And step S208, sending the target washing mode to the terminal to instruct the terminal to wash the clothes according to the target washing mode.
Through the steps S202 to S208, the problems that in the related technology, stains cannot be effectively identified on the premise that most of traditional industry data are not digitalized, the washing mode can only be determined after the stain type is manually judged, the washing machine can only adopt a fixed washing mode under manual control, and the washing effect is poor can be solved, the stain type and the stain content can also be effectively identified when corresponding data are lacked in the previous period or the data are not marked, the washing mode is determined according to the stain type and the stain content, so that the stain type and the stain content can be automatically identified, the washing mode can be determined, and user experience is improved.

In an alternative embodiment, the target washing pattern includes at least a detergent name, a detergent amount, a rotation pattern, and a washing time period.
According to the embodiment of the invention, various influence factors influencing the use effect of the household appliance are combed out through decades of user interaction and product iteration data of the household appliance, and a heterogeneous knowledge base is formed. By means of knowledge graph technology, logical reasoning of the relationship between the use effect of the household appliance and various influencing factors is achieved. Since the influence factors influencing the effect of the household appliance are known, the corresponding influence factors can be used as research objects, various attributes of the research objects are analyzed, and the research objects are deduced through corresponding attribute recognition. Taking the stain as an example, the attributes include color, characteristics (whether the stain permeates into cloth), stain position, the type of clothes stained with the stain and the like, and the attributes do not need to be trained by using data alone or can be used for reference of an existing mature training model, and according to the attributes, whether the stain exists on the clothes or not can be judged, which type of stain exists on the clothes can be judged, and then the washing measure which type of washing measure has the most effect can be deduced. By the method, a better stain recognition effect can be achieved at the early stage without collecting stain pictures.
After the terminal is successfully networked, basic information such as the product model and the like is uploaded to the platform, and the platform judges which specific functions of the product are finally determined by the user to issue instructions to the terminal. The terminal collects images and then sends the collected images to the platform; the platform trains an identification model according to the marked image; and (4) carrying out segmentation recognition on the image, and recognizing the number of stains on the surface of the cloth of the clothes, the color of the stains, the position of the stains and the type information of the clothes. And uploading the information to the platform knowledge graph module.
The knowledge map module is used for constructing a stain knowledge base in advance, and can deduce the main composition type and the stain amount of the stain according to information such as the number, the color, the position, the clothes type and the like of the stain recognized by the terminal image based on the stain knowledge base. And (4) analyzing washing elements, and selecting different detergents according to different stain types and stain contents to determine the washing time. And according to the detergent and the washing duration, the platform determines specific operations which can be specifically executed at the terminal and issues the specific operations to the terminal for execution. And (4) washing effect inspection and feedback, wherein after washing is finished, the terminal can acquire washed effect pictures for inspecting the washing effect and optimizing a washing element analysis model.
In the embodiment of the invention, attributes such as colors are identified, and most of the attributes do not need special training data. Therefore, the effect of stain identification can be achieved without stain picture data.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a stain knowledge base and a washing element analysis model according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the stain knowledge base covers basic attributes of various common stains, which specifically include the following attributes: number of stains, color, location, type of clothing. And (4) presuming a high-frequency scene according to the type of the clothes, and analyzing what things a user does when the user is stained with the stain by combining the position of the stain, thereby assisting in analyzing the possible stain types. Each stain is suitable for what type of detergent, and each detergent has a brand and model that can be selected.
And a washing element analysis model, wherein a proper detergent is recommended according to the stain type. And recommending information such as the using amount of the detergent, the washing time, the using amount of water and the like according to the stain content. The detergent and the recommended washing program logic are obtained according to the actual simulation experiment condition, and are maintained in a knowledge base. The washing element analysis model can be continuously optimized according to the effect comparison after washing by the user.
The method and the device identify the general attributes of the object, infer the object according to the attributes, and do not directly identify the object to identify. The identification of the using effect influence factors of the household appliances can be carried out effectively under the condition of no training data. The machine automatically identifies the influencing factors, automatically sets corresponding operation logic, improves the use effect of the household appliance, and reduces the thinking and operation cost of a user. Through the effect contrast, constantly adjust the model, can improve the washing effect step by step.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
