Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a fan current detection method, which includes the following steps:
step 100, collecting current signals of preset collection points;
step 200, carrying out average calculation according to current signals in preset time of a preset acquisition point to obtain a total current average value in the preset time corresponding to the preset acquisition point;
step 300, comparing the average value of the total current of a preset acquisition point with a preset safety threshold, and sending a safety early warning signal when the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset safety threshold;
step 400, comparing the average value of the total current of a preset acquisition point with a preset maintenance threshold value, and sending a maintenance signal under the condition that the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset maintenance threshold value;
500, comparing the average value of the total current of a preset acquisition point with a preset alarm threshold value, and sending an alarm signal under the condition that the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset alarm threshold value;
step 600, comparing the total current average value of a preset collection point with a preset danger threshold value, and sending a danger signal and stopping the fan under the condition that the total current average value is equal to or higher than the preset danger threshold value.
Specifically, the method comprises the steps of firstly collecting current signals of preset collecting points, wherein the preset collecting points can be arranged at connecting line positions between a control box contactor and a ventilator or control box outlet positions and the like, and a plurality of preset collecting points can be simultaneously arranged so as to simultaneously detect a plurality of positions; then, carrying out average calculation according to the current signals in the preset time of the preset acquisition point so as to obtain the total current average value in the preset time corresponding to the acquisition point; then comparing the average value of the total current of a preset acquisition point with a preset safety threshold, and sending a safety early warning signal if the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset safety threshold, such as using lamplight to carry out early warning; then comparing the average value of the total current of the preset acquisition points with a preset maintenance threshold value, and sending a maintenance signal if the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset maintenance threshold value, such as using lamplight to carry out early warning; then comparing the average value of the total current of a preset acquisition point with a preset alarm threshold value, and sending an alarm signal under the condition that the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset alarm threshold value, such as using light and sound to carry out early warning at the same time; finally, comparing the average value of the total current of a preset acquisition point with a preset danger threshold, and sending a danger signal under the condition that the average value of the total current is equal to or higher than the preset danger threshold, such as using light and sound to carry out strong warning at the same time, stopping the work of the fan, and starting a standby fan; can be at the electric current of fan working process real-time detection fan circuit through above-mentioned setting to this monitors the detection to predetermineeing the collection point, is higher than under the condition of certain limit at the electric current, sends warning signal, with the abnormal state of this real-time supervision fan electric current, and can let the staff according to the electric current abnormal point, thereby can acquire the fault point fast, make it can decide whether need shut down the maintenance according to actual conditions, thereby guarantee fan normal use.
The preset safety threshold value, the preset maintenance threshold value, the preset alarm threshold value and the preset danger threshold value can be specifically set according to actual conditions, the preset safety threshold value is smaller than the preset maintenance threshold value, the preset maintenance threshold value is smaller than the preset alarm threshold value, and the preset alarm threshold value is smaller than the preset danger threshold value, so that the preset maintenance threshold value and the preset danger threshold value are sequentially increased to present a plurality of range values, and corresponding warning is carried out under the condition that the average value of the total current is higher than or equal to a certain range value. For example, when the acquired current signal is calculated to obtain a total current average value, if the total current average value is below a preset safety threshold, the fan is continuously operated; when the average value of the total current reaches a preset maintenance threshold value, sending maintenance information, displaying the maintenance information on a display screen in a rolling mode, and displaying that yellow light flickers to warn all the time, but the fan can still operate; when the average value of the total current reaches a preset alarm threshold value, a signal is fed back to a program, yellow light and buzzing sound are emitted for alarm, and the fan can still operate; and when the average value of the total current reaches a danger threshold value, controlling the fan to directly stop running and starting the standby fan.
In addition, when a plurality of acquisition points are arranged, data acquired by each acquisition point are transmitted independently, the synthesized noise value is compared with the preset safety threshold value, the preset maintenance threshold value, the preset alarm threshold value and the preset danger threshold value, and when the synthesized noise value exceeds a certain range, warning information is sent out, so that a certain position can be quickly positioned to cause a fault, and a worker can quickly know the fault point and maintain the fault.
Furthermore, the circuit of the preset acquisition point is a three-phase circuit;
the current signal of the preset collection point is collected, and the current signal comprises:
and continuously collecting current signals of each phase circuit of a preset collection point.
