背景技术
抗菌面料具有良好的安全性,它可以高效完全去除织物上的细菌、真菌和霉菌,保持织物清洁,并能防止细菌再生和繁殖;菌再生和繁殖;目前市场上主流的处理方式有两种:一种是内置的银离子抗菌面料,采用纺丝级抗菌技术把抗菌剂直接做到化学纤维里面;另一种是后处理技术即通过面料后续定型工艺加进去。后处理的工艺相对简单成本容易根据客户的具体要求进行控制,是市场上应用最多的一种。
现有的抗菌面料在生产加工过程中,为了提高该面料的抗菌效果,一般都会通过喷涂设备将抗菌剂喷涂在面料的表面,从而提高该面料的抗菌效果,然而为了确保该面料的透气性能,其表面开设有很多的透气孔或者由各个纺织线构成的透气孔,该类透气孔在抗菌剂喷涂的过程中,只有极少数的抗菌剂会进入透气孔中,对透气孔的内壁进行抗菌剂的覆盖,这将会导致该透气孔在与空气接触的过程中,空气中的细菌会大量依附于透气孔的内壁造成面料被污染,降低该抗菌面料的抗菌效果。
发明内容
基于现有的抗菌面料在生产加工过程中,为了提高该面料的抗菌效果,一般都会通过喷涂设备将抗菌剂喷涂在面料的表面,从而提高该面料的抗菌效果,然而为了确保该面料的透气性能,其表面开设有很多的透气孔或者由各个纺织线构成的透气孔,该类透气孔在抗菌剂喷涂的过程中,只有极少数的抗菌剂会进入透气孔中,对透气孔的内壁进行抗菌剂的覆盖,这将会导致该透气孔在与空气接触的过程中,空气中的细菌会大量依附于透气孔的内壁造成面料被污染,降低该抗菌面料的抗菌效果,本发明提出了一种高弹爽滑抗菌面料及运动裤。
本发明提出的一种高弹爽滑抗菌面料,包括面料本体和固定层,所述面料本体的顶部外壁和底部外壁均等距离开有透气孔,且固定层位于透气孔的内部,所述固定层的顶部外壁等距离开有通孔,且固定层的顶部外壁和底部外壁均设有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的外壁等距离设有引导纺织线,且引导纺织线为C字型;

优选地,所述改性液的制备方法为:将热活化的硅灰石按照重量比1:3加入到质量分数10-30%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液中,搅拌充分,得到改性液;所述热活化的硅灰石为:将硅灰石送入到100-300℃下活化10-20min,活化结束,即可。
优选地,所述中间层101为石墨烯三维织物层,层厚度为1-5mm;弹力层102为聚氨酯弹性体材料制成;所述防火层103为改性纳米膨润土材料制成,层厚度为1-3mm,起用于阻隔外界空气与面料的接触,起到防火的效果;抗菌层104采用纳米银材料制成,层厚度为1-2mm;所述侧边滑层5、顺滑层7均采用涤纶纤维材料制成;所述安装层6为TPU膜,所述固定层13为聚丙烯酸酯;弹力筋18采用丁腈橡胶材质制成;内层20为羊毛纤维材质制成。
优选地,所述改性纳米膨润土的改性方法为:
S1:将膨润土送入到煅烧炉中进行煅烧,煅烧温度为500-700℃,煅烧20-30min;送入到研磨机内研磨,研磨转速为1000-1500r/min,研磨时间为10-20min;
S2:研磨结束,然后送入到质量分数10-20%的海藻酸钠溶液中超声分散10-20min,超声功率100-200W,超声结束,水洗、干燥,得到纳米膨润土。
优选地,所述面料本体的两侧外壁均等距离开有连接孔,且每个连接孔的内壁均插接有连接杆,每相邻的两个连接杆的外壁设有同一个连接片,面料本体和连接片之间设有层次垫片。
优选地,所述面料本体的顶部外壁和底部外壁均等距离设有安装层,且每个安装层的外壁均设有顺滑层,每个安装层的两侧外壁均设有侧边滑层。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌面料的运动裤,该运动裤的面料为如上所述的抗菌面料,其还包括运动裤本体和裤脚。
