Because the incision boundary lines are subjected to wetting treatment in the step eight, in the process of dividing the incision boundary lines, the contour of the convex area is always attached to the convex area on the back surface of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom in the moving process of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom, so that the formed three-dimensional surface is smooth and has no fillet, and the three-dimensional effect of forming the three-dimensional surface by carving and chiseling the contour of the convex area is obviously improved;
step ten, wetting the first compaction sunken area and the second compaction sunken area, and wiping the first compaction sunken area and the second compaction sunken area obtained in the step nine by soaking sponge or towel;
step eleven, tamping the first compaction concave area, tamping the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom in the first compaction concave area along the outline of the first compaction concave area, and successively and regularly tamping the first compaction concave area by hammering the cylinder rigid punch head to ensure that the first compaction concave area presents the tamping imprint of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline, wherein the region covered by the tamping imprint is lower than the front surface of the cowhide in the step two, and an intersection region exists between the adjacent tamping imprints;
the cylinder steel punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom is shown in figures 8-11, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 8 to be a smooth surface shape, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 9 to be a pockmark shape, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 10 to be a linear shape, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 11 to be a reticulate pattern, and different geometric shapes of the cylinder steel punch heads are selected, so that a tamping stamp with the geometric shape outline can be presented in the first compaction recess area.
Because the back of the cowhide is subjected to shaping treatment in advance in the first step, the shape of the cowhide cannot be extended and deformed by tamping.
Step twelve, tamping the second compaction concave area, tamping the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometrical outline at the bottom of the cylinder rigid punch head along the outline of the second compaction concave area and in the second compaction concave area successively and regularly by hammering the cylinder rigid punch head to the second compaction concave area, so that a tamping mark of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometrical outline is presented in the second compaction concave area, the area covered by the tamping mark is lower than the front surface of the cow leather in the step two, and an intersection area exists between the adjacent tamping marks; as shown in fig. 16-17.
The first tamping stamp and the second tamping stamp are in a cross region, the second tamping stamp is hammered to make the water in the cross region diffuse from the ramming region to the periphery, after the second tamping stamp is completed, the first tamping stamp and the second tamping stamp are in wetting and wetting states, and the water flows into the ramming region through the cross region, so that the water flows into the ramming region, and the water flows into the ramming region. And a good foundation is laid for the subsequent carving decorative area working procedure.
Step thirteen, correcting the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area after tamping;
observing the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region after tamping by naked eyes, and correcting the parts with obvious unevenness in the two regions, namely continuing the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom adopted in the step twelve and the step thirteen to tamp the parts with obvious unevenness in the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region into tamping marks in a local range;
secondly, the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area after being compacted are touched by the finger belly in a sliding mode, the contact area of each tamping mark and the finger belly is sensed by the skin, no obvious sliding resistance exists between the finger belly and each tamping mark, the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area after being corrected are qualified, and the post-processing standard is met.
The first compacted concave area, the second compacted concave area and the highlighted area after correction form a distinct concave-convex layering sense, so that the three-dimensional effect of the shape of the highlighted area is further highlighted; as shown in fig. 17.
Step fourteen, wetting the tamping imprints of the first compacting sunken area and the second compacting sunken area, and wiping the tamping imprints in the step eleven, the step twelve and the step thirteen by dipping sponge or towel;
fifthly, carving a decorative area on the chisel, on the basis of the thirteenth step, adopting a rigid cylinder chisel of which the bottom cutting edge is V-shaped, wherein the blade of the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel is a blunt blade, and by hammering the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel, the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel carves the covered tamping prints of the first compacting sunken area and the second compacting sunken area, so that a V-shaped groove is formed on the tamping print, cowhide at the V-shaped groove is extruded to two sides of the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel, under the prewetting of the fourteenth step, the hammering force generated by hammering the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is transmitted to the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel, namely a V-shaped groove is formed on the tamping print, and the lowest part of the V-shaped groove, namely, the corresponding fibrous tissue below the cowhide is extruded and deformed;
meanwhile, the moisture wetted by the groove part in the V-shaped shape is extruded and filled to the area covered by the tamping stamp by the rigid column chisel, and simultaneously the tamping stamp is filled, so that the area covered by the tamping stamp has no stamp;
the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is beaten successively, so that the end points of the adjacent V-shaped grooves are connected to form a regular and/or irregular geometric figure unit; the tamping seal impression in the geometric figure unit is fully filled; the decorative area composed of a plurality of geometric figure units can be obtained by repeating the steps, and the flatness of the first compaction sunken area and the second compaction sunken area is further ensured.
