It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The EBM fan testing method provided by the present application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the application environment includes computer devices 120 and EBM fans 140. Wherein the computer device 120 is connected to the EBM fan 140. The computer device 120 first obtains a test instruction for testing the EBM fan 140; the test instructions are used to test different types of operational data of the EBM fan 140; then, the computer device 120 sends a test instruction to the EBM fan; finally, the computer device 120 obtains the operation data of the EBM fan 140 according to the test instruction, and analyzes the operation data to generate a test result. Optionally, the computer device 120 may include a processor 122 and a display 124, the processor 122 coupled to the EBM fan 140. Optionally, the processor 122 includes but is not limited to a single chip, and the display 124 includes but is not limited to a touch screen. Further, the processor 122 is configured to obtain a test instruction for testing the EBM fan 140, send the test instruction to the EBM fan, obtain operation data of the EBM fan 140 according to the test instruction, analyze the operation data to generate a test result, and send the test result to the display 124. The display 124 is used for receiving the test result sent by the processor 122 and displaying the test result on a display interface of the display 124.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an EBM fan testing method is provided, which is exemplified by applying the method to the computer device 120 in fig. 1, where the computer device 120 may include a processor 122 and a display 124, optionally, the processor 122 is a single chip microcomputer, the display 124 is a touch display screen, the single chip microcomputer is connected to the touch display screen, and the single chip microcomputer is connected to the EBM fan. The EBM fan testing method comprises steps 220 to 260:
s220, obtaining a test instruction for testing the EBM fan; the test instructions are used to test different types of operational data of the EBM fan.
Specifically, an EBM-Papst (EBM-Papst) fan is a customized and developed special converter transformer heat dissipation device, has the characteristics of small size, light weight, energy conservation and low running noise, and is widely applied to converter transformers in various converter stations as a key device for heat dissipation at present. The EBM fan adopts an integrated brushless design scheme, a rotor permanent magnet pole and an impeller are designed into an integrated structure to form a rotatable fan blade, a stator core, a coil and a driving circuit are integrated into a whole to form a fixed base, and the fan blade is arranged on the base to form the axial flow fan. A four-core wiring miniature plug is designed on the machine base for electrical connection, and wiring ends such as a power supply, an alarm, a temperature detection sensor and the like are arranged on the plug. However, the EBM fan is not monitored in real time, so that it is impossible to determine whether the axial flow fan is faulty or not in time. In addition, the EBM fan is a customized special heat dissipation device, has extremely high coupling degree with a specific converter station system, and is designed by adopting a special control algorithm, a communication protocol and software and hardware. Therefore, the EBM fans used in large quantities at present lack a complete and effective performance testing platform and tool, which brings great difficulty to the diagnosis work of the fans.
Further, the computer device 120 may include a processor 122 and a display 124, optionally, the processor may be but not limited to a single chip, and the display may be but not limited to a touch screen. Further, the display 124 is used for a user to configure the test flow of the EBM fan, and the processor is used for obtaining a test instruction for the user to test the EBM fan, where the test instruction includes the test flow configured by the user through the display. Specifically, a user may configure a test flow of the EBM fan through the touch display screen, where the test flow includes different types of operation data of the EBM fan. For example, assuming that a complete test flow for testing the EBM fan includes "1 rotation speed", "2 wind speed", "3 temperature", "4 humidity", "5 current", "6 voltage", and "7 power", a user may configure the test flow of the EBM fan as "1 rotation speed", "3 temperature", and "6 voltage" by performing a touch operation on the touch display screen, and at this time, the test flow of the EBM fan is "rotation speed-temperature-voltage". Therefore, a user can firstly input an instruction for testing the EBM fan through the display, and then configure the test flow of the EBM fan through the display, and the processor can acquire the test instruction for testing the EBM fan and the corresponding test flow through the display.
And S240, sending a test instruction to the EBM fan.
Specifically, after the processor 122 obtains a test instruction for testing the EBM fan, the processor 122 sends the test instruction to the EBM fan, where the test instruction includes a test procedure configured by a user. For example, when the test flow is "speed-temperature-voltage", the processor sends a test instruction for testing the speed data, the temperature data and the voltage data of the EBM fan to the EBM fan.