优选地,所述裤脚的内壁等距离设有弹力筋,且多个弹力筋的外壁设有同一个内层。
优选地,所述内层的内壁等距离设有接触片,且每个接触片的外壁均固定连接有两个延伸片,每个延伸片的外壁均设有滑杆。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1、通过设置有固定层、通孔、支撑杆和引导纺织线,固定层安装于透气孔的内壁,该引导纺织线与透气孔的最上方处于同一平面上,在对该抗菌面料喷涂抗菌剂时,喷向面料本体的抗菌剂附着于面料本体的各个位置,透气孔处的引导纺织线与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔的内壁,从而实现对透气孔的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂,使用该面料本体时,空气从透气孔中进出,透气孔内部的抗菌剂将空气中的细菌阻拦,从而提高该抗菌面料的抗菌效果。
2、通过设置有安装层、侧边滑层和顺滑层,使用该面料本体时,面料本体上的顺滑层与人体的各个部位接触,从而增加该面料本体的爽滑性能,同时,该面料本体发生褶皱或者挤压时,则侧边滑层与人体部位进行接触,进一步提高该面料本体的爽滑性能。
3、通过设置有层次垫片、连接片、连接杆和连接孔,该面料本体由中间层、弹力层、防火层、抗菌层、纯棉纱布层和竹棉纱布层构成,进行该面料本体的加工时,通过将连接杆插入各个连接孔中,使得层次垫片固定于面料本体的外侧,从而实现面料本体上的各层之间的紧固连接,防止该面料本体在使用过程中出现脱线和其他的问题,提高该面料本体的实用价值。
4、通过设置有弹力筋、内层、接触片、延伸片和滑杆,在使用该运动裤本体时,裤脚部分通过内层和弹力筋使得该裤脚与小腿处密切接触,从而提高穿戴的紧密性,同时,运动裤本体在提高连接紧密性后只能单一的通过运动裤本体的面料透气性实现整体透气效果,在内层处安设有接触片、延伸片和滑杆,通过接触片使得小腿与裤脚之间存在缝隙,加速运动裤本体内部的空气流通,从而提高透气性,滑杆和接触片均为弧形构造,降低接触时对小腿造成的摩擦损伤,滑杆和接触片相互配合,从而提高小腿被接触面积,延伸片和滑杆降低接触片单点带来的挤压感,从而提高该运动裤本体使用过程中的舒适性。
5、纳米银粉通过硅灰石经过热活后,活性增强,硅灰石具有针状结构,导向性强,配合纳米银粉,从而配合透气孔处的引导纺织线与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔的内壁,从而实现对透气孔的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂,提高了病菌的抗菌效果;
改性纳米膨润土材料制成,层厚度为1-3mm,起用于阻隔外界空气与面料的接触,起到防火的效果,纳米膨润土讲过煅烧后,活性增强,片层扩张,同时经过研磨、分散后,分散度增强,进而起到阻隔性能增强,从而阻断空气的能力加强,防护效率高。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:
参照图1-5,一种高弹爽滑抗菌面料及运动裤,包括面料本体1和固定层13,面料本体1的顶部外壁和底部外壁均等距离开有透气孔2,且固定层13位于透气孔2的内部,固定层13的顶部外壁等距离开有通孔10,且固定层13的顶部外壁和底部外壁均设有支撑杆12,支撑杆12的外壁等距离设有引导纺织线11,且引导纺织线11为C字型,通过设置有固定层13、通孔10、支撑杆12和引导纺织线11,固定层13安装于透气孔2的内壁,该引导纺织线11与透气孔2的最上方处于同一平面上,在对该抗菌面料喷涂抗菌剂时,喷向面料本体1的抗菌剂附着于面料本体1的各个位置,透气孔2处的引导纺织线11与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔2的内壁,从而实现对透气孔2的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂,使用该面料本体1时,空气从透气孔2中进出,透气孔2内部的抗菌剂将空气中的细菌阻拦,从而提高该抗菌面料的抗菌效果。
