本发明公开了一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,属于建筑防水材料技术领域,通过在疏水导流层与玻璃纤维毡之间增设阻燃层,阻燃层与玻璃纤维毡之间分布多个阻燃芯,在正常情况下,通过阻燃层与多个阻燃芯配合,有利于提高该油毡瓦的耐压性能,在一定程度上能够抵抗暴雨的冲击,而在遇到火灾异常情况时,外界高温通过疏水导流层、导热锚固钉传递至阻燃芯处,在高温高压环境下,阻燃芯内侧的阻燃气体由导热锚固钉向疏水导流层处喷出,而高温造成疏水导流层内部产生孔隙,喷出的阻燃气体充溢于疏水导流层内,配合陶化岩石颗粒达到更好的阻燃效果,既对火源起到阻断作用,又能起到灭火作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑防水材料技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦。
背景技术
油毡瓦具有防水、装饰功能和色彩丰富,施工简便等特点。主要用于居民住宅与商业建筑的坡屋面。二十世纪末,上海等沿海城市,推广“平改坡”,彩色沥青瓦成了首选屋面材料,这不仅改变了城市景观,而且改善了屋面的排水与隔热性能,油毡瓦目前推广前景较好。
油毡瓦是以玻璃纤维毡为基体,经过浸涂优质石油沥青面后,一面覆盖彩色矿物粒料,另一方面撒以隔离材料而制成的新型片状屋面防水瓦材。它具有防水和装饰功能,深受建筑师、房产开发商、设计院和广大消费者的青睐,是国内广泛应用于坡屋面的新型防水装饰瓦材。
然而油毡瓦属于沥青基的建材,是易燃物,当保护不当或受外部火焰作用时,易被引燃。材料被引燃后,火焰会沿屋面表面迅速蔓延,甚至会穿透屋顶而蔓延进建筑物内部,威胁到人的财产和生命安全。现有技术中,虽然在油毡瓦表面辅以耐火的矿物粒料,但是作用微乎其微,难以解决根本问题;且现有的油毡瓦其耐雨水冲击性还有待提高。
为此,我们提出一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦来有效解决现有技术中所存在的一些问题。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,通过在油毡瓦内侧增设阻燃层以及阻燃芯,通过两者配合,有利于提高油毡瓦的耐压性能,而在遇到火灾情况,外界高温传递至阻燃芯,其内阻燃气体向疏水导流层处喷出,阻燃气体充溢于因高温造成疏水导流层所产生的孔隙内,配合陶化岩石颗粒达到良好的阻燃效果,既对火源起到阻断作用,又能起到灭火作用。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,包括玻璃纤维毡,所述玻璃纤维毡上浸渍有氧化沥青,所述玻璃纤维毡上下端面分别设有疏水导流层和隔离层,所述疏水导流层与玻璃纤维毡之间设有阻燃层,所述阻燃层与玻璃纤维毡之间分布有多个阻燃芯,所述阻燃层的上端面分布有多组与阻燃芯位置对应的导热锚固钉,每组所述导热锚固钉设有多个,且导热锚固钉底端贯穿阻燃芯并延伸至玻璃纤维毡内,所述导热锚固钉顶端延伸至疏水导流层内,所述阻燃芯内部填充有阻燃气体。
进一步的,所述隔离层为铺设于玻璃纤维毡底端面上的隔离材料,所述隔离材料选用石英砂。
进一步的,所述疏水导流层包括涂刷于玻璃纤维毡端面上的粘结填料,所述粘结填料上铺设有陶化岩石颗粒,所述粘结填料由质量比为1:2的热熔性树脂与砂浆混合而成。
进一步的,所述陶化岩石颗粒与粘结填料端面形成导流凸起面,所述导流凸起面上涂刷有疏水涂层。
进一步的,所述阻燃层为柔性阻燃材质制成,所述阻燃芯采用耐火的弹性材料制成。
进一步的,所述导热锚固钉包括导热棒、锚固锥,所述锚固锥设于导热棒底端,所述锚固锥延伸至玻璃纤维毡内,所述导热棒顶端延伸至疏水导流层内。
进一步的,所述导热棒上设有热熔包层,所述导热棒内部嵌设有多束碳纤维条。
进一步的,所述阻燃芯的顶端壁上衔接有弹性导热片,所述阻燃气体的内部掺加有阻燃粉剂。
进一步的,所述阻燃芯内部还分布有多个缓冲条,所述缓冲条为中空柔性芯条,所述中空柔性芯条的内部填充有阻燃颗粒。