The structure of the decorative area is like the ground of a dry riverbed, ground cracks are like V-shaped grooves in the embodiment, and local ground units sealed into a closed loop by the ground cracks are like geometric figure units in the embodiment;
or, more vividly, the structure of the decoration area is similar to that of Ru porcelain, namely a natural cracking phenomenon of the glaze surface of porcelain, also called crack glaze. The V-shaped grooves in this embodiment approximate cracks in the crack glaze, and the geometric cells in the embodiment approximate the glaze surrounded by cracks. The presence of the grooves in turn ensures the flatness of the first and second compacted concave regions. The flatness and smoothness of the local small-area regular or irregular closed loop contour are inconsistent. Meanwhile, tamping imprint left by a tamping area can not be generated in the geometric figure unit, so that cracking defects of the decorative area can not be caused.
When the person skilled in the art is familiar with and presents the structural elements of the same highlighted leather carving picture, it adopts a second manufacturing method, which at least comprises the following steps:
step one, carrying out shaping treatment on the back surface of the cowhide, and adhering the back surface of the cowhide by using an adhesive tape to prevent the contour line of the cowhide breadth from stretching when the first compaction sunken area and/or the second compaction sunken area are/is manufactured;
wetting the front side of the cowhide, adhering the back side of the cowhide by using an adhesive tape, enabling the front side of the cowhide to face upwards, and wiping the front side of the cowhide by using sponge or towel to wet the front side of the cowhide; wetting the front surface thereof with water; wetting with water until a stylus can be used for scribing a trace on the wetted cowhide;
thirdly, carving the boundary lines of the areas, and cutting into fibers of the cowhide skin layer along the mark marks of the pattern contour through a carving knife, so that the pattern contour on the cowhide presents the boundary lines of the cuts of the first compaction sunken area, the convex area and the second compaction sunken area;
step four, wetting the cut boundary, namely wiping the cut boundary obtained in the step three by dipping sponge or towel in water to wet the cut boundary;
step five, dividing the boundary line of the cut, and using a tool with the bottom being an inclined plane, wherein one of a pockmark-shaped pattern, a linear pattern, a reticulate pattern or a plane pattern is arranged on the inclined plane of the bottom of the tool; the inclined plane of the tool faces the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area, the end part of the handle of the tool with the inclined plane at the bottom is beaten successively along the boundary line of the cut, and meanwhile, the nicking tool is moved along the direction of the boundary line of the cut to divide the boundary line of the cut until the tool with the inclined plane at the bottom is divided along the boundary line of the cut; the outline of the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area is extruded by a tool with an inclined plane at the bottom after being beaten, so that an obvious three-dimensional inclined plane is formed on the outline of the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area, and the three-dimensional inclined plane presents one of a spotted pattern, a linear pattern, a reticulate pattern or a planar pattern; simultaneously, chiseling the outline of the highlighted area into a three-dimensional surface which is vertical to or inclined relative to the plane of the cowhide by the back surface of the tool with the bottom being an inclined surface;
as the cut boundary lines are subjected to wetting treatment in the fourth step, in the process of dividing the cut boundary lines, the contour of the convex area is always attached to the convex area on the back surface of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom in the moving process of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom, so that the formed three-dimensional surface is smooth and has no fillet, and the three-dimensional effect of forming the three-dimensional surface by carving and chiseling the contour of the convex area is obviously improved;
wetting the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area, and wiping the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area obtained in the fifth step by soaking sponge or towel in water;
compacting the first compaction concave area, compacting the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom along the outline of the first compaction concave area and in the first compaction concave area, and gradually and regularly compacting the first compaction concave area by hammering the cylinder rigid punch head to ensure that the first compaction concave area presents the compaction print of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline, wherein the area covered by the compaction print is lower than the front surface of the cowhide in the second step, and an intersection area exists between the adjacent compaction prints;