参照图1和图2,面料本体1包括中间层101、弹力层102、防火层103、抗菌层104、纯棉纱布层105和竹棉纱布层106,弹力层102设于中间层101的顶部外壁和底部外壁,且纯棉纱布层105设于弹力层102的外壁,竹棉纱布层106设于纯棉纱布层105的外壁,且防火层103设于竹棉纱布层106的外壁,抗菌层104设于防火层103的外壁。
参照图1和图4,面料本体1的两侧外壁均等距离开有连接孔8,且每个连接孔8的内壁均插接有连接杆9,每相邻的两个连接杆9的外壁设有同一个连接片4,面料本体1和连接片4之间设有层次垫片3,通过设置有层次垫片3、连接片4、连接杆9和连接孔8,该面料本体1由中间层101、弹力层102、防火层103、抗菌层104、纯棉纱布层105和竹棉纱布层106构成,进行该面料本体1的加工时,通过将连接杆9插入各个连接孔8中,使得层次垫片3固定于面料本体1的外侧,从而实现面料本体1上的各层之间的紧固连接,防止该面料本体1在使用过程中出现脱线和其他的问题,提高该面料本体1的实用价值。
参照图1和图3,面料本体1的顶部外壁和底部外壁均等距离设有安装层6,且每个安装层6的外壁均设有顺滑层7,每个安装层6的两侧外壁均设有侧边滑层5,通过设置有安装层6、侧边滑层5和顺滑层7,使用该面料本体1时,面料本体1上的顺滑层7与人体的各个部位接触,从而增加该面料本体1的爽滑性能,同时,该面料本体1发生褶皱或者挤压时,则侧边滑层5与人体部位进行接触,进一步提高该面料本体1的爽滑性能。
一种运动裤,包含上述所述的抗菌面料,还包括运动裤本体14和裤脚15,裤脚15的内壁等距离设有弹力筋18,且多个弹力筋18的外壁设有同一个内层20,内层20的内壁等距离设有接触片17,且每个接触片17的外壁均固定连接有两个延伸片16,每个延伸片16的外壁均设有滑杆19,通过设置有弹力筋18、内层20、接触片17、延伸片16和滑杆19,在使用该运动裤本体14时,裤脚15部分通过内层20和弹力筋18使得该裤脚15与小腿处密切接触,从而提高穿戴的紧密性,同时,在内层20处安设有接触片17、延伸片16和滑杆19,通过接触片17使得小腿与裤脚15之间存在缝隙,提高透气性;由于延伸片16呈翘起的状态,则可以有效提高小腿与裤腿15之间的间隙;
与此同时,由于延伸片16的自由端面积较小,相对来说较为锋利,因此增加有滑杆19,滑杆19有效降低接触片17单点带来的挤压感,从而提高该运动裤本体14使用过程中的舒适性。
在本实施例中,延伸片16、接触片17和滑杆19可以采用软质材料支撑,如橡胶材料,可以提高使用时的舒适性。
进行面料本体1的加工时,在对该抗菌面料喷涂抗菌剂时,喷向面料本体1的抗菌剂附着于面料本体1的各个位置,透气孔2处的引导纺织线11与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔2的内壁,从而实现对透气孔2的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂,使用该面料本体1时,空气从透气孔2中进出,透气孔2内部的抗菌剂将空气中的细菌阻拦,进行面料本体1的各层加工时,通过将连接杆9插入各个连接孔8中,使得层次垫片3固定于面料本体1的外侧,从而实现面料本体1上的各层之间的紧固连接,防止该面料本体1在使用过程中出现脱线和其他的问题该面料本体1在使用过程中,面料本体1上的顺滑层7与人体的各个部位接触,从而增加该面料本体1的爽滑性能,同时,该面料本体1发生褶皱或者挤压时,则侧边滑层5与人体部位进行接触,提高该面料本体1使用过程中的舒适性。
