Method for manufacturing imported Indian cotton grade inspection grade distance standard sample
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of entry-exit cotton detection, in particular to a method for manufacturing an imported Indian cotton grade inspection grade standard sample.
Background
Indian cotton is of various varieties and is processed by roller ginning. The standard system is not unified, and different cotton varieties in different production areas have respective inspection standards. The Indian cotton exported to China is processed by a leather roller, when the Indian cotton inspection institution in China inspects the Indian cotton, no standard system of standardization can be relied on, each batch of cotton only has a single cross sample, the degradation amplitude can only be mastered by using the standard grade difference of the American upland cotton grade real object, but the American upland cotton grade real object standard is processed by a saw tooth mode, the Indian cotton is processed by the leather roller, and the shape and the characteristics of cotton samples in two different processing modes are greatly different. Therefore, when imported Indian cotton is inspected, degradation and accuracy of inspection results cannot be guaranteed, and trade disputes often occur.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a method for preparing an imported Indian cotton grade separation standard sample, so as to unify the imported Indian cotton testing method and ensure the accuracy of the imported Indian cotton testing result.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a method for making imported indian cotton grade gauge standards, comprising the steps of:
a. collecting a complete set of small forming samples M (n), wherein M represents different types of the small forming samples, n represents the grade of identifying and marking the small forming samples by the original inspection mechanism by referring to the international universal grading physical standard of upland cotton, and the value range of the small forming samples is any natural number or combination of a plurality of natural numbers in the range of 1-5;
b. counting all the small samples of the intersections containing the same calibration level 1,2,3,4 and 5 in sequence, selecting a representative sample from the small samples of the intersections with the same calibration level, arranging the representative samples in descending order according to the quality, respectively naming the representative samples as a sample 1, a sample 2, a sample 3, a sample 4 and a sample 5 corresponding to the calibration level 1, the calibration level 2, the calibration level 4 and the calibration level 5, testing the reflectivity Rd and the yellow depth +b of each sample through HVI, and determining the color level;
c. according to the selected sample No. 1, sample No. 2, sample No. 3, sample No. 4 and sample No. 5, tracing the contracted imported cotton big goods, selecting a certain number of cotton bags which are better in consistency with the small-size specimens, and testing the cotton bags with reflectivity Rd and yellow depth +b through an HVI test, respectively selecting cotton bags which are similar or equal to the reflectivity Rd of the sample No. 1, the sample No. 2, the sample No. 3, the sample No. 4 and the sample No. 5 and the yellow depth +b, and respectively defining the cotton bags as a cotton bag No. 1, a cotton bag No. 2, a cotton bag No. 3, a cotton bag No. 4 and a cotton bag No. 5;
d. sampling the middle layers of the cotton bags 1,2,3,4 and 5 respectively, and preparing a reference grade standard sample from the selected cotton samples.
Further, the specific method in the step d comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively unpacking a No. 1 cotton bag, a No. 2 cotton bag, a No. 3 cotton bag, a No. 4 cotton bag and a No. 5 cotton bag according to the size of a sample box, tearing the unpacked cotton bags into sample surfaces with specified sizes, then, placing the sample surfaces in the sample box, and pasting level labels on the sample box.
Further, the thickness of the sample surface is 4+/-1 cm.
Further, when the sample surface is loaded into the sample cartridge, the waste cotton pad substrate having the same area as the sample surface is first loaded into the cartridge.
Further, the method further comprises the step f: and repairing the sample surface of the sample box.
Further, the box repairing method is to check whether the cotton layer on the sample surface is uniform or not, and remove impurities, rope threads, neps, stains, stiff sheets and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) According to the manufacturing method of the imported Indian cotton grade inspection grade distance standard sample, all the cross-over small samples with the same calibration grade of 1,2,3,4 and 5 are counted sequentially, one of the cross-over small samples with the same calibration grade is preferentially selected as a sample, and the sample is respectively named as a sample 1, a sample 2, a sample 3, a sample 4 and a sample 5 corresponding to the grade 1, the grade 2, the grade 4 and the grade 5, so that the cross-over small samples are classified according to the quality grade, then a goods collecting source is reversely searched, cotton bags with good consistency with the cross-over small samples are selected, and cotton samples are selected from the middle layers of the selected cotton bags, so that the equal grade consistency of the grade distance standard sample and the step grade difference of adjacent grades are ensured.