step eight, tamping a second compaction concave area, tamping the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom in the second compaction concave area along the outline of the second compaction concave area, and successively and regularly tamping the second compaction concave area by hammering the cylinder rigid punch head to ensure that the second compaction concave area presents the tamping imprint of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline, wherein the region covered by the tamping imprint is lower than the front surface of the cowhide in the step two, and an intersection region exists between the adjacent tamping imprints;
step nine, correcting the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area after tamping;
observing the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region after tamping by naked eyes, and correcting the parts with obvious unevenness in the two regions, namely continuing the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom adopted in the seventh step and the eighth step to carry out successive regular tamping on the parts with obvious unevenness in the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region in a local range to form tamping marks;
the first compacted concave area, the second compacted concave area and the highlighted area after correction form a distinct concave-convex layering sense, so that the three-dimensional effect of the shape of the highlighted area is further highlighted;
step ten, wetting the tamping imprints of the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area, and wiping the tamping imprints of the step seven, the step eight and the step nine by dipping sponge or towel in water;
step eleven, carving a decorative area on a chisel, on the basis of the step eleven, adopting a rigid cylinder chisel of which the bottom cutting edge is V-shaped, wherein the cutting edge of the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel is a blunt cutting edge, and hammering the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel to ensure that the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel carves the tamping printing covered by the first compacting sunken area and the second compacting sunken area so as to form a V-shaped groove on the tamping printing, so that cowhide at the V-shaped groove is extruded to two sides of the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel, under the pre-wetting of the step eleven, hammering force generated by hammering the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is transmitted to the V-shaped cutting edge of the rigid cylinder chisel, namely a V-shaped groove is formed on the tamping printing, and the lowest part of the V-shaped groove, namely, corresponding fibrous tissue below the cowhide is extruded and deformed;
meanwhile, the moisture wetted by the groove part in the V-shaped shape is extruded and filled to the area covered by the tamping stamp by the rigid column chisel, and simultaneously the tamping stamp is filled, so that the area covered by the tamping stamp has no stamp;
the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is beaten successively, so that the end points of the adjacent V-shaped grooves are connected to form a regular and/or irregular geometric unit; the tamping seal impression in the geometric figure unit is fully filled; the decorative area composed of a plurality of geometric figure units can be obtained by repeating the steps, and the flatness of the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area is further ensured.
The difference is found by comparing the above two methods: the second method omits the third step in the first method, namely, the film is coated on the master mask pattern; fourthly, placing the master mask pattern processed in the third step on the front surface of the cowhide subjected to the wetting treatment in the second step; step five, tracing; step six, performing secondary wetting treatment on the front surface of the cowhide, and describing so far, the method comprises the following steps: the step omitted by the second method is the step omitted by the technical personnel skilled in the art to master the structural elements of the same convex leather carving picture to be carved on the basis of implementing the first method, the omitted step improves the manufacturing efficiency, and the omitted step does not influence the picture quality;
in the step of tamping the first compaction recess region and the second compaction recess region, a cylindrical rigid punch head with a geometric shape outline at the bottom is adopted, and the geometric shape outline of the bottom of the cylindrical rigid punch head is preferably one of a circle or an ellipse because the circle or the ellipse does not have a crossing point of right-angle transition, so that the tamping impression has no stress concentration part in the tamping process, and the tamping impression is filled to disappear in the subsequent manufacturing process.
Example 1
In order that those skilled in the art will clearly understand the concept of the present invention, a flower shown in fig. 18 will now be used to clearly and completely describe the gist of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 18, the outline of the flower is surrounded by a closed-loop cloud line, and the area between the cloud line and the outline of the flower is the first compacted concave area 1. The areas within the outline of the flower are the highlighted area 3, the flower core 7 within the outline of the flower, and the outline areas in the non-flower shaped pattern within the outline of the flower, such as the first strikethrough area 8, the second strikethrough area 9, the third strikethrough area 10, and the fourth strikethrough area 11, which are all distributed within the highlighted area 3, and thus are the second compacted recessed area 2.