And S260, acquiring the operation data of the EBM fan according to the test instruction, and analyzing the operation data to generate a test result.
Specifically, the computer device 120 further includes different types of detecting modules, such as a rotation speed detecting module, a wind speed detecting module, a temperature detecting module, a humidity detecting module, a current detecting module, a voltage detecting module, and a power detecting module, the speed detection module is configured to detect a speed of the EBM fan and transmit a speed signal to the processor 122, the temperature detection module is configured to detect a temperature of the EBM fan and transmit a temperature signal to the processor 122, the humidity detection module is configured to detect a humidity of the EBM fan and transmit a humidity signal to the processor 122, the current detection module is configured to detect a current of the EBM fan and transmit a current signal to the processor 122, the voltage detection module is configured to detect a voltage of the EBM fan and transmit a voltage signal to the processor 122, and the power detection module is configured to detect a power of the EBM fan and transmit a power signal to the processor 122. The above detection modules are only a few examples, and in practical applications, the computer device may include a plurality of different types of detection modules for detecting different types of operational data of the EBM fan.
Further, the processor 122 sends a test instruction to the EBM fan 140, and the different types of detection modules, such as the rotation speed detection module, the wind speed detection module, the temperature detection module, the humidity detection module, the current detection module, the voltage detection module, and the power detection module, may obtain operation data corresponding to the detection modules in the EBM fan 140, where the operation data may be rotation speed data, wind speed data, temperature data, humidity data, current data, voltage data, and power data.
For example, after the processor 122 sends a test instruction for testing the rotational speed data, the temperature data, and the voltage data of the EBM fan 140 to the EBM fan 140, the rotational speed detection module obtains the rotational speed data of the EBM fan 140 and transmits the rotational speed data to the processor 122, the temperature detection module obtains the temperature data of the EBM fan 140 and transmits the temperature data to the processor 122, and the voltage detection module obtains the voltage data of the EBM fan 140 and transmits the voltage data to the processor 122. Further, after receiving the rotational speed data, the temperature data, and the voltage data of the EBM fan 140, the processor 122 analyzes the rotational speed data, the temperature data, and the voltage data to generate a test result.
Further, the processor 122 may determine whether the acquired operation data exceeds a preset deviation value, determine that the acquired operation data is abnormal if the operation data exceeds the preset deviation value, and determine that the acquired operation data is normal if the operation data does not exceed the preset deviation value. Further, the processor 122 determines whether the EBM fan is abnormal by determining whether the acquired operation data exceeds a preset deviation value, and then the processor 122 sends a test result of the operation data of the EBM fan to the display 124, so that a user can acquire the operation data and the test result of the EBM fan through a display interface of the display 124, and further analyze a failure cause of the EBM fan through the abnormal operation data of the EBM fan. For example, when the temperature data of the EBM fan in the operation process exceeds the preset temperature deviation value, the processor 122 determines that the temperature data of the EBM fan in the operation process is abnormal, and then the user acquires the abnormal temperature data of the EBM fan through the display interface of the display 124, and the user can analyze the reason of the abnormal temperature of the EBM fan based on the abnormal operation data, so as to more accurately locate the fault reason causing the abnormal temperature of the EBM fan. Further, the processor 122 records the test result into a memory in the computer device 120, optionally, the memory may be but not limited to a database built in the processor 122, and may also be an external memory or a database of the processor 122, which is not limited in this application.
In the EBM fan testing method, firstly, a testing instruction for testing the EBM fan is obtained; the test instruction is used for testing different types of operation data of the EBM fan; then sending a test instruction to the EBM fan; and acquiring the operation data of the EBM fan according to the test instruction, and analyzing the operation data to generate a test result. The EBM fan testing method can realize testing of different parameters of the EBM fan, and further can obtain different types of running data of the EBM fan, so that the EBM fan can be tested accurately and completely.
In one embodiment, the different types of operational data include at least one of current data, voltage data, rotational speed data, power data, temperature data, and frequency data.
