Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of common foods, and particularly relates to active probiotic powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The active probiotics, which is originally derived from Greek, is a kind of active microorganisms beneficial to a host, and is a general term for active beneficial microorganisms which are planted in the intestinal tract and the reproductive system of a human body, can generate a health effect, improve the microecological balance of the host and play a beneficial role. The active probiotics has various effects of preventing and treating diarrhea, relieving lactose intolerance symptoms, preventing vaginal infection, enhancing human immunity, relieving allergy, reducing serum cholesterol, preventing cancer and the like. The probiotics in human and animal bodies are mainly: clostridium butyricum, lactobacillus, bifidobacterium, actinomycete, saccharomycete, etc. The fungus powder is a solid product which is prepared by taking a certain raw material as a main material and adding other auxiliary materials or food additives, wherein the water content of each 100 g of the finished product is not higher than 5 g, and the solid product is in a powdery shape, a granular shape or a block shape. The bacterial powder can be divided into fruit-flavor type, protein type and other types according to the main raw material categories. The fungus powder has the characteristics of convenience in carrying, easiness in storage, small volume, convenience in transportation, convenience in eating, rich nutrition, unique flavor, various varieties and the like, and is popular with consumers. The fungus powder industry gradually steps into a rapid development channel, and the quantity of enterprises in the industry and the production and marketing scale of the industry are continuously enlarged. The digestive tract is a complex system for exchanging energy between the human body and the outside, and intestinal flora in the digestive tract plays an important role in digestion and absorption of substances and influences immunity, energy metabolism, human health and other aspects, wherein the intestinal tract is an important component of the digestive tract. In recent years, intestinal flora has become a global research hotspot, and researches show that various diseases are related to intestinal flora imbalance and flora diversity reduction. Under normal conditions, the composition of the intestinal flora is in dynamic balance, the flora is restricted and coexisted, and if the intestinal flora is disordered, the disease susceptibility is increased, so that the damage to the intestinal flora balance can have adverse effects on the health of a host.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides active probiotic powder and a preparation method thereof. The probiotic powder prepared by the invention can improve the diversity of intestinal flora, can maintain the bacterial colony balance in the intestinal tract, can help to eliminate diarrhea, can also avoid constipation, has a good bidirectional regulation effect on the intestinal tract, and can prolong the activity time of probiotics.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides active probiotic powder which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 2-15 parts of resistant dextrin, 2-6 parts of polydextrose, 2-3 parts of lactobacillus compound powder (fructo-oligosaccharide, lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 and bifidobacterium lactis HN019), 1-3 parts of xylitol, 1-3 parts of orange powder, 0.5-1 part of bifidobacterium lactis Bi-070.5, 0.5-1 part of bifidobacterium breve M-16V, 0.5-2 parts of bifidobacterium animalis Bb-120.5-1 part, 0.5-2 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 0.1-0.5 part of tricalcium phosphate and 0.05-0.1 part of calcium sulfate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a method for preparing an active probiotic powder comprises the steps of:
s1: firstly, crushing xylitol, adding isomaltooligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, polydextrose, fructo-oligosaccharide and orange powder, and mixing to obtain first mixed powder;
s2: respectively carrying out three times of release on tricalcium phosphate and calcium sulfate by using a small amount of first mixed powder to obtain second mixed powder;
s3: pouring the first mixed powder and the second mixed powder into a V-shaped mixer, and rotating forwards and backwards for 15min to obtain third mixed powder;
s4: mixing the lactobacillus compound powder, the bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, the bifidobacterium breve M-16V and the bifidobacterium animalis Bb-12 to obtain fourth mixed powder;
s5: and (3) after the third mixed powder in the V-shaped mixer is kept stand for half an hour, adding the fourth mixed powder, carrying out forward rotation and reverse rotation for 15min for V-shaped mixing time, and uniformly mixing to prepare the bacterial powder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the S1 step is added with dietary supplements such as prebiotics "xylitol, isomaltooligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, polydextrose, fructooligosaccharide".
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the additive in the S2 step is one or more of tricalcium phosphate and calcium sulfate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the step S4, the lactobacillus compound powder is prepared by combining prebiotics and probiotics, adding infant edible probiotic strains including lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001 and bifidobacterium lactis HN019, and particularly adding prebiotics including fructo-oligosaccharide as a nutrient for active probiotics.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lactic acid bacteria compound powder, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, Bifidobacterium breve M-16V and Bifidobacterium animalis Bb-12 in step S4 are subjected to a low-temperature freeze-drying technique.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the active probiotic powder can be directly drunk with warm water or added into milk powder, rice flour or other food to be drunk with warm water.
The beneficial effects obtained by the invention are as follows:
(1) the product is added with prebiotics combination in the formula, and the water-soluble dietary fibers xylitol, isomaltooligosaccharide, resistant dextrin, polydextrose and fructo-oligosaccharide provide nutrients for active probiotics in the organism, regulate prebiotics of intestinal flora balance, and promote the absorption of nutrient substances;