As shown in fig. 19, a circular cowhide picture is selected in this embodiment, and when the person skilled in the art cannot grasp and present the structural elements of the same highlighted leather carving picture, the depiction on the cowhide picture is realized through the steps one to six in the first method step. The method comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, carrying out shaping treatment on the back surface of the cowhide, namely adhering the back surface of the cowhide by using an adhesive tape, and preventing the contour line of the cowhide breadth from stretching when the first compaction concave area and/or the second compaction concave area are/is manufactured;
wetting the front side of the cowhide, adhering the back side of the cowhide picture by using an adhesive tape, enabling the front side of the cowhide picture to face upwards, and wiping the front side of the cowhide picture by using sponge or towel to wet the front side of the cowhide picture by using water; wetting the cowhide painting with water until the cowhide painting can be marked with traces by a stylus;
step three, coating a film on the master plate pattern, coating the master plate pattern with a plastic film on the front and back surfaces of the flower, wherein the flower is shown in figure 18;
fourthly, placing the master mask pattern processed in the third step on the front side of the cowhide picture after the wetting treatment in the second step;
drawing, namely drawing the outline in the master mask pattern on the front side of the cowhide picture by using a stylus along the outline edge of the master mask pattern, taking down the master mask pattern after drawing is finished, and showing mark marks of the outline of the pattern to be engraved on the front side of the cowhide;
step six, carrying out secondary wetting treatment on the front side of the cowhide, and wiping the front side of the cowhide by dipping water with a sponge or a towel to wet the front side of the cowhide;
after the traces of the outlines of the flower-shaped pattern, the cloud line pattern, the flower center 7 and the non-flower-shaped pattern in the outline of the flower in fig. 18, such as the outlines of the first bottom transparent area 8, the second bottom transparent area 9, the third bottom transparent area 10 and the fourth bottom transparent area 11, are printed on the cowhide canvas as shown in fig. 19, the boundary lines of the engraved areas are realized through the seventh step, which is specifically as follows:
cutting the mark of the pattern contour obtained by drawing in the fifth step into fibers of a leather layer of the cowhide picture along the mark of the pattern contour by using a graver, so that the pattern contour on the cowhide presents the cut boundary lines of a first compaction sunken area, a convex area and a second compaction sunken area;
step eight, wetting the boundary of the cut, namely wiping the boundary of the cut obtained in the step seven by dipping sponge or towel so as to wet the boundary of the cut by water;
step nine, dividing the cut boundary lines, which are represented by the thick solid lines in fig. 20; using a tool with an inclined bottom, wherein a pockmark pattern, a linear pattern, a reticulate pattern or a planar pattern is arranged on the inclined bottom of the tool; as can be seen from fig. 20, the inclined surface of the tool is faced to the first compacting depression area 1, the handle end of the tool with the inclined bottom is successively knocked along the boundary line of the cut, and the nicking tool is moved along the direction of the boundary line of the cut to divide the boundary line of the cut until the tool with the inclined bottom is completely divided along the boundary line of the cut.
Or the inclined plane of the tool faces the second compaction sunken area, the handle end part of the tool with the inclined plane at the bottom is knocked successively along the boundary line of the cut, and meanwhile, the nicking tool is moved along the direction of the boundary line of the cut to divide the boundary line of the cut until the tool with the inclined plane at the bottom is divided along the boundary line of the cut.