Specifically, the conventional method for testing the EBM fan 140 can only determine whether the EBM fan is faulty, and cannot check the operating parameters of the EBM fan in real time, however, the operating parameters of the EBM fan can reflect the operating condition of the EBM fan, for example, when the voltage data of the EBM fan is too high, a maintenance worker can find out an accurate fault reason by analyzing the reason that the voltage of the EBM fan is too high. Therefore, obtaining different types of operational data for an EBM fan is important for failure analysis of the EBM fan.
Further, the operational data of the EBM fan includes, but is not limited to, current data, voltage data, rotational speed data, power data, temperature data, frequency data, humidity data, wind speed data, and the like. This is not a limitation of the present application. Further, the computer device comprises a detection module corresponding to the operation data. For example, the computer device includes a current detection module, a voltage detection module, a rotation speed detection module, a power detection module, a temperature detection module, a frequency detection module, a humidity detection module, a wind speed detection module, and the like. Specifically, the current detection module may obtain current data of the EBM fan, the voltage detection module may obtain voltage data of the EBM fan, the rotation speed detection module may obtain rotation speed data of the EBM fan, the power detection module may obtain power data of the EBM fan, the temperature detection module may obtain temperature data of the EBM fan, the frequency detection module may obtain frequency data of the EBM fan, the humidity detection module may obtain humidity data of the EBM fan, and the wind speed detection module may obtain wind speed data of the EBM fan. Other detection modules in the computer device have similar functions as described above, and further, the processor may obtain corresponding operation data through the different types of detection modules.
In an embodiment of the present application, the different types of operational data include at least one of current data, voltage data, rotational speed data, power data, temperature data, and frequency data. Each data of the EBM fan in the operation process can be analyzed by acquiring different types of operation data, and the fault reason of the EBM fan is judged according to the analysis result of the different types of operation data of the EBM fan, so that more accurate and complete test is provided for the EBM fan.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, acquiring the operation data of the EBM fan according to the test instruction, analyzing the operation data to generate the test result includes steps 242 to 248:
and S242, acquiring standard data corresponding to the operation data of the EBM fan.
Specifically, when testing the EBM fan to be tested, first, standard data of a standard EBM fan is acquired, where the standard EBM fan is a fan without a fault, and the standard data of the standard EBM fan is used to compare with operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, so as to determine whether the EBM fan to be tested is abnormal.
Specifically, a senior user with authority logs in the EBM fan testing system through computer equipment, wherein the senior user refers to an independent user with higher authority preset in the EBM fan testing system by a developer, and the senior user has special rights which are not possessed by a common user. For example, the advanced user may obtain the standard data corresponding to the operation data of the EBM fan, while the general user does not have the right to obtain the standard data, and in general, the general user only has the right to use the computer device, that is, the general user can only use the computer device to test the EBM fan.
Optionally, when acquiring the standard data of the EBM fan, the advanced user connects the computer device 120 to the standard EBM fan 140, where the computer device includes a processor 122 and a display 124, and the processor 122 is connected to the display 124. Further, the senior user logs in the EBM fan detection system through the computer device 120 and inputs the identity information of the senior user on a login interface. The identity information of the advanced user includes, but is not limited to, a user name and a login password, which is not limited in this application. The memory of the computer device 120 stores preset identity information of a senior user, when the senior user inputs the identity information into the EBM fan detection system, the computer device verifies the input identity information, if the input identity information is inconsistent with the preset identity information in the computer device, the verification of the input identity information by the computer device 120 is not passed, and the computer device 120 does not allow the user to acquire standard data corresponding to the operating data of the EBM fan. If the input identity information is consistent with the preset identity information in the computer device 120, the verification of the input identity information by the computer device 120 is passed, and the computer device 120 allows the user to acquire the standard data corresponding to the operation data of the EBM fan.