实施例2:
一种高弹爽滑抗菌面料,包括面料本体1和固定层13,所述面料本体1的顶部外壁和底部外壁均等距离开有透气孔2,且固定层13位于透气孔2的内部,所述固定层13的顶部外壁等距离开有通孔10,且固定层13的顶部外壁和底部外壁均设有支撑杆12,所述支撑杆12的外壁等距离设有引导纺织线11,且引导纺织线11为C字型;
所述面料本体1的制备方法为:
S1:中间层101、弹力层102、防火层103、抗菌层104、纯棉纱布层105和竹棉纱布层106的布置设置;
S2:弹力层102设于中间层101的顶部外壁和底部外壁,且纯棉纱布层105设于弹力层102的外壁;竹棉纱布层106设于纯棉纱布层105的外壁,且防火层103设于竹棉纱布层106的外壁;抗菌层104设于防火层103的外壁;
S3:抗菌面料喷涂抗菌剂,喷向面料本体1的抗菌剂附着于面料本体1的各个位置,透气孔2处的引导纺织线11与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔2的内壁,从而实现对透气孔2的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂。
本实施例的抗菌剂的制备方法为:将纳米银粉按照重量比1:3送入到改性液中进行高速搅拌10min,搅拌转速为1000r/min,搅拌结束,然后水洗、于100℃下煅烧10min,煅烧中热压压力为2MPa,煅烧结束,得到抗菌剂。
本实施例的改性液的制备方法为:将热活化的硅灰石按照重量比1:3加入到质量分数10%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液中,搅拌充分,得到改性液;所述热活化的硅灰石为:将硅灰石送入到100℃下活化10min,活化结束,即可。
本实施例的中间层101为石墨烯三维织物层,层厚度为1mm;弹力层102为聚氨酯弹性体材料制成;所述防火层103为改性纳米膨润土材料制成,层厚度为1mm,起用于阻隔外界空气与面料的接触,起到防火的效果;抗菌层104采用纳米银材料制成,层厚度为1mm;所述侧边滑层5、顺滑层7均采用涤纶纤维材料制成;所述安装层6为TPU膜,所述固定层13为聚丙烯酸酯;弹力筋18采用丁腈橡胶材质制成;内层20为羊毛纤维材质制成。
本实施例的改性纳米膨润土的改性方法为:
S1:将膨润土送入到煅烧炉中进行煅烧,煅烧温度为500℃,煅烧20min;送入到研磨机内研磨,研磨转速为1000r/min,研磨时间为10min;
S2:研磨结束,然后送入到质量分数10%的海藻酸钠溶液中超声分散10min,超声功率100W,超声结束,水洗、干燥,得到纳米膨润土。
实施例3:
一种高弹爽滑抗菌面料,包括面料本体1和固定层13,所述面料本体1的顶部外壁和底部外壁均等距离开有透气孔2,且固定层13位于透气孔2的内部,所述固定层13的顶部外壁等距离开有通孔10,且固定层13的顶部外壁和底部外壁均设有支撑杆12,所述支撑杆12的外壁等距离设有引导纺织线11,且引导纺织线11为C字型;
所述面料本体1的制备方法为:
S1:中间层101、弹力层102、防火层103、抗菌层104、纯棉纱布层105和竹棉纱布层106的布置设置;
S2:弹力层102设于中间层101的顶部外壁和底部外壁,且纯棉纱布层105设于弹力层102的外壁;竹棉纱布层106设于纯棉纱布层105的外壁,且防火层103设于竹棉纱布层106的外壁;抗菌层104设于防火层103的外壁;