The outline of the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area is extruded by a tool with an inclined plane at the bottom after being beaten, so that the outline of the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area forms an obvious three-dimensional inclined plane, and the three-dimensional inclined plane presents one of a spotted pattern, a linear pattern, a reticulated pattern or a planar pattern; simultaneously, chiseling the outline of the highlighted area into a three-dimensional surface which is vertical to or relatively inclined with the plane of the cowhide picture frame by the back surface of the tool with the bottom being an inclined surface; the outline of the convex area is vertical to the plane of the cowhide or a three-dimensional surface which is inclined relatively is mainly determined by an included angle formed by the back of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom and the plane of the cowhide, and when the back of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom is attached to the plane of the cowhide picture, the edge outline surface of the convex area is vertical to the plane of the cowhide picture; when the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom is inclined to the cow leather drawing plane, namely, an included angle exists between the back surface of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom and the cow leather plane, the edge contour surface of the convex display area is a three-dimensional surface inclined relative to the cow leather plane, the three-dimensional surface inclined relative to the cow leather plane can be a tangent slope surface mentioned in the background technology or a negative slope surface, so that the three-dimensional effect of the three-dimensional surface is remarkably improved, the negative slope surface cannot be obtained in the prior art, and the technical structural element characteristic of the negative slope surface is convenient to realize the display of a downward curved geometric three-dimensional figure in the actual engraving process, for example: the outermost vegetable leaves of cabbage, which have not been rolled down before coating the cabbage heart; for another example: the lotus flower leaves have large areas, so the edge contours of the flower leaves are also in downward curling shapes; therefore, the three-dimensional effect to be presented by the downward-curling shape is solved through the technical structural element characteristics of the negative slope.
In the present embodiment, the outline of the flower in fig. 20 can be formed into a negative slope surface or a positive slope surface by using a tool having a slope at the bottom and a cowhide picture, and when the negative slope surface is formed, the upper plane of the outline of the flower is large and the lower plane of the outline of the flower is small, so that the three-dimensional effect is prominent as if the flower core petal or flower petal is curled and extended outward.
In the prior art, the slope surface can only become a positive slope surface, and the root part of the slope surface can not be back gouged, so that fillet transition exists.
As the step eight is used for wetting the boundary lines of the notches, in the process of cutting the boundary lines of the notches, the contour of the highlighted area is always attached to the highlighted area on the back surface of the tool with the inclined bottom in the process of moving the tool with the inclined bottom, so that the formed solid surface is smooth and has no round angle, and the solid effect of forming the solid surface by chiseling the contour of the highlighted area is obviously improved;
step ten, wetting the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area, and wiping the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area obtained in the step nine by soaking sponge or towel with water;
step eleven, tamping the first compaction concave region, namely the area between the cloud line and the outline of the flower in the embodiment is the first compaction concave region.
And (3) successively and regularly tamping the first compacted concave region along the profile of the first compacted concave region by hammering the cylindrical steel punch head, so that the first compacted concave region presents a tamping mark of the cylindrical steel punch head with the profile of the geometric shape, the area covered by the tamping mark is lower than the front surface of the cow leather in the second step, and an intersection area exists between the adjacent tamping marks, as shown in figure 21.
The cylinder steel punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom is shown in figures 8-11, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 8 to be a smooth surface shape, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 9 to be a pockmark shape, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 10 to be a linear shape, the geometric shape of the bottom of the cylinder steel punch head is shown in figure 11 to be a reticulate pattern, and different geometric shapes of the cylinder steel punch heads are selected, so that a tamping stamp with the geometric shape outline can be presented in the first compaction recess area.
Because the back of the cowhide is subjected to shaping treatment in advance in the first step, the shape of the cowhide cannot be extended and deformed by tamping.
And step twelve, tamping the second compaction concave area, tamping the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometrical outline at the bottom of the cylinder rigid punch head along the outline of the second compaction concave area and in the second compaction concave area by beating the cylinder rigid punch head to tamp the second compaction concave area gradually and regularly, so that the second compaction concave area presents a tamping mark of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometrical outline, the area covered by the tamping mark is lower than the front surface of the cow leather in the step two, and an intersection area exists between adjacent tamping marks, so far, describing that the flower shape is a convex area.
Step thirteen, correcting the first compaction concave region and the second compaction concave region after tamping;
observing the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region after tamping by naked eyes, and correcting the parts with obvious unevenness in the two regions, namely continuing the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom adopted in the step twelve and the step thirteen to tamp the parts with obvious unevenness in the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region into tamping marks in a local range;
secondly, the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area after being compacted are touched by the finger belly in a sliding mode, the contact area of each tamping mark and the finger belly is sensed by the skin, no obvious sliding resistance exists between the finger belly and each tamping mark, the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area after being corrected are qualified, and the post-processing standard is met.

