Abstract
The invention discloses a vehicle light diesel component oil, which comprises the following components in percentage by volume: 10 to 50 percent of aviation kerosene, 35 to 40 percent of coal diesel oil and 10 to 50 percent of 0# diesel oil; the light diesel component oil for the vehicle is obtained by mixing aviation kerosene, coal diesel oil and 0# diesel oil according to a certain proportion, and a series of fuel oil meeting the performance requirement of negative diesel oil can be obtained by adjusting the proportion of the raw materials; the light diesel component oil for the vehicle is simple and rapid to prepare, does not need to consume energy, and solves the problems of time and labor waste and high energy consumption in the existing process of preparing the light diesel by pressure distillation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of light diesel component oil, in particular to light diesel component oil for a vehicle.
Background
Light diesel oil (light diesel oil), a relatively light density class of diesel oil. Generally refers to 180-370 ℃ fraction. Generally, the diesel oil is obtained by blending straight-run diesel oil of natural petroleum and secondary processing diesel oil. Sometimes a portion of the cracked product is also incorporated. Compared with heavy diesel oil, the diesel oil has the advantages of strict quality requirement, higher cetane number, lower viscosity, lower freezing point and lower sulfur content.
Light diesel oil is widely used as fuel for diesel automobiles, tractors and high-speed diesel engines used for ships, mines, power generation, well drilling and other equipment; like motor gasoline, diesel oil also has different brands. The basis for dividing diesel oil is the freezing point. The currently domestic applied light diesel oil is divided into 6 grades according to the solidifying point: 10# diesel oil, 0# diesel oil, -10# diesel oil, -20# diesel oil, -35# diesel oil and-50 # diesel oil.
At present, domestic negative diesel oil is obtained by reduced pressure distillation, and the method is time-consuming and labor-consuming and consumes more energy.

According to the light diesel component oil for the vehicle, the additive is added into the 0# diesel oil, the-10 # diesel oil and the-20 # diesel oil, so that the cetane number of the dye oil can be improved, carbon deposition is reduced, a synergistic dissolution assisting effect can be achieved, the full mixing of all raw material components is promoted, and the stability is improved.

10% of aviation kerosene, 38% of coal diesel oil, 50% of 0# diesel oil and 2% of additive; wherein, the additive is propylene oxide and diethyl malonate, and the volume of the propylene oxide and the diethyl malonate is 1: 2.

The embodiment is a vehicle light diesel component oil (diesel oil of # 10), which comprises the following components in percentage by volume:
20% of aviation kerosene, 40% of coal diesel oil and 40% of 0# diesel oil.

The comparative example is a light diesel component oil for vehicles which is substantially the same as the light diesel component oil for vehicles in example 5 except that jet fuel oil was replaced with kerosene of the same volume.
Examples of the experiments

35-45% of aviation kerosene, 35-40% of coal diesel oil and 15-25% of 0# diesel oil.