Optionally, after the computer device 120 passes the authentication of the advanced user, the computer device 120 allows the user to obtain standard data corresponding to the operation data of the EBM fan, the computer device 120 sends information for confirming the acquisition of the standard data to the advanced user, after the advanced user confirms the information for confirming the acquisition of the standard data of the computer device 120, the computer device 120 sends information for confirming the standard data acquisition flow to the advanced user, at this time, the advanced user may set the standard data acquisition flow through the display 124 in the computer device 120, the computer device 120 sends a data acquisition instruction to the standard EBM fan based on the standard data acquisition flow set by the advanced user, the data acquisition instruction is used for acquiring different types of operation data of the standard EBM fan, and the processor 122 of the computer device 120 stores different types of operation data of the standard EBM fan as the standard data into the computer device In a memory.
The following is a specific example to facilitate understanding of the above process.
For example, after the processor 122 passes the authentication of the advanced user, the display 124 of the computer device 120 may display the "please confirm whether to acquire the EBM fan standard data", and the advanced user may confirm through the display 124, for example, the advanced user may confirm the "please confirm whether to acquire the EBM fan standard data" through a touch operation on the display interface of the display 124. After the processor 122 receives the confirmation information of "please confirm whether to collect the EBM fan standard data" from the advanced user, the display 124 displays the information of "please confirm the collection process of the EBM fan standard data", and at this time, a display interface of the display 124 has a plurality of data collection options, for example, the data collection options include "1 rotation speed", "2 wind speed", "3 temperature", "4 humidity", "5 current", "6 voltage", "7 power", and "8 frequency". Then, the advanced user may select a specific data collection option through a touch operation, for example, the advanced user may select "1 rpm", "3 temperature", and "6 voltage" data collection options at corresponding positions on the display interface through the touch operation, and then after the advanced user clicks the confirmation button on the display interface, the processor 122 of the computer device 120 receives a collection procedure set by the advanced user as "rpm-temperature-voltage". Further, the processor 122 sends a data acquisition instruction to the standard EBM fan based on the acquisition flow, where the data acquisition instruction includes a set acquisition flow of "rotation speed-temperature-voltage", and the data acquisition instruction is used to acquire different types of operation data of the standard EBM fan. Further, after the processor 122 sends a data acquisition instruction to the standard EBM fan, the standard EBM fan starts to start, at this time, the rotation speed detection module, the temperature detection module and the voltage detection module in the computer device respectively acquire the rotation speed data, the temperature data and the voltage data of the standard EBM fan, and transmit the rotation speed data, the temperature data and the voltage data to the processor 122, and the processor 122 stores the rotation speed data, the temperature data and the voltage data as the standard data of the EBM fan in a memory of the computer device.
And S244, comparing the operation data of the EBM fan with the standard data to obtain a comparison result.
Specifically, after the processor 122 of the computer device 120 obtains the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested through the different types of detection modules, the processor 122 compares the operation data of the EBM fan to be tested with the standard EBM fan calibration data.
Specifically, the deviation value of the operation data is set, and the operation data of the EBM fan to be tested is compared with the standard EBM fan guarantee data to obtain a comparison result. Specifically, each operating parameter of the EBM fan corresponds to a set deviation value, for example, a senior user may set the deviation value of the temperature data to be 1% through a display interface of the display 124, and at this time, the processor 122 acquires the set deviation value of the temperature data through the display 124 and stores the deviation value of the temperature data in the memory of the computer device 120. For example, when the processor 122 acquires that the temperature of the standard EBM fan is 45 ℃, the standard data of the temperature is 45 ℃, the range of the standard temperature data obtained according to the deviation value of the temperature data is 44.55 ℃ to 45.45 ℃, and the processor 122 determines whether the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured is abnormal according to the range of the standard temperature data. For example, if the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured acquired by the processor 122 is 44.61 ℃, and the processor 122 determines that the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured is within the range of the standard temperature data, the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured does not have an abnormal condition, and if the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured is 45.54 ℃, the processor 122 determines that the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured is not within the range of the standard temperature data, the temperature data of the EBM fan to be measured has an abnormal condition.
And S246, analyzing the comparison result to generate a test result.