the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is beaten successively, so that the end points of the adjacent V-shaped grooves are connected to form a regular and/or irregular geometric unit; the tamping seal impression in the geometric figure unit is fully filled; the decorative area composed of a plurality of geometric figure units can be obtained by repeating the steps, and the flatness of the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area is further ensured.
Furthermore, the regular and/or irregular geometric elements are not limited to the above-described method steps, but may also be generated by predefining the geometry of the bottom V-shaped edge of a rigid cylinder chisel. Similarly, the geometric shape of the V-shaped cutting edge at the bottom of the rigid cylinder chisel is predefined to be irregular, a circle of irregular V-shaped grooves are formed in tamping, after the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is beaten successively, lines of the adjacent V-shaped grooves are tangent or overlapped to form an intersection area to generate a geometric figure unit, and the efficiency of carving a decorative area by the chisel is improved.
As shown in fig. 22, the decorative region 4 is structured like a dried river bed ground, and ground cracks are like V-shaped grooves in this embodiment. Local ground units blocked into closed loops by ground cracks are like the geometric figure units in the embodiment;
or, more vividly, the structure of the decorative area is similar to that of a Ru porcelain piece, namely a natural cracking phenomenon of a porcelain glaze surface, which is also called crack glaze. The V-shaped grooves in this embodiment approximate cracks in the crack glaze, and the geometric figure units in this embodiment approximate the glaze surrounded by cracks. The presence of the grooves in turn ensures the flatness of the first and second compacted pit regions. Further avoiding the defects of the prior art and ensuring that the flatness and the smoothness of the local small-area regular or irregular closed loop contour are inconsistent. Meanwhile, tamping imprint left by a tamping area can not be generated in the geometric figure unit, so that cracking defects of the decorative area can not be caused.
The method can be mastered after being repeatedly implemented for dozens of times by a person skilled in the art, so the method can be implemented by the second method area of the invention, the third step in the first method is omitted in the second method, and the master plate pattern is coated; fourthly, placing the master mask pattern processed in the third step on the front surface of the cowhide subjected to the wetting treatment in the second step; step five, tracing; sixthly, performing secondary wetting treatment on the front surface of the cowhide, wherein the omitted step improves the manufacturing efficiency, and does not influence the picture quality;

1. the decorative area is provided with a groove (5), a plurality of geometric figure units (6) are formed in the decorative area by arranging the trend of the groove, and the manufacturing method at least comprises the following steps:
firstly, carrying out shaping treatment on the back surface of the cowhide, namely adhering the back surface of the cowhide by using an adhesive tape, and preventing the contour line of the cowhide breadth from stretching when the first compaction concave area and/or the second compaction concave area are/is manufactured;
wetting the front side of the cowhide, adhering the back side of the cowhide by using an adhesive tape, enabling the front side of the cowhide to face upwards, and wiping the front side of the cowhide by using sponge or towel to wet the front side of the cowhide;
step three, laminating a film on the master plate pattern, and coating plastic films on the front side and the back side of the master plate pattern;
fourthly, placing the master mask pattern processed in the third step on the front surface of the cowhide subjected to the wetting treatment in the second step;
drawing, namely drawing the outline in the master plate pattern on the front surface of the cow leather along the outline edge of the master plate pattern by using a stylus, taking down the master plate pattern after drawing is finished, and marking the outline of the required carving pattern on the front surface of the cow leather;
step six, carrying out secondary wetting treatment on the front side of the cowhide, and wiping the front side of the cowhide by dipping water in a sponge or a towel to wet the front side of the cowhide;
step seven, carving the boundary lines of the areas, cutting the mark print of the pattern contour obtained by tracing in the step five into the fibers of the cowhide skin layer along the mark print of the pattern contour through a graver, and enabling the pattern contour on the cowhide to present the cut boundary lines of the first compaction sunken area, the convex area and the second compaction sunken area;
step eight, wetting the boundary of the cut, namely wiping the boundary of the cut obtained in the step seven by dipping sponge or towel so as to wet the boundary of the cut by water;