S3:抗菌面料喷涂抗菌剂,喷向面料本体1的抗菌剂附着于面料本体1的各个位置,透气孔2处的引导纺织线11与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔2的内壁,从而实现对透气孔2的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂。
本实施例的抗菌剂的制备方法为:将纳米银粉按照重量比1:3送入到改性液中进行高速搅拌20min,搅拌转速为1500r/min,搅拌结束,然后水洗、于500℃下煅烧20min,煅烧中热压压力为5MPa,煅烧结束,得到抗菌剂。
本实施例的改性液的制备方法为:将热活化的硅灰石按照重量比1:3加入到质量分数30%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液中,搅拌充分,得到改性液;所述热活化的硅灰石为:将硅灰石送入到300℃下活化20min,活化结束,即可。
本实施例的中间层101为石墨烯三维织物层,层厚度为5mm;弹力层102为聚氨酯弹性体材料制成;所述防火层103为改性纳米膨润土材料制成,层厚度为3mm,起用于阻隔外界空气与面料的接触,起到防火的效果;抗菌层104采用纳米银材料制成,层厚度为2mm;所述侧边滑层5、顺滑层7均采用涤纶纤维材料制成;所述安装层6为TPU膜,所述固定层13为聚丙烯酸酯;弹力筋18采用丁腈橡胶材质制成;内层20为羊毛纤维材质制成。
本实施例的改性纳米膨润土的改性方法为:
S1:将膨润土送入到煅烧炉中进行煅烧,煅烧温度为700℃,煅烧30min;送入到研磨机内研磨,研磨转速为1500r/min,研磨时间为20min;
S2:研磨结束,然后送入到质量分数20%的海藻酸钠溶液中超声分散20min,超声功率200W,超声结束,水洗、干燥,得到纳米膨润土。

与实施例3的材料及制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是抗菌剂未加入热活化的硅灰石。

与实施例3的材料及制备工艺基本相同,唯有不同的是,纳米膨润土未改性处理。
将实施例2-3及对比例1-2的面料放入水中浸泡5天后,采用电子织物强力测试仪对其进行弹性回复性能测试,回复率=(伸长长度-回复长度)/(伸长长度-原来长度)×100%,采用GB/T30706-2014标准进行试验,测试产品的杀菌率;测试结果取平均值:
从实施例2-3及对比例1-2可看出,本发明的产品具有优异的杀菌性能和回弹性能。

所述面料本体(1)的制备方法为:
S1:中间层(101)、弹力层(102)、防火层(103)、抗菌层(104)、纯棉纱布层(105)和竹棉纱布层(106)的布置设置;
S2:弹力层(102)设于中间层(101)的顶部外壁和底部外壁,且纯棉纱布层(105)设于弹力层(102)的外壁;竹棉纱布层(106)设于纯棉纱布层(105)的外壁,且防火层(103)设于竹棉纱布层(106)的外壁;抗菌层(104)设于防火层(103)的外壁;
S3:抗菌面料喷涂抗菌剂,喷向面料本体(1)的抗菌剂附着于面料本体(1)的各个位置,透气孔(2)处的引导纺织线(11)与抗菌剂接触,从而将抗菌剂引导至透气孔(2)的内壁,从而实现对透气孔(2)的内壁进行抗菌剂的喷涂。

8.一种采用如权利要求1-7任一所述的抗菌面料制作的运动裤,还包括运动裤本体(14)和裤脚(15)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种运动裤,其特征在于,所述裤脚(15)的内壁等距离设有弹力筋(18),且多个弹力筋(18)的外壁设有同一个内层(20)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种运动裤,其特征在于,所述内层(20)的内壁等距离设有接触片(17),且每个接触片(17)的外壁均固定连接有两个延伸片(16),每个延伸片(16)的外壁均设有滑杆(19)。