Specifically, when the processor 122 compares the operational data of the EBM fan with the standard data to obtain a comparison result, the processor 122 transmits the comparison result to the display 124, and the operational data of the EBM fan and the standard data comparison result are displayed on the display interface of the display 124 in real time. Optionally, the processor 122 may transmit the comparison result to the display 124 at preset time intervals, and the processor 122 may also transmit the comparison result to the display 124 in real time, which is not limited in this application. Further, the processor 122 stores the comparison result between the operational data of the EBM fan and the standard data in the memory to obtain the test result of the EBM fan, and the processor 122 displays the test result of the EBM fan on the display 124. The test results comprise different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, standard data corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, deviation values corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, standard data ranges corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, and judgment results corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested. The different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested are operation data acquired by the processor through different types of detection modules, the standard data corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested are standard data acquired by the processor through different types of detection modules, the deviation value corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested is a deviation value set by a high-level user, the standard data range corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested is obtained based on the deviation value set by the high-level user and the standard data, and the judgment result corresponding to the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested is obtained based on the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested and the corresponding standard data range.
In the embodiment of the application, the standard data corresponding to the operation data of the EBM fan is obtained, the operation data of the EBM fan is compared with the standard data to obtain a comparison result, and the comparison result is analyzed to generate the test result. By acquiring different types of standard data of the standard EBM fan, the operating data of the EBM fan to be tested can be compared with the different types of standard data of the standard EBM fan, and then a test result is obtained. Because the test result comprises the test results of the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, the method can more accurately find the fault reason of the EBM to be tested by analyzing the different types of operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, thereby improving the test accuracy of the EBM fan.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, obtaining test instructions for testing the EBM fan includes steps 320-340.
S320, receiving touch operation of a user on the test option on a display interface; the test options include options to test different types of operational data.
In particular, computer device 120 includes a processor 122 and a display 124, including but not limited to a touch screen display 124. The processor 122 is connected to the EBM fan to be tested, and the processor 122 is connected to the display 124. Further, the user may be a normal user or an advanced user, and the user may use the computer device 120 to test the EBM fan to be tested, and determine whether the EBM fan to be tested has a fault. Specifically, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a login interface of the EBM fan detection system in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the advanced user logs in the EBM fan detection system through the computer device 120, and inputs the identity information of the advanced user on the login interface. The identity information of the advanced user includes, but is not limited to, a user name and a login password. And after the advanced user inputs the identity information, clicking a confirmation button on a login interface of the EBM fan detection system. The memory of the computer device 120 stores preset identification information of the advanced user, and when the advanced user inputs the identification information into the EBM fan detection system, the computer device verifies the input identification information. After the user logs in the EBM fan detection system through the computer device 120, touch operation is performed on the test options on the corresponding test interface. Optionally, the test interface of the EBM fan detection system includes different types of data acquisition options, and each data acquisition option corresponds to one type of operational data of the EBM fan. For example, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a test interface of an EBM fan detection system in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a test interface of the EBM fan detection system includes data acquisition options of "1 rotation speed", "2 wind speed", "3 temperature", "4 humidity", "5 current", "6 voltage", "7 power", and "8 frequency", and a user selects a specific data acquisition option in a display interface of the display 124 through touch operation, for example, the user may select the data acquisition options of "2 wind speed", "4 humidity", and "8 frequency" at a corresponding position of the display interface through touch operation, and then after the user clicks a confirmation button at the corresponding position of the display interface, the processor 122 receives the touch operation of the user on the test option on the display interface, that is, the processor receives the data acquisition options of "2 wind speed", and "clicked by the user on the display interface, The data collection options "2 wind speed", "4 humidity" and "8 frequency" are options for testing the operation data of the EBM fan to be tested.
S340, generating a test instruction based on the touch operation, wherein the test instruction comprises a process of testing the test option.
