Abstract
The invention provides 50# diesel oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the 50# diesel oil comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 80-95% of aviation kerosene, 0-10% of coal diesel and 5-15% of industrial white oil; the total mass of the aviation kerosene, the coal diesel and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.025-0.037%, and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.08-0.15%. The diesel oil has proper kinematic viscosity (20 ℃) and good low-temperature stability and lubricity by optimally designing the components of the oil product formula, and is suitable for being used in extremely low-temperature environment; and the adopted raw materials are easy to obtain, the production process is simple, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of petrochemical industry, and particularly relates to-50 # diesel oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The-50 # diesel oil is light diesel oil, and has the characteristics of strict quality requirement, low viscosity, low freezing point and low sulfur content. When the temperature is between-29 ℃ and-44 ℃, 50# diesel oil needs to be selected. If the grade of the selected diesel oil is lower than the temperature, a fuel system in the engine can be waxed, block an oil way and influence the normal work of the engine.
At present, the existing light fuel in the market is directly compounded, and the kinematic viscosity and the lubricity of diesel oil are difficult to meet the national standard requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide 50# diesel oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the kinematic viscosity of the 50# diesel oil meets the national standard requirement.
The invention provides a-50 # diesel oil which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
80-95% of aviation kerosene, 0-10% of coal diesel and 5-15% of industrial white oil;
the total mass of the aviation kerosene, the coal diesel and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.025-0.037%, and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.08-0.15%.
In the invention, the-50 # diesel comprises 80-95% of aviation kerosene; the aviation kerosene comprisesAmounts may specifically be 80%, 81%, 82%, 83%, 84%, 85%, 86%, 87%, 88%, 89%, 90%, 91%, 92%, 93%, 94% or 95%. The distillation range of the aviation kerosene is 160-300 ℃, the condensation point is less than or equal to-60, the cold filter plugging point is less than or equal to-46, and the kinematic viscosity at 20 ℃ is more than or equal to 1.7mm2And/s, the flash point is more than or equal to 48 ℃.
In the invention, the-50 # diesel comprises 0-10% of coal diesel; the content of the coal diesel is 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% or 10%. The cetane number of the coal diesel oil is not less than 65, the cetane index is not less than 70, the flash point is not less than 60 ℃, the condensation point is not more than-20 ℃, and the cold filter plugging point is not more than-15 ℃.
In the invention, the-50 # diesel oil comprises 5-15% of industrial white oil; the content of the industrial white oil is 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14% or 15%. The distillation range of the industrial white oil is 250-450 ℃, the pour point is less than or equal to-15 ℃, and the kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ is 4-25 mm2And s. The industrial white oil is preferably selected from one or more of 5# white oil, 7# white oil, 10# white oil, 15# white oil and 22# white oil.
The total mass of the aviation kerosene, the coal diesel and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.025-0.037%, and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.08-0.15%. The diesel antiwear agent content can be specifically 0.025%, 0.026%, 0.027%, 0.028%, 0.029%, 0.030%, 0.031%, 0.032%, 0.033%, 0.034%, 0.035%, 0.036%, or 0.037%; the diesel cetane number improver accounts for 0.08%, 0.09%, 010%, 0.11%, 0.12%, 0.13%, 0.14% or 0.15%.
In the invention, the diesel antiwear agent is selected from fatty acid type antiwear agents and/or fatty acid ester type antiwear agents. The diesel antiwear agent is preferably selected from one or two of glycerol oleate and oleic acid. The diesel cetane improver is preferably selected from isooctyl nitrate.
In the present invention, the industrial white oil is selected from one or more of 5#, 7#, 10#, 15# and 22# white oils.
In the invention, the-50 # diesel comprises the following components:
85% of aviation kerosene, 5% of coal diesel and 10% of industrial white oil, wherein the total mass of the aviation kerosene, the coal diesel and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of a diesel antiwear agent is 0.025% and the content of a diesel cetane number improver is 0.12%;
or comprises 84 percent of aviation kerosene, 6 percent of coal diesel and 7 percent of industrial white oil; taking the total mass of aviation kerosene, coal diesel and industrial white oil as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.03 percent and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.08 percent;
or comprises 95 percent of aviation kerosene and 5 percent of industrial white oil; the total mass of the aviation kerosene and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.037 percent, and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.15 percent.
