In order to avoid the phenomenon of offset or toppling of the supporting mechanism in the process of horizontal movement, firstly, in order to ensure that the supporting mechanism does not offset in the moving process, three pairs of guide pulleys 25 are installed on two sides of the lower surface of the first clamping block 23, a third guide rail 26 parallel to the first guide rail 11 is arranged between two ends of the first guide rail 11, and the third guide rail 26 is positioned at the position, corresponding to the guide pulleys 25, on the upper part of the outer wall of two sides of the first guide rail 11, so that the guide pulleys 25 can slide along the third guide rail 26, and the effect of guiding the whole supporting mechanism in the process of being driven by the synchronous belt 3 can be achieved.
Then, in order to ensure that the support mechanism does not topple over during the moving process, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the invention adds a small bearing 27 on the end part of each rolling shaft 15, adds a backing plate 29 on the upper part of the outer support 10 below the bed plate 28, the top of the backing plate 29 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the bed plate 28, the backing plate 29 is also cut with a massage area corresponding to the bed plate 28, and the part between the backing plate 29 and the bed plate 28 on the two sides of the massage area is arranged in an overhead manner, so that the small bearings 27 on the two ends of the rolling shafts 15 can be supported on the backing plate 29 and slide on the two sides of the massage area, namely, a support point is arranged on the two ends of the rolling shafts 15, and the support mechanism can be prevented from toppling over during the horizontal moving process.
Considering that the rolling shaft 15 inevitably drives the human body to slightly move towards the direction of the bed tail when the back of the human body is massaged by reciprocating friction, in the invention, a pair of pedals 30 are arranged at the tail part of the bed plate 28, so that the feet of a user can abut against the pedals 30 when the user lies on the bed plate 28 for massage, thus the human body can be supported, and the pedals 30 are fixed on an adjusting frame 31, so that the distance between the pedals 30 and the bed tail can be adjusted according to the heights of different people.
The device controls the on and off of the main power supply of the device through the existing air switch.
Various functions of the device are regulated and controlled by adopting a PLC user program, firstly, the PLC user program receives feedback signals of the sensor 9 and then controls the two alternating current contactors electrically connected with the motor 8 to work alternately to realize the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 8, and secondly, the PLC user program is input from the outside to control a frequency converter electrically connected with the motor 8 to change the rotating speed of the motor 8.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, but should not be construed as limiting the invention, and any variations and modifications based on the concept of the present invention should fall within the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the claims.