Specifically, the processor 122 receives a touch operation of the user on the display interface for the test option, that is, the processor receives a data acquisition option selected by the user on the display interface. The data acquisition options correspond to a process of testing the test options. For example, the test interface of the EBM fan detection system includes data acquisition options of "1 rotation speed", "2 wind speed", "3 temperature", "4 humidity", "5 current", "6 voltage", "7 power", and "8 frequency", and a user can select the data acquisition options of "2 wind speed", "8 frequency", "6 voltage", and "5 current" at a corresponding position on the display interface through touch operation, and a flow corresponding to the data acquisition options is "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current", that is, the user can set a test flow of the EBM fan to be tested through touch operation on the display interface.
Further, based on the touch operation of the user on the display interface, the processor 122 acquires the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested, and then the processor generates a corresponding test instruction based on the test flow of the EBN fan to be tested. For example, if the processor 122 receives that the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested is "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current", the processor 122 generates a corresponding test instruction based on the test flow "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current", where the test instruction includes the above test flow "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current". The processor 122 then sends the test instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, and the EBM fan to be tested starts to operate based on the test instruction. The wind speed detection module, the frequency detection module, the voltage detection module, and the current detection module in the computer device 120 respectively collect wind speed data, frequency data, voltage data, and current data of the EBM fan to be tested according to the sequence of the above test flow "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current", and sequentially transmit the wind speed data, frequency data, voltage data, and current data of the EBM fan to be tested to the processor 122.
In the embodiment of the present application, obtaining a test instruction for testing an EBM fan includes: receiving touch operation of a user on a test option on a display interface; the test options comprise options for testing different types of running data; and generating a test instruction based on the touch operation, wherein the test instruction comprises a process of testing the test option. A user can set a test flow of the EBM fan on a display interface through touch control operation, so that the man-machine interaction of the EBM fan test process is improved, and the user can test the EBM fan more conveniently.
In one embodiment, acquiring the operational data of the EBM fan according to the test instruction includes:
and acquiring the operating data of the EBM fan corresponding to the test options according to the flow of testing the test options.
Specifically, the user obtains the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested through touch operation on the display interface of the display 124. The processor 122 acquires the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested through the display 124, and generates a test instruction of the EBM fan to be tested based on the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested. The processor 122 sends the test instruction of the EBM fan to be tested to the EBM fan to be tested, and the EBM fan to be tested starts to operate after receiving the test instruction sent by the processor 122. At this time, the detection module corresponding to the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested in the computer device 120 starts to acquire the operation data of the EBM fan to be tested, where the operation data corresponds to the test flow of the EBM fan to be tested, the detection module sends the acquired operation data of the EBM fan to be tested to the processor 122, and the processor 122 stores the received operation data of the EBM fan to be tested in the memory of the computer device 120.
The following is a specific example to facilitate understanding of the above process.
For example, a user obtains a test flow "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current" of the EBM fan to be tested by checking the corresponding data acquisition option on the display interface. The processor 122 generates a test instruction of the EBM fan to be tested based on the test flow "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current" of the EBM fan to be tested, where the test instruction of the EBM fan to be tested includes the test flow "wind speed-frequency-voltage-current". And then, the processor sends 122 the test instruction of the EBM fan to be tested to the EBM fan to be tested, and the EBM fan to be tested starts to operate after receiving the test instruction. At this time, the wind speed detection module, the frequency detection module, the voltage detection module, and the current detection module in the computer device 120 respectively obtain wind speed data, frequency data, voltage data, and current data of the EBM fan to be tested according to the sequence of the wind speed-frequency-voltage-current in the test flow, where the wind speed data, the frequency data, the voltage data, and the current data of the EBM fan to be tested are collectively referred to as operation data of the EBM fan to be tested. Further, the wind speed detection module, the frequency detection module, the voltage detection module and the current detection module send the collected wind speed data, frequency data, voltage data and current data of the EBM fan to be detected to the processor 122, and finally, the processor 122 stores the received wind speed data, frequency data, voltage data and current data of the EBM fan to be detected in the memory of the computer device 120.
In the embodiment of the present application, acquiring the operation data of the EBM fan according to the test instruction includes: and acquiring the operating data of the EBM fan corresponding to the test options according to the flow of testing the test options. A user sets a test flow of the EBM fan to further obtain different types of operating data of the EBM fan, and complete and accurate test of the EBM fan is realized on the basis of improving the man-machine interaction in the EBM fan test process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the EBM fan testing method further includes steps 420 to 440.
