Technical Field
The invention relates to a process for wrapping cotton on a ceramic heating body of an atomizer.
Background
Traditional atomizer ceramic heat-generating body package cotton mode is all tailor into the slice with the cotton, and the parcel through artifical staff with cotton one deck is at ceramic heat-generating body, and this process efficiency is low, and because of artificial control, everybody parcel's tightness degree is different, and the power is said differently, and the gimmick is different, and the uniformity is very poor, if the pine of parcel can appear the oil leak condition, the tight meeting of parcel leads to the fact the fuel feeding not enough, can appear burning phenomenon during the suction.
And because the end face of the ceramic heating element can not realize oil sealing, the oil leakage phenomenon is easy to occur.
The efficiency of manually wrapping the cotton sheets is low, and the defects are more.
And through inquiry, reports related to the automatic cotton packing are not found.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of different tightness, different strength, different manipulation, poor consistency and low efficiency of the prior art of manually wrapping cotton, and provides a process for wrapping cotton by using an atomizer ceramic heating element, which solves the problems in a lump.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the process for coating the ceramic heating element of the atomizer with cotton comprises the following steps:
step one, manufacturing a cotton sheet with more than two fins by using non-woven fabric or flax cotton, wherein the fins are arranged on the cotton sheet
The piece is connected with the bottom plate of the cotton piece, fin lugs are selectively prepared on the fins, and a bottom plate hole is prepared on the bottom plate;
bending the fin along the outline line of the bottom plate, and lapping the fin lug on the edge of one side of the other fin without the fin lug;
inserting the ceramic heating element into a cotton piece barrel surrounded by fins;
step four, inserting the cotton piece barrel filled with the ceramic heating element into the heating barrel of the central column;
and fifthly, adjusting the relative positions of the cotton piece barrel and the oil inlet hole to enable the oil inlet hole to be aligned to the vertical center position of the fin, and ending the process.
In the method, the aperture of the bottom sheet hole is larger than that of the vent hole of the ceramic heating element.
In the method, when four fins are adopted in the first step, the opposite two fins are not provided with the fin ears, and the other two fins are provided with the fin ears on the left and the right.
In the method, when the number of the fins in the step one is four, fin ears are prepared on the left or right single side of each fin.
In the method, the cotton sheet or the non-woven fabric in the step one is arranged at the inner layer, the flax cotton is arranged at the outer layer, or the non-woven fabric is arranged at the outer layer, and the flax cotton is arranged at the inner layer.
In the method, the outline line of the bottom sheet is round or square with round corners, and the outline line is determined according to the shape of the ceramic heating body.
Compared with the prior art, the process has the advantages that the planar cotton sheet is subjected to three-dimensional molding according to the shape and size of the ceramic heating body, the planar cotton sheet is changed into the three-dimensional cotton body, the size is unified, the inconsistency caused by different people in manual cotton wrapping is eliminated, the problem that oil cannot be sealed on the end face of the ceramic heating body is solved, automatic cotton wrapping is realized in the whole cotton wrapping process, the efficiency is improved, comprehensive use of various kinds of cotton can be realized, and the advantages of different oil absorption performances of various kinds of cotton are fully exerted.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the process for wrapping cotton with the ceramic heating element of the atomizer of the present invention comprises:
firstly, a cotton sheet with more than two fins is made of non-woven fabric or flax cotton, the fins are connected with a bottom sheet 4 of the cotton sheet, fin lugs 3 are selectively made on the fins, and a bottom sheet hole 5 is made on the bottom sheet;
step two, bending the fin along the outline line 6 of the bottom plate, and lapping the fin lug 3 on the edge of one side of the other fin without the fin lug;
step three, inserting the ceramic heating element 8 into a cotton piece barrel 10 surrounded by fins;
step four, inserting the cotton piece barrel 10 filled with the ceramic heating element into the heating barrel 91 of the central column 9;
and step five, adjusting the relative positions of the cotton piece barrel 10 and the oil inlet 92 to enable the oil inlet 92 to be aligned to the vertical center position of the fin, and ending the process.
The aperture of the bottom sheet hole 5 is larger than that of the vent hole 81 of the ceramic heating element 8.
When four fins are adopted in the step one, the opposite two fins are not provided with the fin ears 3, and the other two opposite fins are provided with the fin ears 3 on the left and right.
When four fins are adopted in the step one, fin ears 3 are prepared on the left or right single side of each fin.
The cotton sheet or the non-woven fabric is arranged at the inner layer, the flax cotton is arranged at the outer layer, or the non-woven fabric is arranged at the outer layer, and the flax cotton is arranged at the inner layer.
The outline line 6 of the bottom plate is either round or square with round corners.
As shown in fig. 1, the dotted straight line in the figure is the boundary between the fin ears 3 and the fins, in the figure, the bare fin 1 without the fin ears 3 and the fin 2 with the fin ears 3 are in a four-fin structure, and of course, the purpose of the invention can be achieved by cutting the bare fin into two fins.
The quad fin structure also allows the fin ears 3 to be made per fin or left or right single sides.
As shown in fig. 2, this is another embodiment, and is a three-fin structure, that is, the number of fins may be odd, and the fin ears 3 are prepared in one direction and are bent to hit the opposite fin.
As shown in fig. 3, which is the folded configuration of fig. 1, the fin stitching lines 71 are shown pressed one side against the other.
As shown in fig. 4, the ceramic heating element 8 has positive and negative power supply lines 82 connected to a control board of the electronic cigarette, and a vent 81 is provided in the middle of the ceramic heating element.
As shown in FIG. 5, the ceramic heating element 8 is inserted into the cotton piece barrel 10, and the process steps can be realized by automatic control.
The post 93 of the center post 9 shown in fig. 6 is a gas passage.
Fig. 7 shows the assembled product.
As shown in fig. 8, it can be seen that the whole process can be automated.