step nine, dividing the boundary line of the cut, and using a tool with the bottom being an inclined plane, wherein the inclined plane at the bottom of the tool is provided with one of a pockmark-shaped pattern, a linear pattern, a reticulate pattern or a plane pattern; the inclined plane of the tool faces the first compaction concave area or the second compaction concave area, the handle end part of the tool with the inclined plane at the bottom is knocked successively along the boundary line of the cut, and meanwhile, the nicking tool is moved along the direction of the boundary line of the cut to divide the boundary line of the cut until the tool with the inclined plane at the bottom is divided along the boundary line of the cut; the outline of the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area is extruded by a tool with an inclined plane at the bottom after being beaten, so that the outline of the first compaction sunken area or the second compaction sunken area forms an obvious three-dimensional inclined plane, and the three-dimensional inclined plane presents one of a spotted pattern, a linear pattern, a reticulated pattern or a planar pattern; simultaneously, chiseling the outline of the highlighted area into a three-dimensional surface which is vertical to or inclined relative to the plane of the cowhide by the back surface of the tool with the bottom being an inclined surface;
because the incision boundary lines are subjected to wetting treatment in the step eight, in the process of dividing the incision boundary lines, the contour of the convex area is always attached to the convex area on the back surface of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom in the moving process of the tool with the inclined surface at the bottom, so that the formed three-dimensional surface is smooth and has no fillet, and the three-dimensional effect of forming the three-dimensional surface by carving and chiseling the contour of the convex area is obviously improved;
step ten, wetting the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area, and wiping the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area obtained in the step nine by soaking sponge or towel with water;
step eleven, tamping the first compaction concave area, tamping the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom in the first compaction concave area along the outline of the first compaction concave area, and successively and regularly tamping the first compaction concave area by hammering the cylinder rigid punch head to ensure that the first compaction concave area presents the tamping imprint of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline, wherein the region covered by the tamping imprint is lower than the front surface of the cowhide in the step two, and an intersection region exists between the adjacent tamping imprints;
step twelve, tamping the second compaction concave area, tamping the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom of the cylinder rigid punch head along the outline of the second compaction concave area and in the second compaction concave area, and tamping the second compaction concave area by hammering the cylinder rigid punch head to ensure that the second compaction concave area presents the tamping imprint of the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline, wherein the region covered by the tamping imprint is lower than the front surface of the cowhide in the step two, and an intersection region exists between the adjacent tamping imprints;
step thirteen, correcting the first compacted concave area and the second compacted concave area after tamping;
observing the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region after tamping by naked eyes, and correcting the parts with obvious unevenness in the two regions, namely continuing the cylinder rigid punch head with the geometric shape outline at the bottom adopted in the step twelve and the step thirteen to tamp the parts with obvious unevenness in the first compacted concave region and the second compacted concave region into tamping marks in a local range;
the first compacted sunken area, the second compacted sunken area and the prominent area after correction form a clear concave-convex hierarchical sense, so that the three-dimensional effect of the prominent area is further highlighted;
step fourteen, wetting the tamping imprints of the first compacting sunken area and the second compacting sunken area, and wiping the tamping imprints in the step eleven, the step twelve and the step thirteen by dipping sponge or towel;

meanwhile, the moisture wetted by the groove part in the V-shaped shape is extruded and filled to the area covered by the tamping stamp by the rigid column chisel, and simultaneously the tamping stamp is filled, so that the area covered by the tamping stamp has no stamp;
the handle part of the rigid cylinder chisel is beaten successively, so that the end points of the adjacent V-shaped grooves are connected to form a regular and/or irregular geometric figure unit; the tamping seal marks in the geometric figure units are all filled; the decorative area composed of a plurality of geometric figure units can be obtained by repeating the steps, and the flatness of the first compaction concave area and the second compaction concave area is further ensured.
