Background
The varieties of Indian cotton are various, and the processing mode is mostly roller ginning. The standard system is not unified, and different cotton varieties in different producing areas have respective inspection standards. The India cotton exported to China is processed by the leather roller, and the imported cotton inspection institution in China has no standard system for inspecting the India cotton, each batch of cotton has only a single hybridization sample, and the degradation amplitude can be mastered only by the American land cotton grade physical standard grade difference, but the American land cotton grade physical standard is a sawtooth processing mode, while the India cotton is processed by the leather roller, and the cotton samples of the two different processing modes have large differences in form and characteristic. Therefore, when the imported Indian cotton is inspected, the degradation and the accuracy of the inspection result cannot be guaranteed, and trade disputes often occur.
