio X2, continuously operating for a time period of T2 for washing, so that the tannic acid is decomposed into small molecular compounds, strong beating is generated through the matching of the specific rotating speed and the rotation-stop ratio, and fruit stains are basically removed.
S405, heating to maintain the temperature at a higher level Temp3, rotating at a second set rotating speed N2 and a rotation-stop ratio X2, continuously operating for a time of T3 for washing, accelerating the movement of stain molecules, and generating stronger beating through the cooperation of a specific rotating speed and the rotation-stop ratio so as to completely remove the fruit stains.
And S406, dehydrating to the water level of the empty barrel to complete the whole washing process.
Fig. 4 shows the corresponding washing effect in different modes, wherein the washing effect is determined according to the cleanliness of the laundry, and the higher the cleanliness is, the higher the washing effect is, the higher the curve is. The curve 1 is the washing effect corresponding when this scheme of utilization is washed, and the curve 2 and 3 are the washing effect corresponding when utilizing current single mode to wash, and it can be seen that the washing effect has obviously been improved to this scheme of utilization.