进一步的,所述阻燃层后端设有与隔离层、疏水导流层端面齐平的粘接层,所述阻燃层一侧设有与疏水导流层端面相齐平的防水层,所述玻璃纤维毡上端与阻燃层形成嵌设腔,所述玻璃纤维毡位于嵌设腔处设有防水膜,所述防水层与防水膜上下嵌设衔接。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案通过在疏水导流层与玻璃纤维毡之间增设阻燃层,阻燃层与玻璃纤维毡之间分布多个阻燃芯,在正常情况下,通过阻燃层与多个阻燃芯配合,有利于提高该油毡瓦的耐压性能,在一定程度上能够抵抗暴雨的冲击,而在遇到火灾异常情况时,外界高温通过疏水导流层、导热锚固钉传递至阻燃芯处,在高温高压环境下,阻燃芯内侧的阻燃气体由导热锚固钉向疏水导流层处喷出,而高温造成疏水导流层内部产生孔隙,喷出的阻燃气体充溢于疏水导流层内,配合陶化岩石颗粒达到良好的阻燃效果,既对火源起到阻断作用,又能起到灭火作用。
(2)本方案的疏水导流层包括粘结填料与陶化岩石颗粒,粘结填料由质量比为1:2的热熔性树脂与砂浆混合而成,热熔性树脂为高熔点树脂材料,陶化岩石颗粒与粘结填料端面形成导流凸起面,导流凸起面上涂刷有疏水涂层,热熔性树脂易于疏水导流层铺设于阻燃层上端面,从而便于通过疏水导流层江水流导出,在遇高温环境下,通过热熔性树脂熔解产生孔隙,以便于阻燃气体的充溢。
(3)本方案在疏水导流层与阻燃芯之间设置多个导热锚固钉,一方面起到连接定位作用,另一方面当遇火灾等异常情况时,导热棒配合碳纤维条,热量通过疏水导流层传递至阻燃芯处,导热棒上的热熔包层热熔后,以便于被热胀后的阻燃气体通过导热棒向外导出。
(4)本方案在阻燃芯的顶端壁上衔接弹性导热片,阻燃气体的内部掺加有阻燃粉剂,弹性导热片一方面有效提高了阻燃芯的抗压性,另一方面进一步起到导热作用,当阻燃芯内温度升高时,阻燃粉剂在高气压的作用下连同阻燃气体从导热棒向外喷出,进一步起到阻燃、灭火作用。
(5)本方案在阻燃芯内部分布多个缓冲条,缓冲条为中空柔性芯条,中空柔性芯条的内部填充有阻燃颗粒,既起到缓冲作用,又达到防火效果。
(6)本方案在阻燃层后端设有与隔离层、疏水导流层端面齐平的粘接层,阻燃层一侧设有与疏水导流层端面相齐平的防水层,玻璃纤维毡上端与阻燃层形成嵌设腔,玻璃纤维毡位于嵌设腔处设有防水膜,防水层与防水膜上下嵌设衔接,在进行油毡瓦铺设时,利用粘接层将该油毡瓦粘接与屋面上,相邻两个油毡瓦之间通过防水层与嵌设腔进行扣设衔接。

请参阅图1-2,一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,包括玻璃纤维毡1,玻璃纤维毡1上浸渍有氧化沥青,玻璃纤维毡1上下端面分别设有疏水导流层3和隔离层2,疏水导流层3与玻璃纤维毡1之间设有阻燃层4,阻燃层4与玻璃纤维毡1之间分布有多个阻燃芯5,隔离层2为铺设于玻璃纤维毡1底端面上的隔离材料,隔离材料选用石英砂,疏水导流层3包括涂刷于玻璃纤维毡1端面上的粘结填料,粘结填料上铺设有陶化岩石颗粒,粘结填料由质量比为1:2的热熔性树脂与砂浆混合而成,热熔性树脂为高熔点树脂材料,具体熔点范围的树脂根据实际需要进行选择,陶化岩石颗粒与粘结填料端面形成导流凸起面,导流凸起面上涂刷有疏水涂层,陶化岩石颗粒粘结分布于阻燃层4上端面,易于将疏水导流层3端面上的水流导出。
阻燃层4为柔性阻燃材质制成,阻燃芯5采用耐火的弹性材料制成,多个阻燃芯5对玻璃纤维毡1与阻燃层4起到多定点支撑作用,且依靠阻燃层4与多个阻燃芯5柔性衔接,有利于提高该油毡瓦的耐压性能,在一定程度上能够抵抗暴雨的冲击,提高该油毡瓦的使用寿命。
请参阅图3-6,阻燃层4的上端面分布有多组与阻燃芯5位置对应的导热锚固钉9,每组导热锚固钉9设有多个,且导热锚固钉9底端贯穿阻燃芯5并延伸至玻璃纤维毡1内,导热锚固钉9顶端延伸至疏水导流层3内,阻燃芯5内部填充有阻燃气体10,导热锚固钉9用于热量传导。
请参阅图6-9,具体的,导热锚固钉9包括导热棒901、锚固锥902,锚固锥902设于导热棒901底端,锚固锥902延伸至玻璃纤维毡1内,导热棒901顶端延伸至疏水导流层3内,锚固锥902为硬质材料制成,以便于将阻燃芯5与玻璃纤维毡1定点连接,导热棒901为柔性导热材质制成,导热棒901上设有热熔包层9011,导热棒901内部嵌设有多束碳纤维条903,当遇火灾等异常情况时,导热棒901配合碳纤维条903,热量通过疏水导流层3传递至阻燃芯5处,导热棒901上的热熔包层9011热熔后,裸露出导热棒901上的腔槽,被热胀后的阻燃气体10因气压增大,通过导热棒901向外导出并充溢于疏水导流层3处,提高疏水导流层3、阻燃层4处的阻燃性能。