And S420, acquiring the current running state of the EBM fan.
Specifically, during the testing process of the EBM fan to be tested, the processor 122 in the computer device 120 obtains the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested. Optionally, the computer device may obtain the operating state of the EBM fan to be tested at regular intervals, or may obtain the operating state of the EBN fan to be tested in real time, which is not limited in the present application. The current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested includes, but is not limited to, temperature, current, power, and the like, which is not limited in this application. Specifically, in the running process of the EBM fan to be tested, serious faults such as overheating, overcurrent, and fault may occur, and in order to protect the safety of the EBM fan to be tested and the computer device, the processor 120 obtains the running state of the EBM fan to be tested in real time to protect the safety of the EBM fan to be tested and the computer device.
And S440, judging whether the current running state meets a preset condition.
Specifically, the advanced user may store the preset operating state of the EBM fan in a memory in the computer device 120. In the process of testing the EBM fan to be tested, the processor 122 obtains the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested, and determines whether the current operating state meets the condition of the preset operating state, if the current operating state meets the condition of the preset operating state, the processor 122 will not change the operating state of the EBM fan to be tested, and if the current operating state does not meet the condition of the preset operating state, the processor 122 sends a corresponding control signal to the EBM fan to be tested, so as to change the operating state of the EBM fan to be tested.
For example, the advanced user sets the temperature data range of the preset operation state of the EBM fan to be 0 to 70 ℃, that is, if the temperature data in the current operation state of the EBM fan to be tested is within the temperature data range of the preset operation state of 0 to 70 ℃, the current operation state of the EBM fan to be tested conforms to the preset condition, and if the temperature data in the current operation state of the EBM fan to be tested is not within the temperature data range of the preset operation state of 0 to 70 ℃, the current operation state of the EBM fan to be tested does not conform to the preset condition. For example, in the process of testing the EBM fan to be tested, when the temperature data in the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested, which is obtained by the processor 122, is 90 ℃, the temperature data in the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested is not in the temperature data range of the preset operating state of 0 ℃ to 70 ℃, and at this time, the temperature of the EBM fan to be tested is too high, and potential safety hazards may occur. At this time, the processor 122 may send a test stop control signal to the to-be-tested EBM fan, so as to change the running state of the to-be-tested EBM fan, so that the to-be-tested EBM fan stops testing, thereby reducing the potential safety hazard of the to-be-tested EBM fan in the testing process.
And S460, if not, sending a control instruction to the EBM fan according to the current running state, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the EBM fan to switch the state.
Specifically, when the processor 122 determines that the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested does not meet the preset condition, the processor 122 sends a corresponding control instruction to the EBM fan to be tested. The control instruction can switch the running state of the EBM fan to be tested. The control commands include, but are not limited to, a command to control the EBM fan to start, a command to control the EBM fan to halt, a command to control the EBM fan to increase the rotational speed, and a command to control the EBM fan to decrease the rotational speed. For example, when the processor 122 determines that the temperature of the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested is too high, the processor 122 sends a pause instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, and the pause instruction can forcibly pause the test process of the EBM fan to be tested, thereby avoiding the potential safety hazard problem caused by the too high temperature of the EBM fan to be tested.
Optionally, when the processor 122 determines that the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested does not meet the preset condition, the processor 122 may send warning information to the display 124, the user may switch the operating state of the EBM fan to be tested based on the warning information on the display interface, the processor 122 obtains the setting information of the operating state of the EBM fan to be tested by the user through the display 124, the processor 122 sends a corresponding control instruction to the EBM fan to be tested based on the setting information of the operating state of the EBM fan to be tested by the user, and in addition, if the processor 122 does not receive the setting information of the user within the preset time range, the processor 122 defaults to send a pause instruction to the EBM fan to be tested.
