Description

Integrated wire tube of connector
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a connector-integrated wire tube, and more particularly, to a connector-integrated wire tube which can be easily connected to a tube body with a simple structure without installing a connector.
Background
In general, a wire duct is laid on a wall surface, a ceiling, or the like during construction of a building so that a power cable, a communication cable, or the like is passed through the wire duct, and the conventional wire duct is explained below based on the drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, a conventional wire tube (10) is configured such that a screw is formed on each of the outer and inner diameters of the end portions of a first tube (11) and a second tube (12) having a predetermined length, a connector (13) in the form of a separate single tube is connected to each of the tubes (11,12), and separate screws (16, 17) corresponding to the screws (14,15) are formed on both ends of the connector (13), thereby enabling connection of a screw.
The conventional electric wire tube (10) is provided with a separate connector (13), which causes structural complexity, complex assembly operation and the like, and causes cost burden due to the provision of the separate connector (13).
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a connector-integrated electric wire tube in which tube bodies are connected to each other by a simple structure, which facilitates an electric wire distribution operation, and which can be easily connected without an additional connector when the tube bodies are connected to each other.
According to a feature of the present invention, there is provided a connector-integrated electric wire tube including a first tube body (21) extended to a certain length and a second tube body (22) connected to the first tube body (21);
at least one of the first tube (21) and the second tube (22) is expanded to some extent to form an expanded portion (23) into which the other tube (21,22) is inserted; a connecting hole (25) is formed on one side of the outer periphery of the expansion part (23);
the connecting hole (25) is provided with a fastening bolt (24) which is inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the pipe body (21,22) of the expansion part (23) and is tightly pressed.
According to another feature of the present invention, an embossed groove (26,27) corresponding to the fastening bolt (24) is formed in the outer periphery of the other end of the first pipe (21) or the second pipe (22).
According to another feature of the present invention, the first pipe member (21) or the second pipe member (22) includes a bent pipe (30) bent at a certain curvature, and an expanded portion (31) and a pressed groove (32) are formed at both ends of the bent pipe (30).
Effects of the invention
As described above, according to the present invention, since the pipe bodies (21,22) themselves form the expanding portion (23) into which the other pipe bodies (21,22) are inserted and the fastening bolt (24) is directly connected to the pipe bodies (23) to connect the pipe bodies (21,22) to each other, it is not necessary to provide a separate connector (13) or a screw (14,15) for connecting the connector (13) and the pipe bodies (21,22) as in the conventional art, and there is an advantage that convenience is provided in manufacturing and assembling.
In addition, the invention forms coining groove (26,27) on the tube body (21,22) itself, when the tube body (21,22) is tightened by the fastening bolt (24), the coining groove (26,27) is pressed under the state of inserting the end of the fastening bolt (24) on the above-mentioned, can make the union state of the tube body (21,22) maintain more firmly, in the above-mentioned first tube body (21) or second tube body (22), form the bend (30) of certain camber, have the advantage of changing the extension direction of the electric wire tube (20) with the following.

Detailed Description
The above objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be further apparent from the following detailed description. The following is illustrated on the basis of drawings which show possible embodiments of the invention:
fig. 2-6 are illustrations of various embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the electric wire tube 20 of the present invention is directly connected to a first tube 21 and a second tube 22 and extended to a certain length, and an expansion part 23 is formed at one end of the first tube 21 to be inserted into an end of the second tube 22; the expansion portion 23 is connected to the respective pipe bodies 21,22 by fastening bolts 24, which will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4 as follows:
as shown in fig. 3, an expansion portion 23 having a predetermined length is formed at one end of the first pipe 21, a connection hole 25 for connecting the fastening bolt 24 is formed at an outer circumferential side of the expansion portion 23, and an embossed groove 26 having a predetermined depth along an outer circumference is formed at the other end of the first pipe 21.
In the case of the second pipe 22, the embossed groove 27 may be formed at one end of the expanded portion 23 of the first pipe 21, the expanded portion 23 may be formed at the other end of the second pipe 22, and the diameter of the expanded portion 23 may be expanded by an end expanding roller of a steel pipe or by a pin for nail expansion.
As shown in fig. 4, when the first pipe 21 and the second pipe 22 are coupled to each other, the end of the fastening bolt 24 is inserted into the embossed groove 27 formed in the second pipe 22, and the end of the fastening bolt 24 is inserted into the expanded portion 23 of the first pipe 21 after the end of the second pipe 22 is inserted into the expanded portion 23 of the first pipe 22, and the fastening bolt 24 is coupled to the expanded portion through the coupling hole 25, thereby pressing and tightly attaching the outer periphery of the first pipe 21.
Unlike the conventional art, the present invention is not provided with a screw thread formed on each of the pipe bodies 21 and 22 and the screw thread is connected by the connector 13 or the like, but is provided with a threadless connection method in which the pipe bodies 21 and 22 are pressed and fixed by the fastening bolt 24 when the first pipe body 21 and the second pipe body 22 are directly connected, and the pipe bodies 21 and 22 themselves form an integral electric conduit of the connector 13.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first tube 21 or the second tube 22 is not formed in a straight line but in a bent tube form bent at a certain curvature, and in the bent tube 30, in order to change the extending direction of the electric wire tube 20, one of the first tube 21 or the second tube 22 is formed in a curved shape, and after the expanding portion 31 and the embossed groove 32 as described above are formed at both ends (as shown in fig. 5), the expanding portion 31 can be formed at both ends (as shown in fig. 6).
The present invention described above is not limited to the above-described embodiments and the accompanying drawings, and various substitutions, modifications and changes may be made without departing from the technical idea of the present invention.