阻燃芯5的顶端壁上衔接有弹性导热片8,阻燃气体10的内部掺加有阻燃粉剂,阻燃气体10采用二氧化碳或者惰性气体或者两者混合物,弹性导热片8一方面有效提高了阻燃芯5的抗压性,另一方面进一步起到导热作用,当阻燃芯5内温度升高时,阻燃粉剂在高气压的作用下连同阻燃气体10从导热棒901向外喷出,而在火灾的高温环境下,疏水导流层3处的热熔性树脂达到其熔点并熔解,裸露出砂浆以及陶化岩石颗粒,从而疏水导流层3内出现孔隙,阻燃粉剂与阻燃气体10喷出后充溢于孔隙内,进一步起到阻燃、灭火作用,阻燃芯5内部还分布有多个缓冲条11,缓冲条11为中空柔性芯条,中空柔性芯条的内部填充有阻燃颗粒,有效提高阻燃芯5以及玻璃纤维毡1、阻燃层4处的防火效果。
请参阅图10,在此需要补充的是,阻燃层4后端设有与隔离层2、疏水导流层3端面齐平的粘接层6,阻燃层4一侧设有与疏水导流层3端面相齐平的防水层7,玻璃纤维毡1上端与阻燃层4形成嵌设腔,玻璃纤维毡1位于嵌设腔处设有防水膜101,防水层7与防水膜101上下嵌设衔接,在进行油毡瓦铺设时,利用粘接层6将该油毡瓦粘接于屋面上,相邻两个油毡瓦之间通过防水层7与嵌设腔进行扣设衔接。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,包括玻璃纤维毡(1),所述玻璃纤维毡(1)上浸渍有氧化沥青,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维毡(1)上下端面分别设有疏水导流层(3)和隔离层(2),所述疏水导流层(3)与玻璃纤维毡(1)之间设有阻燃层(4),所述阻燃层(4)与玻璃纤维毡(1)之间分布有多个阻燃芯(5),所述阻燃层(4)的上端面分布有多组与阻燃芯(5)位置对应的导热锚固钉(9),每组所述导热锚固钉(9)设有多个,且导热锚固钉(9)底端贯穿阻燃芯(5)并延伸至玻璃纤维毡(1)内,所述导热锚固钉(9)顶端延伸至疏水导流层(3)内,所述阻燃芯(5)内部填充有阻燃气体(10);
所述疏水导流层(3)包括涂刷于玻璃纤维毡(1)端面上的粘结填料,所述粘结填料上铺设有陶化岩石颗粒,所述粘结填料由质量比为1:2的热熔性树脂与砂浆混合而成;
所述导热锚固钉(9)包括导热棒(901)、锚固锥(902),所述锚固锥(902)设于导热棒(901)底端,所述锚固锥(902)延伸至玻璃纤维毡(1)内,所述导热棒(901)顶端延伸至疏水导流层(3)内;
所述导热棒(901)上设有热熔包层(9011),所述导热棒(901)内部嵌设有多束碳纤维条(903);
所述阻燃层(4)为柔性阻燃材质制成,所述阻燃芯(5)采用耐火的弹性材料制成;
所述阻燃芯(5)的顶端壁上衔接有弹性导热片(8),所述阻燃气体(10)的内部掺加有阻燃粉剂;
所述阻燃芯(5)内部还分布有多个缓冲条(11),所述缓冲条(11)为中空柔性芯条,所述中空柔性芯条的内部填充有阻燃颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,其特征在于:所述隔离层(2)为铺设于玻璃纤维毡(1)底端面上的隔离材料,所述隔离材料选用石英砂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,其特征在于:所述陶化岩石颗粒与粘结填料端面形成导流凸起面,所述导流凸起面上涂刷有疏水涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压阻燃型防水油毡瓦,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(4)后端设有与隔离层(2)、疏水导流层(3)端面齐平的粘接层(6),所述阻燃层(4)一侧设有与疏水导流层(3)端面相齐平的防水层(7),所述玻璃纤维毡(1)上端与阻燃层(4)形成嵌设腔,所述玻璃纤维毡(1)位于嵌设腔处设有防水膜(101)。