For example, if the temperature of the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested is 80 ℃, and the processor 122 determines that the temperature of the current operating state of the EBM fan to be tested does not conform to the temperature data range of the preset operating state by 0 ℃ to 70 ℃, the processor 122 sends a warning message to the user through the display 124, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the test interface diagram of the EBM fan detection system in one embodiment is shown, and as shown in fig. 8, a warning message "warning | is displayed on the display interface! The current EBM fan temperature is too high! "and the display interface has setting information of the EBM fan operation state, for example," a suspend test "and" B keep test "are displayed on the display interface. The user can judge according to the actual running state of the EBM fan to be tested, and further select the setting information of the running state of the EBM fan in the response table through touch operation. For example, the user selects "a pause test" on the display interface through touch operation, and the processor 122 acquires the running state setting information "a pause test" through the display 124. The processor 122 sends a pause instruction corresponding to the running state setting information "a pause test" to the EBM fan to be tested based on the received running state setting information "a pause test", and the pause instruction is used for controlling the EBM fan to pause test. After the EBM fan to be tested receives the pause instruction, the test process is paused, and the safety problem in the EBM fan test process is further avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the EBM fan testing method further comprises the steps of obtaining the current running state of the EBM fan; judging whether the current running state meets a preset condition or not; and if not, sending a control instruction to the EBM fan according to the current running state, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the EBM fan to switch the state. By acquiring the current running state of the EBM fan to be tested and judging whether the EBM fan to be tested meets the preset conditions or not, the running state of the EBM fan to be tested is switched, the safety of the testing process of the EBM fan to be tested is ensured, and the occurrence of safety accidents is reduced.
In one embodiment, the control instructions include at least one of instructions to control the EBM fans to start, instructions to control the EBM fans to halt, instructions to control the EBM fans to increase the rotational speed, and instructions to control the EBM fans to decrease the rotational speed.
Specifically, when the EBM fan to be tested is in the testing process, the processor 122 may obtain the current operation state of the EBM fan to be tested, and if the current operation state of the EBM fan to be tested does not meet the preset condition, the processor 122 sends a corresponding control instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, where the control instruction is used to switch the operation state of the EBM fan to be tested. Optionally, the control command includes, but is not limited to, a command for controlling the EBM fan to start, a command for controlling the EBM fan to halt, a command for controlling the EBM fan to increase the rotation speed, and a command for controlling the EBM fan to decrease the rotation speed, which is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the instruction for controlling the start of the EBM fan is used to control the start of the EBM fan to be tested, and when the processor 122 sends the start instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, the EBM fan to be tested starts the EBM fan to be tested based on the received start instruction. The instruction for controlling the EBM fan to suspend is used to control the EBM fan to be tested to suspend, and when the processor 122 sends the suspend instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, the EBM fan to be tested stops the operation of the EBM fan to be tested based on the received suspend instruction. The instruction for controlling the EBM fan to increase the rotation speed is used to control the EBM fan to be tested to increase the rotation speed, and when the processor 122 sends the acceleration instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, the EBM fan to be tested increases the rotation speed of the EBM fan to be tested based on the received acceleration instruction. The instruction for controlling the EBM fan to reduce the rotation speed is used for controlling the EBM fan to be tested to reduce the rotation speed, and when the processor 122 sends the deceleration instruction to the EBM fan to be tested, the EBM fan to be tested reduces the rotation speed of the EBM fan to be tested based on the received deceleration instruction.
In the embodiment of the present application, the control command includes at least one of a command to control the EBM fan to start, a command to control the EBM fan to halt, a command to control the EBM fan to increase the rotation speed, and a command to control the EBM fan to decrease the rotation speed. The state switching of the EBM fan can realize the manual intervention on the running state of the EBM fan, improve the safety of the EBM fan testing process and reduce the potential safety hazard.

and S503, judging whether the current running state meets the preset condition, if not, sending a control instruction to the EBM fan according to the current running state, wherein the control instruction is used for controlling the EBM fan to switch the state. The control command comprises at least one of a command for controlling the EBM fan to start, a command for controlling the EBM fan to pause, a command for controlling the EBM fan to increase the rotating speed and a command for controlling the EBM fan to reduce the rotating speed;