Specifically, the current collection point may be single or multiple, each phase in the three-phase circuit of each preset collection point is generally used as a group, and the preset collection points may be specifically set according to actual conditions. Each phase sequence line at any one placing position is provided with a current transformer and a current sensor, and signals acquired by the current transformers are transient values and change all the time, so that current signals need to be acquired continuously, and the acquisition can be set to be performed every 10 s.
Further, the average calculation is performed according to the current signal within the preset time of the preset acquisition point to obtain the total current average value within the preset time corresponding to the preset acquisition point, and the average calculation includes:
carrying out average calculation according to current signals of each phase circuit within preset time of a preset acquisition point to obtain a phase current average value corresponding to each phase circuit within preset time;
and carrying out average calculation according to the phase current average values corresponding to the three phase circuits in the same preset time to obtain the total current average value in the corresponding preset time.
Specifically, it is necessary to perform statistical calculation on the phase current of each line, and it is preferable to obtain an average value of the set time thereof, so that the total current average value is calculated, and thus the value of the total current average value can be made more accurate.
When the transient value of the current signal acquired by the current transformer exceeds a set value (a monitoring value which can be set by the set value), for example, if the transient value continuously exceeds the set value for 4 times within 1min, the transient value is regarded as exceeding a critical value, operations such as warning, alarming and the like are required to be performed on the transient value, then, the current signal values of each phase sequence of preset acquisition points within 1min are subjected to mean value calculation, comparative analysis and mean value taking, then, all phase current mean values within 1min are subjected to comparative operation and mean value taking, so that a total current mean value is obtained, and then, the total current mean value is compared with a corresponding threshold value. When the danger threshold is exceeded, stopping the operation of the fan and starting a standby fan; therefore, the fan is gradually stopped or started to operate according to the use condition, so that the fan works in the process of changing the fan, and the shutdown loss is reduced.
Further, still include:
and displaying and storing the current signals of the circuits of each phase at the preset acquisition point, the average value of the phase current of the circuits of each phase and the average value of the total current.
Specifically, data acquired by each acquisition point can be displayed through a display screen, each phase of current is displayed through an independent window, each independent window displays the current value at that time, when a fault occurs, the current fault code and the fault reason can be displayed through the display screen, and then a worker can shut down the machine according to the actual situation, report the fault, and decide the work of maintenance, maintenance and the like; the running curve of the fan current can be displayed on the display screen in real time, so that whether an abnormal condition occurs or not can be checked and judged;
when the ventilator runs, the current monitoring data and the real-time running curve of each phase sequence at each current testing position can be checked at any time through the display screen, and the data in 30 days in history can also be checked; in addition, all data during the operation of the fan can be transmitted to a cloud database through an logistics network, storage, calculation and analysis are carried out at the cloud, analysis results are returned and transmitted to a user, and functions of permanently storing user operation data, checking at any time and the like are guaranteed.
The user can log in the cloud according to the mobile phone APP or the webpage website and the like so as to inquire information.
Further, the preset safety threshold is set to be 80% of the rated current value of the fan motor; the preset maintenance threshold value is set to be 120% of the rated current value of the fan motor; the preset alarm threshold value is set to be 150% of the rated current value of the fan motor; the preset danger threshold value is set to be 200% of the rated current value of the fan motor.
Specifically, the preset safety threshold is generally set to 80% of the rated current value of the motor, the preset maintenance threshold is set to 120% of the rated current, the preset alarm threshold is set to 150% of the rated current, and the preset danger threshold is set to 200% of the rated current, wherein the preset safety threshold, the preset maintenance threshold, the preset alarm threshold, and the preset danger threshold can be set by themselves, and the setting values can be different according to different situations.
The method can also be used for realizing the function of open-phase protection. When three phases of the motor are connected, due to some unknown or unpredictable reasons, a certain phase current suddenly generates an abnormity, and a disconnection phenomenon occurs. Normally, the line voltage between each two phases of a three-phase line of the motor is 380V, the phase voltage is 220V, and the three phase lines are arranged at 120 degrees. If no electricity is on a phase line, the phase voltage is reduced, and the electric equipment can still be allowed to operate at the time, but the power of the electric equipment is reduced because the power supply voltage does not reach the rated voltage. For high-power electrical equipment, because the required power is large and the output power is insufficient, the electrical equipment can be heated and burnt out after long-time operation. Therefore, the phase current will be suddenly increased, the current at this moment is more obvious compared with the current monitored at ordinary times, and the current exceeds the corresponding threshold value, so that the warning and other prompts are formed, and the motor and the fan can be effectively protected.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart of fig. 1 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 1 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