The invention provides a preparation method of-50 # diesel oil, which comprises the following steps:
blending aviation kerosene, coal diesel and industrial white oil, adding a diesel antiwear agent and a diesel cetane number improver, starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the-50 # diesel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a-50 # diesel, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 80-95% of aviation kerosene, 0-10% of coal diesel and 5-15% of industrial white oil; the total mass of the aviation kerosene, the coal diesel and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.025-0.037%, and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.08-0.15%. Detailed Description
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe in detail a-50 # diesel fuel and a preparation method thereof, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
According to the mass fraction, 10% of 10# white oil, 85% of aviation kerosene and 5% of coal diesel oil are sequentially injected into a blending tank; adding 0.025 percent of diesel anti-wear agent glyceryl oleate and 0.12 percent of diesel cetane number improver isooctyl nitrate according to the mass of the diesel; and (5) starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the 50# diesel oil.
Example 2
According to the mass fraction, 7% of 15# white oil, 87% of aviation kerosene and 6% of coal diesel oil are sequentially added into a blending tank; adding 0.03 percent of diesel anti-wear agent glyceryl oleate and 0.8 percent of diesel cetane number improver isooctyl nitrate according to the mass of diesel; and (5) starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the 50# diesel oil.
Example 3
5% of 22# white oil and 95% of aviation kerosene are sequentially injected into a blending tank according to the mass fraction; adding 0.037% of oleic acid serving as a diesel anti-wear agent and 0.15% of isooctyl nitrate serving as a diesel cetane number improver according to the mass of the diesel; and (5) starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the 50# diesel oil.
Example 4
According to the mass fraction, 15% of 5# white oil and 85% of aviation kerosene are sequentially injected into a blending tank; adding 0.037% of oleic acid serving as a diesel anti-wear agent and 0.15% of isooctyl nitrate serving as a diesel cetane number improver according to the mass of the diesel; and (5) starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the 50# diesel oil.
Comparative example
Calculating by mass fraction, and sequentially injecting 95% of aviation kerosene and 5% of coal diesel into a blending tank; adding 0.05% of tackifier ethylene propylene copolymer, 0.028% of diesel antiwear additive oleic acid glyceride and 0.11% of diesel cetane number improver isooctyl nitrate according to the mass of diesel; and (5) starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the 50# diesel oil.

4. The-50 # diesel oil of claim 1, wherein the distillation range of the industrial white oil is 250-450 ℃, the pour point is less than or equal to-15 ℃, and the kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ is 4-25 mm2/s。
5. The diesel fuel of claim 1, wherein the diesel antiwear agent is selected from a fatty acid type antiwear agent and/or a fatty acid ester type antiwear agent.
6. The-50 # diesel fuel of claim 1, wherein the industrial white oil is selected from one or more of 5#, 7#, 10#, 15# and 22# white oils.
7. The-50 # diesel fuel of claim 1, wherein the-50 # diesel fuel comprises the following components:
85% of aviation kerosene, 5% of coal diesel and 10% of industrial white oil, wherein the total mass of the aviation kerosene, the coal diesel and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of a diesel antiwear agent is 0.025% and the content of a diesel cetane number improver is 0.12%;
or comprises 84 percent of aviation kerosene, 6 percent of coal diesel and 7 percent of industrial white oil; taking the total mass of aviation kerosene, coal diesel and industrial white oil as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.03 percent and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.08 percent;
or comprises 95 percent of aviation kerosene and 5 percent of industrial white oil; the total mass of the aviation kerosene and the industrial white oil is taken as a reference, the content of the diesel antiwear agent is 0.037 percent, and the content of the diesel cetane number improver is 0.15 percent.
8. A method for preparing the-50 # diesel oil as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
blending aviation kerosene, coal diesel and industrial white oil, adding a diesel antiwear agent and a diesel cetane number improver, starting circulation, and fully mixing to obtain the-50 # diesel.
